"Quite impressed"
I never right reviews but this place was such a great experience I thought I would take a minute to sing it's praises, although now I worry that too many people will figure out this is a great affordable place near the airport. It was super clean, really nice staff, awesome breakfast, in room wifi. Loved the extra's such as a lap desk for working in […] bed and check out at noon and the nice business center. I had a small maintenance issue with the lock battery and maintenance came right away and fixed it! Overall highly recommend it and will stay frequently when back on business. Devamı

"kids galore"
ok place as long as you don't mind a lot of kids running up and down halls, etc. It also has funky room temperature controls, apparently going a bit overboard on energy saving.
"Hampton in Eagan, MN"
The staff was wonderful! They informed us about great restaurants nearby and were very accomodating to us. The breakfasts were GREAT! The menu changed from day to day. You also had an option of taking a breakfast "to go" bag with a bottle of water, muffin, fruit, snack bar, and mints. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Will recommend to my friends. We will be back this summer. Keep up the good work.

We were greeted cheerfully at the entrance by the front desk staff. Every staff member was kind, courtous and professional. They were all extremely helpful. I plan to tell everyone I know about this hotel. It was certainly worth the money.

Awesome stay! Will be staying here again for sure. Quite, clean and comfortable for the most part. Breakfast was good and a they offered a wide selection of things to choose from. Friendly staff and a quite neighborhood.
"Always a good choice"
Hampton Inns have yet to disappoint our family. This one was no exception. Our room was clean and comfortable. The king bed was perfect as was the small sized pull-out couch. When we needed extra toiletries Housekeeping was only too happy to oblige. The breakfast was great as usual and the staff were able to keep up the pace on a very busy New Years' […] weekend. Was a very nice, clean comfortable room. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good with many choices. "Hampton Inn-Eagan. close to airport / twincities"
This is an excellent hotel for family or business. Hotel is quiet, located in a great neighborhood, within a short driving distance (about 15mins) to Mall of America, Minneapolis and St. Paul. The hotel staff was very pleasant, ready to assist with anything. The rooms were very clean and my I was thrilled to find my requested microwave and refrigerator […] in the room, ready to go :) The bathroom was very clean felt almost like home!!! Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices, from warm sausages to pancakes,waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff serving breakfast were very pleasant especially the pregnant lady, she was very nice. The eating area is spacious and very clean. The media room had high-speed internet and a printer which came in handy when we were mapping our sight-seeing trip to WI. Our 5 nights stay was simply awesome!!! This is our third time staying at a Hampton-Inn and will continue to choose Hampton-Inn in the future. I highly recommend this hotel and the Hampton-Inn brand. Met all of our needs - clean, comfortable, transportation to the airport, and dining within walking distance. Staff that we came in contact with were informative and friendly.

other than the location, this hampton inn is great! there is a thai restaurant and a sports bar in walking distance and that's about it. it took about twenty minutes to get to the downtown of the twin cities from here, so you have to have a car. the rest of the stay was fine, definitely up to the quality of other hampton inns. so nice to have free […] parking, internet, and free breakfast. "Dirty sock in my room?"
I get there and there was a sock that wasnt even mine in one of my beds underneath the sheets!! Plus I get there the hotel wasnt a smoking hotel at all hotels.com will mislead you. I needed to wash clothes and they dont even have a washer and dryer?! they wanted to send me to another hotel across the street, they called up other hotel to see if it was […] okay and the other hotel told them no. The pool reeked of chlorine, not clean on the bottom even. The hot tub had so many chemicals in it had dirty foam everywhere!!! The breakfast was completely not impressive. Overall I would never go to this hotel ever again! there is a Radisson or holiday inn I believe near it id rather go there next time. "Our stay at Hampton Inn Eagan"
We came to drop our son off at college and stayed here. The service was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. we will use this hotlel again each time we come to visit him.
"Great-close enough but out of traffic"
The Hampton was close enough to the Mall of America to be convenient, but not to be in the middle of the traffic. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was on the small side, but not many people seemed to use it and we often had it to ourselves. It was also a perfect temperature. The continental breakfast […] was great and they provided trays so people could take it back to their room which was awesome for us because we had our baby with us so one of us could go down and get food for both. "A winner!"
Spent a week visiting the Twin Cities. This hotel was perfect for all our needs. Perfect location...minutes to Mall of America, Minneapolis, St. Paul, the airport, Ft. Snelling, and the zoo. It's close to all the major highways so getting everywhere was a piece of cake. And we had never been to the area before. Beds were small but very, very comfortable. […] You could hear the noise from the hallway, especially other doors closing but overall it was pretty quiet. Breakfast every morning was perfect. The ladies who work there are fantastic and keep everything stocked. They even have breakfast bags you can grab on the run. Pool was small but my kids (6 and 8) still had a blast. There were lots of families there and each night the kids all played together in the pool. At 10pm they have adults only swim for those without kids. A short drive south gets you to a ton of restaurants and a grocery store. There's also a convenience store a short walk from the hotel. Free computer/internet in the business center was always available. Great maps and attraction coupons in the lobby. Free shuttle that went to MOA and other locations in the area. The front desk people were the only lower rating. I requested a refrigerator with my reservation but didn't get one. I had to ask two different front desk workers on two different days before I finally got a refrigerator. When it did come it also had a microwave! All in all a great place to stay. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times recently. I really enjoy the friendly staff and the rooms are always very nice. Love the free internet and the free breakfast and parking. I will always stay here when I am in the cities. Thank You
"Nice hotel with a few oddities"
My kids and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for four nights. Overall, our room was very nice... clean, well-maintained, speedy (and free) wi-fi, quiet air conditioner... as nice as some more expensive hotels I've stayed in. They're not kidding when they say "double" beds, however. Two adults would not be comfortable together! Also, the breakfast area was […] hot and humid being so close to the pool. We should have taken our food back to the room to eat like some other guests were doing. "Mixed reviews..Hampton Inn Eagan"
I booked a King room even though I was travelling with my 13 and 16 year old. I asked for a roll-away. It was not in the room so I called down and they brought one up....but it was really just a single boxspring with a small mat on top and it had coasters on the headboard of it. Needless to say no one was able to sleep in it so we all ended up in the […] king bed. The other concern was that the bathroom had black hair all over the floor. It did not look like it had been clean from the previous person. I took a facecloth and ran it over the floor....it was disgusting!! On the positives, the bed was extremely comfy, the breakfast was fabulous! We did not get to use the pool as there were a million kids in the pool and it was quite small. The other thing to note is that if you are coming from the north (Canada), Eagan is past the airport and past Mall of America. I didn't know this so it is a fair drive to get there compared to other suburbs. All in all, it was an okay stay, but probably would book something further north and different hotel. Devamı
