This hotel was located in a very quiet neighborhood and looked as though it had been completely remodeled. Everything was new. The continental breakfast was better than at some of the other Comfort Inns I have been to--more choices, even healthy ones. I would definitely recommend it.

The d3esk clerk was very helpful and kind, the room ws as we requested, ammenities great. Would stay again if in area. Chris&Norman

We planned our stay at this hotel for it's proximity to Washington College in Chestertown,MD (Fall Parents Weekend). The hotel advertised a continental breakfast. I was assured that the renovations for the breakfast area "should" be completed by that time. The "breakfast" offered was junk pastries, juice and diluted coffee with canned creamer as the […] renovations were not near completion. (Had I known that, I would have booked a different hotel) The owners also operate the adjacent Super 8 motel so we were told we could walk over and have breakfast there. (English muffins, cold cereal and the same junk pastries.) The closet in the room had a foul odor (vomit). There was a large cricket in the room. The hotel is advertised as "minutes" from Annapolis waterfront. It was not, especially with weekend traffic. On the positive, it was extremely convenient to get on/off the highway. It was a reasonable distance from DC and the metro station. It offered comfortable beds. Perhaps after the renovations, it will improve. For us, it was inexpensive. We got what we paid for. Devamı

Sheets were soiled. Requested clean ones (King), was given wrong size. Used the clean top sheet turned sideways for bottom sheet, managed the night. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Nothing in the way of a continental breakfast, just some very watery unsweetened orange juice, coffee, and a couple pieces of packaged pastry. We passed on it after […] tasting the juice. new rooms- no dehumidifer on air condition unit--sheets, etc felt wet no fan in bathrooms sketchy area

The web site indicated that some renovations were going on, however, when we arrived in the evening there were no lights and had we not observed some one inside I would have thought it was closed. Once being there I felt the price was too high for the condition of the facility.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap. However, the location was the first thing that disappointed me. It's right off the freeway, next to a shady liquor store. These are the only things on the exit. The hotel is under renovation, so there is no lobby to check in. Instead you talk to the receptionist though a glass window and pass your information […] through a slot! My hall was under construction - I had to walk through construction debris to get to my room. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my room. It was clean and modern, and very nice. This hotel will be nice when the renovation is done, but I recommend waiting until then. Devamı

Rooms clean and new. Beds hard as rocks. No lobby which is under construction. Advertised breakfast consists of frozen supermarket Danish and coffee. Staff disinterested and absent. I would never return with so many other options. At least offer a special "construction discount".

The room was nice, actually it was new, however, getting to the hotel lobby was a fiasco. They are doing major construction/remodeling and you could not tell where the lobby was. it was a little window inside the door. I feel that we should have been warned about the remodeling. Overall the room was nice.

My friends and I booked this room knowing we would be staying overnight near washington d.c. It was a good value for the money, but not necessarily for anybody. We didn't mind too much the construction of the building, slow service or somewhat creepy location because we were all older and had no worries about children. The rooms were very nice, nearly […] everything was new in our room from bedding, to the bathroom, and t.v. It's great if you're passing by and don't have problems with being surrounded by other creepy looking hotels. Devamı

Hotel is undergoing construction. Lobby and breakfast area consist of the vestibule with breakfast being a small side table set up with Coffee, hot water for tea and some pre-packaged danish to grab and go. The room was newly renovated and was very clean except for the maid forgetting to empty the fridge of the contents from the previous traveler. Bed […] was very comfy. Devamı

The inn is in a great place for us, but is in need of some updating and sprucing up. It works well when we need to visit family. It's affordable, close to the highway, and pretty safe.

When the renovation is finished this will be an excellent mid-level hotel. The rooms are very comfortable.

Although I stayed only for one night and that it was under construction, I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean, the construction upgrades has really enhanced the facility. I would recommend the stay for anyone.

It is currently under construction and the mess is substantial. There was no lobby nor was there a front desk. The key cards did not work the first time. The room was clean and very nice.

The lobby area is under construction so no breakfast to speak of. The location was convenient, though the neighborhood isn't. The room was actually great. Clean and well laid out. Enough power plugs.

It was very difficult getting to the amenities. No instruction to get ice or refreshments etc. Walk around construction, hope to find an employee, ask other guests. Walk back through construction and go NEXT door. WHAT HAPPENS IF RAINING?..OR HANDICAPPED? What a waste....

I would only recommend this to others if they were looking for a reasonably priced motel and were only staying overnight and no longer. When we used the card key to get in our room there was a man sitting on one of the beds holding the tv remote. I was totally shocked to see someone in the room. He looked flustered and muttered he had a work order to […] fix the tv. He didn't show us any id-- just got up and booked out of the room-- so we called the front desk to make sure he WAS a maintenance guy. He was. The sink and tub in the the bathroom had poor drainage and filled up fast. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door and the all-in-one rings built into the shower curtain were so large I could not get the curtain itself to hug the wall and prevent water from coming out. The pillows were lumpy. Unbelievably lumpy. The hotel is being worked on so all of us who booked for the night were on the second floor. No access to the lobby unless you walked all the way around to the front from the outside, which is where the continental breakfast was. Getting in the back door to climb the stairs to the second floor-- it resembled a prison cell block. It smelled and was dirty looking. I was thankful we were only spending one night, and a short night at that. This isn't the worst place we've stayed at. That's the best I can say about it. Devamı

The only thing negative I could say was that the room had a slightly funky, odd, but not horrible smell when we walked in. Otherwise, it was real nice! The next morning the cleaning people were definitely doing their job as it smelled fresh and clean in the hallway! Great location, close to Annapolis!

the hotel is under construction, outside. i did like the fact that you need to step inside to get to the rooms, that the room door didn't face outside. too bad you can't get to the rooms from the inside lobby. room was bit older however very clean.

The price is extremely reasonable relative to the are and the room was clean. Perfect for one night

The hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable. But, I would not have stayed there knowing that the hotel was in a complete renovation. The halls were full of dust and workers. The parking lot was full of bulldozers and the area was in complete construction.

We arrived at this hotel at around 6-7 PM.Wehn we arrived at out room the toilet was running. When we went out a half hour later, we told the young man at the dest that the toilet was running, he said he would take care of it. When we came back about an hour later, we found it was still running. Since we had put 356 miles on our car that day we did […] not want to deal with the toilet at that point. In the morning when my husband went down to breakfast he told the person at the desk that the toilet could not be flushed. They sent a man up to fix it, he left and the toilet was still running and could not be flushed. In order to flush the toilet you had to take the top off and flush it manually. Strangely enough, there was a sticker on the top of the toilet that said not to take the top off but to call the desk if any problems. That tells me that they know there was a problem with this toilet, as I have never stayed anywhere where there was a sticker of this nature on the top of the toilet. Devamı

the best thing i can say about this hotel was the ability to get to my son's campus fairly quickly. The hotel had NO elevator and to lug a large suitcase up a flight of stairs isn't as easy as it used to be! The hallway smelled - no reeked - of cigarettes. It was horrible. WE booked this motel to attend the U.S. Boat Show in Annapolis. It was just what we needed - a place to sleep between boat show days. Night desk clerk was great in arranging an extra night for us - upon our arrival at 2 am! When we got in the room, we found three minor maintenance items. All were fixed promptly the next day. Plumbing in nearby rooms […] was noisy. Moat importantly, I left my laptop in a drawer when leaving. Housekeeping found it, turned it in and the desk called my cell phone in time for me to return and get it. This was fantastic. Many places it would have just disappeared. Shows that management cares and has a staff that does the same. Devamı
