InterContinental Century City - Los Angeles

The Business Center was closed for renovations. This was disappointing because my companion and I chose the InterContinental -- known as a business hotel--knowing that we'd likely have to have some documents printed out for immediate review. My companion was actually told by the front desk: "Just go to Kinko's" !! Otherwise the hotel was very nice, […] and the Concierge took pity on me our second day and printed out the documents I needed that had been sent by my law firm. Concierge Service was exceptional. The noise from the A/C was like sleeping inside a jet engine. The A/C kept cycling on and off and was unususally noisy. The hotel hallways and rooms could benefit from a makeover.

Very nice location - close to restaurants, fabulous shopping boutiques and upscale shopping centers, as well as theatres.

I was expecting a bit more from an intercontinental. The rooms were small and beds just OK. Not a great area to walk for food, entertainment. Nothing really bad, just did not meet my expectation for the brand or for the price.

The orverhead lite was out in the bathroom and it was very difficut to see.

The staff were the most gracious and helpful we have encountered in a long time

We especially liked the staff, at the restaurant, the bell stand and the front desk. All VERY helpful, never had to wait a second for service.

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended, definitely will stay there again when visiting Los Angeles again.

The entrance to this hotel is very romantic and elegant. The floral decorations and color schemes are very appealing, along with the fresh lavender scent that hits you as you walk in. The staff is very nice and polite, and the rooms are clean and modern. I had no complaints staying here and would recommend it to others. The hotel staff was great, the rooms are very nice with plenty of room and the food was fantastic. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The InterContinental hotel in Beverly Hills delivered everything we expected and more!!! The staff was very friendly and gave the best of Service from the moment of check-in to the moment we left!! The staff made me feel like royalty... I would return....

Expensive hotel in the heart of Century City, with all the amenities one would expect. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location (back lot of Fox Studios). We wanted something centrally located for the week we stayed - easy access to the beaches, downtown, the studios, Getty, etc. The dining room was very nice - we ate lunch outside. Quick and good service. Concierge staff was a bit of a disappointment - they were not overly enthusiastic […] about recommendations. We took one tour booked from the hotel (LA city/stars' homes) and, despite asking several times, they did not tell us we had to catch the shuttle at the end of the hotel driveway. We asked a couple other questions of them, but quickly realized they weren't really that interested in us. So we followed our guide book and all was good. Overall a great stay. Devamı

This is my favorite hotel when traveling to Los Angeles. The service is top notch from valet to bellman to registration. Each room is clean and well laid out with a sliding glass door to a mini lanai with seating and a small table. There are a lot of windows in each room and they all have a view because the hotel is located on a hill. Bathroom has a […] separate shower and tub and the shampoo and soap are pretty good quality. The lobby has a nice bar which always has people socializing, but it isn't a real hangout. There is also a nice outdoor area behind the hotel to relax or work. I've never used the gym or pool so I can't comment on those. Wifi is average cost, but they also have a four hour option which is nice. The desk is small, but adequate. The property is conveniently located within a few blocks from a mall and not far from Pico which has a bunch of restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure! Devamı

I was there with guests for a business trip and the hotel completely went above and beyond in helping me accommodate my guests, from car services, to personal shoppers, etc. The food and service was great. Hotel room wonderful, and concierge the best! Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went to LA again. Also it was close to everything and they were sooooo […] helpful accommodating my "tourist" needs. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The assisted with getting us around and even heped me plan a run. Great experience.

Much like the people in LA, this hotel is all about appearance and not about substance. The room was average at best, and 3 of the 5 lamps did not even work. The wireless internet was not consistent, despite the $14 per day charge. But the lobby is fantastic (sarcasm). You easily get more value from a Hampton Inn than this 4-star facility.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room service is way over priced and the food was very over cooked, cold and not worth the spend. The only option for parking is valet and they charge. The location is not really close walking distance to anything so don't let "avenue of the stars" mislead you. It is located across the street from a large apartment/condo […] complex w/ other high rises in the area. It was nice but I won't stay there again. Devamı

For a chain hotel it had a boutique feel. Staff was very accommodating.
