This hotel is great for any stay that might be buisness related in the industial area . Very hard to get into and out of with the construction work beening done on I35. Front staff was rude when we checked and not very helpful with dining options or Airport transportion. Wifi was easy to use and the hot breakfast a good way to start the work day .

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very warm and inviting. The only down side is location due to continued re-construction of I35 and limited restaurant selection in immediate area. Overall the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay there again.

This hotel was easily acessable to the interstate and easy to locate. It had nearby ammenities such as food and fuel. I was impressed by the cleanliness which is a high priority to me.

The hotel was clean and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the pillows. They were pretty flat. If I had known I would have brought my own. Overall, I was pleased.

Even though Dallas construction is a mess, this hotel is superb! I love Hampton Inn and really wish I could stay at them at all times for my travel. Problem is they are over the price range I am allowed and not always everywhere I am staying...Thanks for improving you look and quality of hotel experience!

Close to easy on/off exit ramp. Close to mall, lots of nearby restaurants. Very clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast didn't start on time, but was good and continually restocked.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the I-35 highway. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good. Overall pretty good for the price.

Hotel met all our expectations. Location is close to major intersate highway and was convenient to our local destinations. Small but functional pool. Hot breakfast in the moring always offered variety of choices. Happy hour in the evening was also nice.

I loved the stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. I liked the microwave, small refrigerator also in the room. The free breakfast was great! It had from eggs, sausage, biscuts, oatmeal, fresh fruit, down to waffles, too much to mention. The eating area was very clean also. Overall if I visited Dallas again, I would stay there again! I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and the front desk personnel are always so friendly and courteous. Even when there was a biker's conference going on they were concerned about my privacy and me being in a quiet area during my night there. The room is always clean and very well kept. The overall maintenance of the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and had no issues with the heat/air conditioning. The breakfast was okay. I can't do the powdered eggs! The location was good for me as my family lives just a couple of miles away. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a very comfortable bed; it's clean and quiet; and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a computer center and nice continental breakfast. The room is not fancy looking, but it has all the amenities of a much more expensive room such as the refrigerator, computer accessable desk, sitting area with couch and the fluffy […] cotton bedding that I love. This motel is very clean a little difficult to get to but it is worth it. Rooms was in excellant condition, breakfest was very good and hot, and hotel staff was very nice. WILL stay there again!

We booked two rooms and neither room was comfortable because of the temperature in the room. Neither room cooled down to a point where it was comfortable to stay in the room. Dallas, Texas in late July and the hotel room was so uncomfortably warm that we could not sleep. It was miserable. We will never book at this hotel particular again.

We arrived at hotel early and told the front desk that we would be checking in late that night. We were going to a football game and then visiting with friends afterwards. She made a note on the reservation and we left. We arrived around 11pm and checked in without problem. The next morning, however, we found our car had been towed away because we did […] not have a parking permit on the dash of our car. We were not given a parking permit at check-in. The girl at the front desk apologized and called the towing company to return the car. When the car was returned, the check engine light was on and the gas gauge read empty. When we took the car to our dealership, we found that there was damage to the undercarriage and wires severed (gas gauge) amounting to $950 in damages. We are still talking to the hotel and towing company about this issue, but ASK QUESTIONS about parking! We like Hampton Inns because they are generally clean and have reasonable rates. Nothing online (at hotels.com) says anything about parking or needing a permit for this hotel. Devamı

Bed was not as comfortable as other Hamptons, but was comfortable. Staff was cordial, though we didnt need much. Kinda in and out and needed a place to sleep. Was within staggering distance of the club which is why I went there
