Very nice staff, hotel very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Very threatening area was asked multiple times if I had drugs to sell. Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

Mold in the bathrooms and BED BUGS. After a week I am still having a reaction to the bites. Hotel needs to be closed!!!

The cleaning service was unacceptable. 3:00 in the afternoon they gave us towels and didn't even clean our room. They had their child with them who was flirting with my daughter and made her feel very uncomfortable .

We had a few houes of business in Aiken, and booked the hotel because of the price. It was actually pretty clean, but it's nothing fancy. The pool was in good condition. The owner/operator was very friendly, and even allowed us to check in two hours early. Around 2am some hooligans loudly climbed the stairs to their room, cursing and obviously drunk […] - though once they settled in their room there was no other disturbance. The carpet was sticky and dirty never removed my shoes very noisey, bathroom had hair and mildew in it. The bathtub had a lot of rust in and it leeked all in the floor and I think I deserve some kind of refund that stay was horrible and on the last day they were cleaning the pool so I could not even take my son swimming I am a former housekeeper so […] I know what a place should look like even with a low rating. I had never been to Aiken, SC before, so I wasn't sure what I was getting when I booked the hotel. However, I was not at all disappointed. Great location, courteous staff, clean room at a very reasonable price.

Our 1st nite was spent listening to the adjoining room tv...the management graciously changed us to a different room. This one, although better was right outside the ice machine, which was visited into the night. On our 3rd night a group of VERY loud motorcycles came to stay...one trip into the property would have been fine but they went back and forth […] 3 times...up til after 2 AM. Devamı

First, the hotel staff was courteous and the location was very convenient to Augusta National Golf Club. However, the ranking of a 2 star hotel is pushing it. When I took the bed cover off (which looked old and dirty) a spider crawled across the bed. Then when I went to wash my face I noticed a long hair stuck in the towel. bath fan not working properly....it made a very loud annoying sound...no effort was made to repair

Although this hotel I rated as an overall 2, the only good part about it is that it is only a 20min drive from Augusta and it is reasonable priced.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel one night before the first practice round of the Masters. The price was very reasonable, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Aiken is a quiet, beautiful town and I would recommend you stay if you are looking for a good price and a clean room.

Check in was as it should have been, but things soon changes. Check-in time was 3:00 we got there around 3:45 and our room was done, but it was left wide open for quite ssometime so the manager could come inspect it. At around 8:00am the housekeeping kept going up and down the stairs talkins loudly, but not even half the rooms had people in them. This hotel was exactly what I was expecting...nothing fancy but certainly adequate and worth the price we paid. Woul stay again

Remember when you open the fridge and someone has left one swallow of milk or juice in the carton, yep that is exactly what happened and the managers could appear to care less. I opened the fridge where they pointed for the juice and it was one last swallow available. The continental breakfast was horrible and consisted of white donuts and snacks from […] the grocery store. Friendly service, room was clean, needed small repairs (dripping tub faucet, minor dings on wall, etc.). Not a bad deal for the price and location, but no frills.

not the newest or spotless, but sufficient for my business travel. Staff was very courteous to relocate me when other guests were a bit loud, and also immed reset the internet for me when it was running slow. No problem with the room, and it was the best price in town.

only had toast, 2 types dry cereal, bananas, apples, donuts, juice, milk to offer for breakfast. linens were very clean, staff very nice. pool looked very nice but was closed and no one knew why. vending machine in hallway was out of order.

First thing I said when I stepped in my room and did my walk around was "Wow". I really expected the room to be pretty average since it was a two star hotel. But it really exceeded my expectations with the comfort of the room and how relaxing and peaceful my stay was. It's a pretty basic but decent hotel. The breakfast options are limited but ok. The pool seemed clean. The room was clean enough and had everything we needed. The location was good for getting downtown or out to Langley Pond.

My husband and i both liked our stay at this hote. we have two minor complaints, the neigboring room played their tv too loud and their wasn't enough offered for breakfast (pinwheels, toast) Other than this we thought the room was very clean the staff was very helpful. when we called the front desk about the loud tv at 5am they imediately took care […] of it. would deffinately stay there again.
