It was a very quiet place to stay! No noise from other rooms and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. No micro-waive in the rooms!! We were there several days and would not stay there again without a mico-waive in the room!!!

The rooms are very nice with pollow top beds and 2 different type of pollows one frim and one soft both are labels so you know the differents. This hotel is great location the a shopping center right acrosss the street with a McDonalds, Chipotle, Costco and a few other store. I've stayed at this hotel several times already and have never been disappointed. This last stay 3/03/12 was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The price was right too! Will be coming back again for sure as long as I have family in that area.

My Family enjoyed there stay in the Family Suite at the Holiday Inn. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived in the evening.

Excellent accomodations. Parking was limited and the front desk staff was somewhat oblivious, but the overall experience was above average.

My daughter and I stayed at the Holiday Inn La Mesa January 20th -22nd. The overall stay was pleasant, the hotel staff very courteous. The only complaint I have is The Mesa Bar and Grill restaurant was subpar at best. Breakfast: Service was slow with only three other tables occupied. Pancakes were on the hard side and cold. The sausage had a "frozen" […] taste to it, and they cooked two of the three orders eggs wrong. I would recommend staying at the hotel, just not eating at the restaurant. Devamı

This hotel gets great reviews for a reason! The staff is so pleasant, the rooms are nice, modern, & most important... QUIET! Awesome! I must also mention that I would have stole the bed if I could have! It was so comfortable that I'm considering buying one if I can find it! Laid down for a few minutes & was out! We have stayed here before and would again. Clean room and good price. We like this hotel and the staff is friendly. Would recommend it highly.

I will never again make a reservation using Hotels.com, their match price policy is a joke, I found better price at another web site and hotels.com refuse to match the price.

It was a good experience with good service except for two things. The first is that the pool was not heated and was to cold to swim in and when I got in the jacuzzi it foamed up. The second is that on Monday we planned on breakfast before we left. We were told that breakfast was served till 11:00am and when I went to the front desk to get the breakfast […] ticket at 10:55 was told I was to late. It was very nice. Clean. Comfortable. The only problem was that I had been promised handicap accessible (verified with email), and adjoining rooms. Upon arriving there were no handicap rooms available. They had decided to fumigate the handicap rooms that day. (Don't they check to see if they are reserved first?) Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here at this hotel. The room was comfortable & adequate for the price we paid. The room could use brighter lights....even if we opened the curtains. The only hiccup we had was the free breakfast that supposedly came with the reservation. We were a party of 6 in a suite and upgraded the reservation to the […] higher rate to include a 'complete breakfast'. We were only given 1-voucher which was only good for 2-people for 1-day and that was it. I spoke to the hotel manager & I insisted that I booked the room for a party of 6 therefore we should have a total of 6-vouchers good for 2-days. The hotel manager was understanding and took care of it for us. Word of warning, the breakfast is free up to $20 worth total tab. You pay anything over $20 as well as tax & gratuity. Tip, if you're a party of 4 or more, make sure each pair or couple gets and uses 1-voucher for breakfast so the total bill is less than $20. You will only pay tax & gratuity which is approx $1-$2. The hotel wasn't bad. The pool was horrible too small and it felt like you were in an alley.

if you want a room with double beds, make sure you mention it when you're booking and then call them to confirm it. There are lots of rooms, but only a few with double beds, and they are gone quick. They are not too happy when you asked for room with double beds.

We are a family of 6, staying in the Room Suite. It was very spacious/roomy but the lighting was too dim for my taste. There were not enough electrical outlets to recharge electronics (ipods, laptops, cellphones, etc.) so bring your own power source protector with additional outlets.

Great hotel. Renovated recently. Good local. Good customer service. Try the restaurant.

I usually stay at the Motel 6 on the other side of Freeway 8. Not any more!! For a few more dollars I stayed at the Holiday Inn. The overall comfort level was much higher and the staff was quite helpful and pleasant. Jon is a wonder. The Holiday Inn is my place of choice. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Easy to find convenient location. The bed and pillows totally comfortable...But no bath tubs at all in the hotel for a nice soak :( not even in the king executive suite). And no complimentary continental breakfast. Over all not bad.

Hotel colors are a bit old - hallways a bit dark, however, the room was better than expected. Good bed, clean, roomy, good internet connection, HD TV with a good selection of channels. I would stay here again.

Business district area; felt safe. Helpful hotel staff and no problems. The only possible complaint I can think of is the damp floor near the area of the air conditioning wall unit. They need to fix that.

1) No hot water last Friday at 6.30am - are you serious? Hot water is a basic necessity in the morning. Upgrade your hot water heater. 2) Parking lot layout way too crammed, could barely open doors the slots are so narrow - needs redesign.

A high school basket ball team and their club were staying at the motel and we did not hear them, our room was very quiet. Desk service was courteous and so were the maids. Swimming pool very clean and well stocked with towels. Hot tub was a welcome treat after our long drive. Thanks for a great trip.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The first room issued for our family had an ant problem so the front desk switched us to another room and it was nice and clean. The cleaning staff was especially great as each morning the after we left they cleaned the room and it was spotless. The only issue the hotel had was with the rear doors which did not work […] with our door key card and we would have to walk around the building. Perfect place to stay if you are doing the kid drop off at college....

The air-fan in rooms need to be upgraded. They are too noisy. The fitness center is rediculous. Too hot, never any water and the machines barely work. The service is great in the hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It felt very safe and was very nicely decorated and very upscale. It was quiet and had all the amenities we are used to when we travel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Room was good and convenient. Location was good. Only thing I didn't like was Full Breakfast they advertised when I booked online. They have a restaurant style which is too slow (took an HR approx everytime we ordered food). Frontdesk didn't tell us that there was a limit of $20/room. We asked restaurant guy how the ordering etc works as we were used […] to buffet style from other holiday inns we stayed before. He said we could order anything.No mention of dollor limit? I hoped they are more open. I would stay Ayers when possible (best hotels I ever stayed for the price - Anaheim- no nonsense breakfast, great rooms, best service). The room was clean and it was quiet. We were on the 3rd floor which I think is preferred. The only negative thing is the air conditioner was super loud when it turned out.
