Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful for all of our needs.

Smal rooms, planes to hamburg airport flighs low over the hotel. Highspeed internet Where??? The wireless has low low signal. Kingsize bed is small

For the price it is a good hotel. Same standard in center of Hamburg will be 50% higher price.

Good location if you drive. Free safe parking. Only 5 minutes to the centre with the U-Bahn next to hotel. Clean cheap and nothing to complain about.

This is a very nice hotel, simple, not a lot of amenities, but clean and comfortable. We booked a non-smoking room and were giving a smoking room. We asked to switch and were forced to pay extra because it was an "upgrade" to a non-smoking room. We argued vehemently and eventually got the originally quoted price and a non-smoking room, but unfortunately […] the young man who heard our complaint was a bit rude. Sorry, no matter what the customer is always right, and when we are offered other than we reserved we are to be treated with great professionalism and OVER-THE-TOP politeness. NO RUDE DESK CLERKS ALLOWED, NOT EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER!!!! The economy is too weak. We can ALWAYS go elsewhere. Devamı

i found the hotel staff brilliant the room was basic but more than exceptable and very clean the only problem i had at this hotel is that the area it was in is not very friendly at night i had a bit of trouble walking to a local restruant at night as i arived to late to eat at hotel but in the day the area was fine and there is a quick and cheap metro […] to hamburg centre 5 mins away Devamı

Easily accessible from Hamburg main station. Ok, not in city center, hence quiet, gas station near by to get supplies, very convenient, clean. The staff went extra mile for me and always had a smile. No minibar in room but for the price offered, no complaints. Very large shower area, beats the 4 star hotels on space. Very practical. Highly recommended […] for short comfortable stays. Devamı

A very nice greeting from the desk clerk both in the evening and in the morning set a pleasant atmosphere for our stay here. However the limited parking and the misleading hotel services book were disappointing. The Hotel Services Book said room service was available and it wasn't, it also said that they would bring you a tray of coffee or tea anytime […] of day and they said they didn't offer that service anymore! I went to the hotel and the taxi pulled up to the front of a lovely place, and when I checked in I found that my room, along with many others, were in the annex out back! It was quiet, the view of the back of the hotel was wonderful! The laundry bag in my room had already been used, there was no list for laundry services to be found. The wireless internet […] as promised was free after you registered and gave them your email address which is now filling up with spam, and it was frequestly so slow I went to sleep watching the hourglass spin. Carpets were dirty in the room, and next door to "the annex" was a lady's fitness center that blared loud music every night from 7 to 9 so you have to keep your window closed. Of course there is the breakfast, or the dinner buffet neither of which was worth the trouble or the cost. And lets not forget the U-bahn ride just to get into the city where everything is that you will want to see. Take my advice and choose another hotel in the city. Devamı

The Motel 6-style blueprint meant being woken up at 2 in the morning by new patrons shouting and loudly wheeling their luggage to their rooms. I requested two beds, but really got one bed platform with two mattresses immediately next to each other. Awkward for sharing a room with your father, I ended up sleeping on a cot like thing at the foot of the […] bed. The shower had mold. The maid didn't clean our room for 2 days even though I requested this at the front desk. No amenities or even comfortable lounge area. The restaurant was good and it was next to a supermarket and a subway stop. Those are the only positives. Don't come here. Devamı

The Hotel is ideally located beside Rauhes Haus on U2 of the U-Bahn(about 4 stops to city). Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Free internet in the lobby was a nice touch also. The price was also very reasonable.Def recommend anyone to stay here

We arrived in a rather large vehicle and the hotel reception sorted out a parking space for us. Didn't get chance to practice my limited German language because everyone we spoke to could speak good English. They were also very helpful with directions to the Airport and a local Pub. The room was good and it had a fridge which we made use of.

A standard and basic hotel; friendly staff but otherwise nothing special. The Hotel is close to the U-Bahn, but there is not much else around. Not a bad place if you simply need a basic hotel room in Hamburg.

Sometimes it is very hot in Hamburg as well. We had the (bad) luck to be there on such a day. Fine during the day, but we couldn’t sleep at night, because the room was looking to the west and there was no air conditioning, even no ventilator.

After viewing the room, I was not satisfied, and I purchased an upgrade to more comfortable accommodations for an additional fee of about 10% of what I originally paid.

