This hotel is Terrible! Its discustingly atrocious from the linens to the towels to the stained blankets! I will NEVER stay there again! Terrible experience.....

First room we got was dirty, the king bed was old and the bathroom was a big disappointment. Remote control for TV didn't have a batteries in. We got another room-the same condition. Then we got upgraded to a suite. It was a very spacious room, with sofa, two bathrooms. i have never had a worst stay at a hotel ever!! I reserved a nonsmoking room that had a stench of cigarettes. the shower was filthy and the toilet apaper in the bathroom was almost all used up, not to mention the blankets had stains on them. The nightstand had cigarette ashes on the base of it. Just a dirty place overall!!! i finally think im going […] to get some rest so i can wake up and leave asap and theres a couple yelling and argueing outside all night. Ill never reccomend this hell hole to anybody nor will i ever stay here again!!!! Devamı

Room said non smoking but smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns on the sheets. Walls were filthy, the shower was backed up and leaked. Not to mention the itchy chair in the room. The pictures are very deceiving! however the only nice thing I can say is hotel staff was nice and easily switched us rooms to a smokeless smelling room.

Every two years we spend the Christmas holiday with family in Milpitas. For our last two trips, we stayed at the Milpitas Inn and it was fine. This time we could tell that things had changed. Breakfast was late two mornings and almost non-existent in content. There was coffee, cold cereal and packaged danish. Christmas morning the waffle iron was working. […] Most disappointing was the condition of the rooms, which are clearly in need of revamping and the clientele of the hotel. they oversold put us up in a suite and then moved us to a not so nice room. Paint peeling, not the healhiest for kids.

I stayed there for a week. The room was dusty when we arrived and it was not well cleaned daily. One day the room was not even cleaned at all and the bed not made. Otherwise the rest was OK. The front desk personel was friendly and it is a very calm area with very little noise so it is easy to get a good night sleep.

Non-smoking rooms sometimes tend to have smell of smoke..however the hotel staff is polite enough to change the room. Thanks.

Every night there was disruption in the parking lot with full time residents. The breakfast was not desirable.

I did not really like my stay in this hotel for the following reasons: When we checked in that afternoon the room was not cleaned yet and we have to wait for 20 minutes, the room is dirty and need repair. There were shortage of towels, toiletries etc. The room was hot and the air conditioner seems to turn on and off continuously. Old, very poorly maintained hotel in a very creepy area. My room did not have towels, it was not fun realizing it after taking a shower. I had a misfortune of paying a week in advance and they did not change my sheets once! The owners seemed to have given up on their business. Sure it's a cheap hotel, the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to the small things. There are stains on the ceiling in the main room and in the bathroom. the drawer under the TV had used tissue or toilet paper and soap wrappers. they could spring for some full size pillows, the one's there were ok, but small. Under new management so everything is being redone. None of the construction was in the way & workers were quiet. Wish we had been told ahead of time that the hot tub wasz being worked on, but the pool was nice. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Large group of athletes beat us to breakfast so there was pretty much nothing left. […] Overall quite nice for the price. Devamı

I stayed four nights at Milpitas Inn (Milpitas, CA). For the price I paid, I felt the Inn was adequate. The breakfast choices were decent (toast, cereal, waffles, pastry, coffee, juice), albeit no meat. I would have liked more T.V. channels. Sometimes you had to wait for up to 10 minutes for a person at the front desk. I would never stay here again. We originally booked 2 nights but after the first night we cancelled the second night. The entire hotel was dirty. The sheets were dirty and looked like they were not changed. The towels were dirty in the bathroom. The place was filthy and should not have gottena AAA rating in my book.

The service at this place is as low as you can get. They messed up our reservations and blamed it on Hotels .com. Good customer service would have found a solution. This guy would not listen to anyone. Hotel Staff randomly without knocking WALKS into your room. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I and my daughter stayed at the Milpitas Inn for Six Day from 23 June to the 29 June, 2011. Our stay at the Inn was a very pleasant one. We did not have any kind of trouble or difficulties at this place. What ever we asked for, was provided. We asked for the Iron and was given to us. Internet connection in the room and the wireless both were working. […] I had brought with me my videophone so i was able to call and receive calls to and from 60 countries for free. The staff and the manager at the Milpitas Inn were very pleasant and very helpful. The room were clean, incliding the beds and the washroom. Breakfast was always there from 7.30 am. The places we wanted to visit like Fremont, San Francisco city and San Jose were reachable only within were minute from Milpitas. We enjoyed staying at the Milpitas Inn. 10 to 15 people smoking right outside their rooms. to many families with loud children. Room was okay but bathroom is terrible.

+Great Location friendly service old part of town easy access to freeways many places to eat within minutes. -Old motel small tv very small pillows and tiny towels that are stained. Hey you get what you pay for. I felt safe.........

what a mistake. I was a at a business seminar at Cisco and decided to pick a hotel a few miles away I chose the Milpitas Inn. The room was dirty. There was hair on the sink and mold in the coffee pot. The enamel on the sink and tub was peeling and the carpets were stained. The hot tub was empty and unusable. Never again.

The worst experience staying at a hotel ever. The sheets had not been changed! There was blood stain on the sheet! I reserved a hotel that thought is 3-star, and it is not even a 2-star. The worst imaginable thing you can expect from a hotel is here. Do yourself a favor...spend a little more money and do not stay here. You will regret it if you dont.

During my stay, this hotel was very noisy and rowdy. Having never stayed here before, I don't know if this is normal. However, when I returned to my room on Saturday night, there were POLICE everywhere! Atleast 4 cars and a half dozen officers! Not sure whay had happened but I was quite concerned about safety! There was a special reduced rate I used which lead me to believe it would be somewhat better. Unfortunately I wouldn't even recommend this place at the lower reduced rate. Old run-downed bathrooms and mine was dirty to boot. It had potential. I hope they renovate, clean and keep low prices.

This property needs a lot of work. The bathroom tile around the shower is cracked, old and dirty. The concrete walkways are stained give the place an unkempt look. Otherwise, the service is good and the continental breakfast is nice.

Excellent; every thing was central located

I felt right at home. Everything is very accessible, it was a good stay.

Old, dirty, not what was represented in pictures or in words. Avoid this location.

The bathroom was in poor condition,and the gentleman at the front desk was mean to me,for not being able to flip the waffle maker over to its other side?I am very disapointed!

I really enjoyed this motel. It was quiet, clean & comfortable. The service was friendly and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again if I happen to be in the area.

This is an okay hotel. It's not updated and there's a sense of decay as it's old especially the shower and sink. But it's close to everything.

ok hotel didnt get what i reserved but i got a free upgrade so that was a plus. Had a koo weekend

I had an early morning interview in town and this motel was 3 miles from my destination. Grabbed a quick coffee and toast, made it on time. No problems.
