Bakımlı, temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar müşterilere iyi davranıyor. Kahvaltı güzel. Otelin tren istasyonuna çok yakın (100 m kadar) olması büyük avantaj. Yine 100m mesafede Kraliyet Sarayı var.

Very good location, close to the train station and the Reggia di Caserta. Had dinner once at the hotel and the food was good, with a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice as well, with good variety. The room was renovated and modern but it was tricky to make thinks work: couldn't find a way to turn on the air con on a minimalist control panel, shower […] with multifunctions and no instructions (hydromassage bath, lateral shower, big shower on top...) difficult to handle. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, offering us a complimentary cafe upon our arrival and aperitif before dinner. There were a limited number of free parking spaces outside of the total which we were able to use during our visit. There is also a parking lot across the street for €6-7 per day. a great hotel with a very great location!!!! Palace and the train station are in walking distance! We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, as we had to leave very early (4:30) to catch a flight! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very special thanks to Mr Raffael who made our stay very enjoyable. Hotel Jolly is very close to the Caserta train station, a peacful town, lovely sites to view. We will definitely return soon.

I booked a double room and after checking in and going to my room finding that they had given me a single room, on returning to reception I was then given a double but no apology. The receptionist was rude and when I was trying to check out the following morning she ignored me completely for at least five minutes, in the end I had to make myself known […] for her to acknowledge me,and then it was to much effort for her. Along with the comfortable beds, free wi-fi, excellent breakfast and proximity to everything, the staff was exceedingly helpfull and friendly. Front desk spoke English and tolerated our broken Italian with a smile. We have family in a nearby city and look forward to staying here again soon!!

Arrived early morning to take advantage of the day to visit the Palace and gardens. on returning to room late afternoon we found it was very noise, the airconditioning would not turn off. Hotel staff came to try and fix it to no avail so moved us to another room. A disabled room around the corner, a little battered but ok until we realised that one […] of the lights turned itself off and on when it wished this resulting in us taking the key card out so had no electricity during the night. This hotel is literally a two minute walk from the train station and Avis and Maggiore rental car agencies. It is literally across the street from the grounds of the Reggia, the huge Royal Palace which outshines Versailles in my opinion. There is quite a lot of traffic in front of the hotel, but then again you are right in the heart of things in the […] thriving commercial and historic district in this mid-size city which is an oasis compared to Naples and the smaller cities west of Caserta. It is very easy to find from the Autostrada. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is some remodeling underway, but very little noise and the workmen clearly make an effort to respect and not inconvenience the guests. The refurbished rooms are fantastic - stylish and modern decor, roomy, lots of gadgets, comfortable beds. WiFi and broadband are both available but can be difficult to sign on. Breakfast is great, especially if you like American bacon and scrambled eggs plus all the Italian baked goodies and wonderful coffee choices. Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. I thought the hotel was an excellent value for the money and we had a fine experience there. Devamı

Limited car parking at hotel but reasonable (6 euro/day) parking right across the street. Convenient for railway station if you wish to visit Naples without a car. Close to restaurants.

Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con lettino per mio figlio.: all'arrivo mi viene detto dalla reception che era prenotata una camera matrimoniale senza lettino.pur vedendo la prenotazione stampata. Dopo mi è stata assegnata un'altra camera in cui non funzionava la tv, cambiata ancora con un'altra attigua dove c'era una tv vecchia ( ma funzionante […] ) e la finestra dava su un pozzo luce oscuro. Il parcheggio gratuito promesso era un cortile di 7 posti occupati e ho dovuto pagare 14 euro in un parcheggio a pagamento Devamı

Albergo comodo da raggiungere, in quanto vicino al casello autostradale, è un'ottima soluzione per viaggiatori di passaggio ovvero turisti in visita a Caserta (ad un passo dalla Reggia). Appena ristrutturato con soluzioni molto gradevoli. Ottima colazione mattutina.

la camera era ben arredata e gradevole. ottimo il bagno. la doccia con luci muticromatiche . colazione varia e abbondante . personale gentile e disponibile. ottimo perchè a 2 minuti dalla stazione e a 2 minuti dalla reggia.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Sehr netter Empfang, auch in deutscher Sprache. Shoppingstraße gleich in der Nähe. Ich würde immer wieder hinfahren.

Trotz einer Fehlbuchung meinerseits, wurden wir optimal versorgt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die zentrale Lage war ideal zum Erkunden des Schlosses, inklusive Schloßpark, und der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Kurzum, das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

E' Già la seconda volta che scegliamo questo hotel per la sua posizione centrale, per i servizi che offre, per la cordialità. Inoltre colazione ricchissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico neo: pochissimi posti auto nel mini parcheggio dell'hotel,per cui tutti si appoggiano al parking di fronte con un costo giornaliero di 7 euro.

値段相応のホテル。大きいホテルで内装も綺麗。朝ごはんもおいしかった。フロントスタッフの対応は微妙。特に親切というわけではない。宮殿が近く観光には非常に便利。

Hotel ideale per visitare la Reggia, al prezzo ho aggiunto 7 € per il parcheggio convenzionato fronte Albergo, devo segnalare che le finestre sono sprovviste di tapparelle ma hanno delle tende oscuranti che non riescono a oscurare completamente la stanza al sorgere del sole.Rimanente personale pulizia,colazione ecc..Tutto ok.

hotel nel complesso di buon livello comodissimo per visitare la reggia di caserta....il letto un poco rigido i cuscini troppo alti.... il condizionatore rumoroso e poi ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta collegata al condizionatore e alla luce del comodino che nn si spegneva.

manca di parcheggi...la soluzione proposta a pagamento è passabile tuttavia il disagio nel fare carico e scarico bagagli rimane a causa del poco spazio a disposizione dell'hotel, oltre a ciò è tutto assolutamente positivo ed è consigliabile per l'ottima posizione vicino alla reggia

Tutto ottimo, unico neo la questione poco chiara del parcheggio: all'arrivo ci è stato detto di mettere l'auto nel parcheggio custodito antistante l'hotel e, su nostra esplicita richiesta, il receptionist ha confermato che sarebbe stato gratuito. Al momento del check-out, invece, la receptionist di turno ha detto che avremmo dovuto pagare il parcheggio […] poiché avevamo usufruito del parcheggio custodito e non di quello incustodito della piazzola. La cosa ci è sembrata molto strana perché sia io che mio marito ricordavamo perfettamente quanto pattuito al momento del check-in e peraltro non avremmo avuto alcun problema a lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio incustodito. Ovviamente eravamo comunque pronti a pagare, ma abbiamo fatto presente il "misunderstanding" alla receptionist la quale, molto gentilmente, ci ha detto che per questa volta non ce lo avrebbe fatto pagare. Il nostro giudizio rimane pertanto eccellente, ma avremmo volentieri evitato di "elemosinare" il costo del parcheggio. Devamı