Hotel staff was very nice to let me check in at 10am. Room was very clean and very nice size for the single, however i didn't have wireless signal in my room, so i hang out at the bar downstairs to check my email and browse the web. close to subway and city. if you like to jog try 9 miles to and around "aussen alster" mostly in parks without major street crossings (check google maps for directions). There are supermarkets around the corner (e.g. lidel or penny markt), where you can buy some cheap supplies like water, etc. if you like to stay in, there is a restaurant with well […] prepared quality food (avoid the buffet unless you like to eat a lot). ich hatte von der Best Western Gruppe etwas mehr erwartet, wie ich es eigentlich von vielen internationalen Reisen gewohnt bin Hier in Hamburg wurde mir freundlich ein Zimmer zugewiesen, was ich irgendwo ueber viele Treppen (ja- ich bin mit Gepaeck angereist...) in einem Anbau erreichen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und mit einem (vergleichsweise […] alten) Bett ausgestattet, was keinerlei Komfort geboten hatte. Altes Heizsystem mit wenig Optionen zur Regulierung fuer die Raumgroesse. TV war relativ klein und ein altes Geraet: das Zimmer war allerdings sehr sauber. Auf meine Frage hin, ob ich ein anderes Zimmer evtl. im Haupthaus beziehen koennte, wurde mir an der Rezeption unmissverstaendlich mitgeteilt, dass ich ja ueber das Internet gebucht haette, da liesse sich dann nichts machen (muss man jetzt nicht verstehen). Als ich beim check- out um Ausdruck der Rechnung bat, wurde mir dies auch verwehrt mit der Aussage, dass Buchung und Bestaetigung ausschliesslich vom Internet- Anbieter kaemen und eine Rechnung in solch einem Fall nicht vom Hotel ausgestellt werden wuerde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich- Die unmittelbare Nähe des U-Bahnhofs ist ideal. Man ist innerhalb 15Minuten mitten im Centrum Etwas störend ist der Strassenlärm in den Morgenstunden.Dies sollte man aber bei einer Städtereise hinnehmen können

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich OK, Personal freundlich und die Zimmer auch sauber. Für mich war aber der Preis für die Ausstattung des Zimmers (alt wirkende Einrichtung, sehr einfaches Bad) einfach zu hoch.

Udemærket hotel, nemt at finde, søde ansatte.....kommer gerne igen (sjovt at man måtte ryge på nogle af værelserne, hvilket gjorde det lidt hyggeligere, da vi kom hjem fra en sjov aften i byen).

Nicht im Zentrum gelegen aber sehr gute U-Bahn-Verbindung. Sind schon Mehrfach-Bucher!

Dieses Hotel hat eine sehr gute Verkehrs- anbindung zur U-Bahn in die Stadt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr gut und üppig ausgestattet allerdings mit € 11 etwas teuer.

Die Zimmer sind ganz in Ordnung, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr spartanisch, aber ich finde für den Preis kann sich keiner beschweren.

Insgesamt zufrieden mit allen Leistungen des Hotels. Etwas unbequem der Geräuschlevel von der Hammer Landstraße, wenn das Zimmer zur Straße hinaus liegt!

Es ist ein sauberes 3 Stern superior, das seinen Zweck erfüllt. Mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Für einen Kurztripp von 1 - 2 Nächten ok.

Das Hotel Best Western Hamburg International liegt nahe der U2 Station, welche direkt ins Zentrum fährt. Es sind nur 4 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Auf dem Weg zur Station ist noch ein Supermarkt der 8-22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite (mehrspurig) sind für lärmempfindliche Menschen ungeeignet. Für uns war es in Ordnung. Das Zimmer […] war geräumig und wie auch das kleine Bad mit Dusche sauber. Im Zimmer ist kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, dafür wird ein Gratis Wasser angeboten.Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen, aber das Frühstückbuffet hat einen soliden Eindruck gemacht. Meine Freundin und ich waren zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würden auch selber wieder dorthin gehen. Devamı

Prima hotel, keurige kamer, gratis parkeergelegenheid en de metro is vlakbij (vier haltes naar het centrum).

The room smelled of cigarettes which wasn't very nice. There was nothing in the surroundings, no restaurants or bars although it was close to the U-Bahn. If it wasn't for the smell in the room I could recommend it for a stopover but not more.

De bar van het hotel was 's avonds dicht maar de receptionist wist ons een goed alternatief aan te bevelen.

Savner at der er kaffe tilrådighed fra 8.00 - 22.00. Savner at køleskabet på værelset virker - så man kan have kolde drikke på værelset, Savner at der kan brygges kaffe på værelset. Godt der var en Netto supermarked i nærheden Godt det var tæt på undergund. Godt der var gratis parkering i gården.

Hotel in nächster Nähe zu U-bahn Station Rauhes Haus. Das Hotel ist schon etwas angejahrt und die Zimmer total veraltet. Nicht das was man von einem Best Western Hotel erwarten würde. Schade.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, ist aber mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Hammer-Landstrasse ist sehr stark befahren und auch nachts ist es eher laut!

Hotel var pænt og ordentligt og personalet venligt og serviceindstillet. Restauranten var kedelig som en spisesal. Eneste anke var trafikstøj i værelset som var ud mod gaden/vejen

Overall this was a good hotel for the price. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English well. We chose to order the breakfast buffet for the price of 11 euro per person. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff helpful in terms of clearing plates, and coming over with coffee. Breakfast consisted of rolls, yoghurt, cereals, cheeses, jams, bacon, […] eggs etc. The great part was how close it was to the U-Bahn - about 1-2 mins walk, and then 4 stops into town. The only disappointing part was that we were given a smoking room. This was very unpleasant and stunk of smoke, despite airing it out. The hotel staff should have asked before giving us this room, as we noticed (after we had unpacked our things) that there were in fact non-smoking rooms in the hotel.
