Hotel was immaculately clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

We loved it. The morning brunch was great and so was the waitress. the front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The expected quality of a Marriott property was again realized. Staff were very friendly and willing to offer dinner/activity suggestions. Highly recommend.

Staff and accomodations were wonderful. Staff helpful and professional. Family and friends visiting for the wedding had easy access to the highway to visit the major tourist destinations. Breakfast Buffett was perfect.

My wife and I stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. Our room was excellent. It was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. As was the couch. There was a quality flat screen TV. (Given the distance from the bed and from the couch, the screen could have been a tad smaller, but better too large than too small.) The only thing missing was a mini-fridge. […] Being located right near the highway (far away enough not to hear the cars), made our travels to and from our relative's house quite easy. For the amount of time my family was in the hotel it was very comfortable. The check in staff was very helpful with giving us information and directions and answering any questions we had. When I go back to that area I will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here so my boyfriend and I wouldn't have to drive back to Lowell, MA after a night out with friends in Salem for my birthday. Nothing fancy about the hotel. Typical hotel, but in a good way. Next to an industrial park, so I would assume it attracts a fair amount of business travelers. I would suggest renting a car if you are staying here for […] more than one night. Knowing the area, there is very little (if any) public transportation available. The indoor pool and spa were in a nice glassed in area. Decent exercise room. This hotel and its staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is located about ten minutes from Salem which was very convenient for us. The rate was a little higher than I would have wanted to pay but I was very pleased with my stay so it was worth it. I was very unhappy to find out i could have gotten a gov rate at 50% what i paid, but at hotels.com restricted the change.

The Marriott Peabody was a wonderful hotel for us. We liked the fact that it was a good middle location between the east coast and Boston. We didn't mind the drive as it was very scenic and relaxing. When we checked in, there were a lot of guests but you only knew it because of the number of cars in the parking lot. The rate was incredibly affordable […] when compared to Boston, so we didn't mind driving into the city to sightsee. The staff was very polite at check-in and check-out. And the rooms were clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to Massachusetts. We'd definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to see so much of Massachusetts, especially for those long weekend getaways. Devamı

The beds are the most comfortable out of any hotel we have stayed recently. Very nice rooms.

My wife and I stayed at the Peabody Marriott on our way to Maine. The hotel was nice and certainly clean. The only real complaint we had was with the location - it is not really near anything. For dinner, we drove in to Salem (about 20 minutes). The breakfast seemed extremely expensive (even for a hotel) at around $18 per person. They can get this because […] there really isn't any other option nearby. We chose to skip the hotel fare and found the Salem Diner on the other side of Salem. If you can check out and drive 15 minutes or so, there are nice breakfast options where two can eat for what it would cost one at the Marriott. Other than the location (and the advantage they take of it with the price of breakfast), this was a clean, reasonably priced hotel with easy access to the highway. Devamı

Convenient location, quiet, clean. Pillows are terrible....not good if you're looking for a good night's sleep. A family location, so hope you are not next to a room full of kids if you're looking for quiet. Otherwise, it's a fine property.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Serivce was ok.

Nice clean room - european style pillows not comfortable. Very quiet in room - couldn't hear other people which was great. Stayed one night friday to saturday - no complimentary breakfast - a bit disappointed - a little pricey for no complimentary breakfast. Air conditioning was great - able to control easily. Lovely area.

Many issues with hotel, door around back that you use your key card for was broken, would not open, even after I walked around hotel to get new key cards for it. Also the whole reason we booked the hotel was for the pool area, witch was closed and all torn up, with no mention of it online whatsoever. Also room service is outrageously expensive, twelve […] dollars for five small shrimp on a hunk of ice is insane. I will not stay here again. Devamı

Great for a one-night getaway for my teenage kids and me. Very clean, super hospitable staff, wonderful breakfast buffet.

very good last minute stay. Umbrellas at the door, so helped. The one bad thing was we had to be at the airport early and 5 minutes more the lobby coffee would have been ready. I asked the kitchen staff, who were drinking coffee, if they had a cup to spare as we were going right on the onramp to the freeway. She said we would have to wait 10 minutes […] more. Just a short drive to/from Salem, MA attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless; bed was very comfortable; couldn't get the room temperature just right (too warm, too cool) but we weren't in the room long enough for that to be an issue. Food was great (LARGE servings!) Wait staff friendly and attentive. 5 stars […] in our book! Devamı

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff at check-in was professional, fun and informative. Everyone in the hotel verbalized and demonstrated their pleasure at having a guest. Great place, flowers, manicured lawns, easy parking, would go back again. I would expect NO less from a Marriott but I didn't think I could expect MORE and these people […] delivered. Devamı

the hotel was everything we expected. the fitness center was outstanding. the front desk personel were especially helpful.

The only issue we had was that a number of cable/satellite channels wer not viewable - got No Signal. Staions like Fox News and many others.

Great location: easy acecss to main arteries to and from Boston as well as Marblehead and Salem. Great service, wonderful Marriott bedding. And good value.

The hotel was okay - however, there is only sports stations to watch on TV. Got ready to go down to the hot tub - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. The water was brown!

For athe price and being a Marriott, one would think they could at least provide compimentary coffee in the morning.

Lots of things going for this hotel: great location; great price; very comfortable, clean room; big ol' flatscreen TV with HD; and the service was excellent, from start to finish. Everyone was smiling and pleasant.
