A beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. Very clean with good service. WiFi surcharge is expensive and the food was not good--but it is next to a Starbucks with free WiFi and near alot --and I mean alot--of restaurants. The suites also had kitchen if you like to cook on vacation.

Prices were very resonable, pool was very nice, location was near almost everything. Staff was friendly but most had a hard time speaking English.

Our stay at Fiesta American Villas was great. I definitely will be staying there again during my next visit to Acapulco and I will be recommending it to all of my friends.

went on July/3/11 to july 8. go before its vacation season the hotels wasnt crowded at all and there was room at the beach and even the pools.The location of the hotel is great theres many restaurants, clubs, and the little mercado to buy souveniers is not far at all. We stayed at the junior suites and it was great it was like a little apartment with everything even a kitchen if you dont want to eat there. the pool is really nice because there are like 4 different ones where one is deep for like adults and there are ones that arent so deep and you can have your children right in front of you. The beach is nice you dont have to pay for a beach chair or an umbrellla and they bring it down for you so you dont have to be fighting over them and they place it where you , want it. yes, there are beach vendors but unless you go to the really super expensive hotels up in the hills oyour going to see them, all you have to say is no thanx. They did charge for the parking like $70.00 pesos but we parked on the street. If you do buy something from the beach vendors or when you go buy from the mercado you can always bring them down a price. ALWAYS i got a mug that was 50 for 20 pesos. The only bad thing about all acapulco is the people that try to sell you tickets to go to some island or yacht.. DONT GO!!! i went and it was a waste of money. they said they had buffet and all they gave us was little nemo fishes and they ran out of food so people only got 1 plate... im saying this truthfully dont waste your money on that. the thing i didnt like about the hotel was the tourist guy in red on the lobby he said he was giving me good deals but i had already done my research and he was charging me double to go see the cliff divers and other attractions.. Great locatiom, comfortable, safe and the most amazing hospitality. It is a bit noisy during the weekends since it's right on the tourist strip and close to busy bars but not excessive. And for those who are concerned about safety; it is very safe. During my stay at Fiesta, security guards were at every main entrance.

Nicely maintained older hotel in middle of city. Nice staff. Very helpful for setting up things to do off site.

Even if the strairs to the beach are not so friendly the facilities, service and price of the Hotel are great.

Great hotel, excellent location, personnel extremelyu friendly and helpful. Hotel was very well kept, and the room was amazing! One thing, the food in any of the hotel restaurants was extremely bad! I did not get sick of course, it was just that the food was not good, even though you can eat first class in Acapulco in other restaurants. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful lobby, grounds and beach. Standard room was complete with mini-kitchen and very comfortable bed. Perfect view of Acapulco Bay from my 18th floor balcony. Very convienent location, near shopping, bars and restaurants. Numerous romantic places for couples to enjoy. Single men I suggest you try Samantha's […] right across the street! I purchased 4 bottles of top-shelf Tequila and a carton of real marlboro under $60, gotta love Mexico!!! Cheap shopping and cheap dining choices abound. Fiesta Americana was my first truely international hotel I have stayed at in Mexico. Alot of the cheaper hotels in Mexico cater more to the Mexicans and treat Gringos like a necessary evil. That wasn't the case at this hotel, all the staff were friendly and professional. The lobby bar was nice, the breakfast bar was great though I thought it was very expensive for Mexico, only ate there once. As first time visitors to Acapulco, but second time visitors to Mexico, our experience with this hotel was beyond our expectations. The room was always clean, the staff friendly, helpful, and bilingual. Requests were more than adequately addressed. The kitchen even prepared the fish caught by our group and served it with veggies and rice! We were able […] to hear the disco from our room at night but it was not loud and easily masked by the soft fan of the air conditioner. The only night that the noise bothered us was the last and that was only because of the holiday we happened to experience with our schedule. Fantastic view, service, room, food, location... everything! I can't wait to go back!

Air Conditioner Needs improvement ASAP...We spent 3nights and 4days at this hotel. Service was great, food was great, the pools were clean and in very good condition, good price. We stayed without AC due to the muggy, clammy odor everytime we turned it on. At night, we tried to leave the windows and balcony door open so we could get some breeze in, […] but it was impossible with all the loud music from a night club below, despite the fact that we were in the 15th floor. Overall it was a great stay it was located next to some clubs, stores and restaurants it was very convienent. During the day it was easy to get around town and at night the clubs get crunk. A draw back is that when your on da beach there are too many vendors trying to sell you things such as silver, shades, massages, hair dews and clothes. Great price, nice beach, & great free breakfast! Not the hotel's fault, but there are too many vendors bothering you while you try & relax on the beach. But, I guess it is Mexico afterall!

Limpieza, comodidad, buen precio, excelente servicio.

Me parece que dberian renovar algunos muebles en las habitaciones y tener un poco mas de cuidado con olores en las habitaciones. En general mi esposa y yo nos la pasamos muy a gusto. tambien creo, deberian considerar en los paquetes el desayuno incluido. Ya qu es molesto salir a desayuna fuera del hotel, ya que los alimentos no son muy buenos.

Siempre me hospedo alli ...excelente todo

tres bon hotel avec tout ce qu'il faut, belle plage avec chaises longues gratis pour le clients, il faut consommer pour avoir un parasol !!! mais c'est agreable de consommer et se faire servir a la plage et c'est pas trop cher , vous pouvez aussi consommer dans les bistrots d'a cote qui vous apporteront leur parasol. Wi.Fi payante

en general el hotel se ve descuidado con manchas de oxido y manchas en general, requiere pintura. en relacion al servicio es exelente.

Fiesta Americana har bra och ok fräscha rum, men man märker att underhållet har varit något nedprioriterat de senaste åren. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och har också ett eget bra poolområde. Frukostbuffeten ingår inte, men är väl värd sina 400 pesos. Sammantaget är Fiesta Americana bra värde i förhållande till de dyrare alternativen i Acapulco […] - men åk helst till en annan plats helt och hållet. Muy buen servicio en toda ocasión, siempre muy amable el personal. El hotel se encuentra en una buena ubicación.

Olen kaikin puolin tyytyväinen tähän hotelliin. Huone oli loistava! Hieno näköala merelle ja poreamme kylpyhuoneessa. Kaikki oli siistiä ja toimi hyvin, henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja valmis auttamaan ja hieno ulkoallas jossa oli kaikille riittävästi aurinkotuoleja. Hotelli sijaintikin oli hyvällä paikalla. Muy buen servicio. aunque hace falta mantenimiento en la zona de acceso a la playa. deberían de innovar algo con respecto a cuando llega la hora de abandonar el hotel, pues la hora de salida es a las 11:00 a,.m. y rogándoles te dejan una hora mas, y si te cuidan el equipaje, pero ya no tienes acceso a bañarte. y la verdad se siente uno como desampa […] rado. Nuestra estancia en Fiestamerica Acapulco Villas fue en realidad placentera. Acapulco sigue siendo un gran lugar para vacacionar. La Jr. Suite en el piso 17 tiene una vista formidable y un gran euipamiento. El personal es muy amable, solo nos hubiese gustado mas mantenimiento en el area de albercas y fachada del hotel asi como estacionamiemto techado […] para todos los coches. Devamı
