"Great Hotel next to the Rialto"
The InterCon is superb in almost every aspect. The room was comfortable with a great bed. Bathroom was fine if a little 'dated'. The Concierge team are simply outstanding. The hotel let itself down on the Public Holiday that fell when I stayed - restrooms in public areas not cleaned; bar closing early; Merchant restaurant closed; steak in the Alluvial […] cooked in stale oil...All of which was disappointing. One of the Reception staff was appalling - rude, arrogant, off-hand - so much so I wanted to report her to the General Manager (but, despite a request he contact me, he did not). Such a shame because most of the staff on Instant Service tried really hard and were fantastic. Devamı

Excellent hotel, staff & location, great breakfast (ask for a package at check-in if you booked a room without).

This hotel was in the heart of the city centrally located. It was within walking distance to many Melbourne attractions. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Somehow my husband and I got breakfast included in the rate and that was a nice suprise. I would definatley stay here again.
