One word- Awesome~ Only little issue is, it is a little out of way from the city, 20mins (walking distance), this hotel is located on the opposite side of most of the tourist attractions~! But this hotel is so comfort, clean and so nice~!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Firenze, the room was great - really modern and with a huge bed! Breakfast was also very good with a large selection on the buffet. Free 30 mins wi-fi in reception was useful everyday. Only slight negatives was it was a little way out of the centre, but it was walkable (about 15 minutes) or an easy one stop on the […] tram which is near by and takes you to/from the train station if your legs are tired (which ours were after walking all over Florence all day every day!). Also the view from the window was into a courtyard which was covered in scaffolding so not much natural light in the room. But all in all, a really nice hotel. Devamı

I stayed at NH firenze because of good reviews and the images on Hotels.com however the room I was given was disgusting. it was not one of the upgraded rooms and it was dirty, there were cracks in the walls, my door could have been pushed in at any time. The key did not operate the lights properly so every time I came back to my room I had to call […] the front desk to have someone come and reset it. It took 5-10 min each time so sometimes I was just sitting waiting in the dark. One time when I called the front desk started yelling at me telling me I was doing it wrong, and never sent someone up. It was freezing in my room and the heater didn't work. I was going to take a bath to warm up and I turned on the water only to have yellow water come out and not clear up for about 30 seconds. I couldn't open the drain to drain the gross water and re-fill because there was handle, plug, nothing. The hotel offered me no compensation, they said the hotel was booked, then another receptionist said it wasn't but that they weren't going to change my room. This was a horrendous experience. The last indigenous tribe in the amazon has a hotel that was built for them but is sustained by them in order to keep them from being pushed out. That place has no electricity and not heated water and it was 1 million times better then NH firenze. Devamı

Very nice hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. Very confortable, breakfast was great, beautiful room. Iwould definetely come back.

davvero molto confortevole, ci è capitata una delle stanze ristrutturate di recente e davvero moderna, confortevole e bella. Il personale sempre molto attento alle nostre richieste e gentile.

Cuando nosotros viajamos, estaba en remodelación; aún así no nos enteramos de ello, ya que los horarios en que las hacían no afectaban el buen descanso. Dentro del casco histórico, sumamente bien comunicado por tranvías y bus, lo que economiza tiempo. Perfecta atención del personal, sobre todo en el restaurante y recepción. Lo mejor del hotel es el desayuno , muy variado . Lo peor la oscuridad de la habitación y que era muy pequeña.
