It was wonderful, we don't have any complaints. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean with no smell. We will be staying here again. Thank you for everything.

Over all good , but service on the restaurant could improve , waiting too long , everything else si good . Room are to bright to sleep,

Very clean rooms and great location. Walking distance to Disneyland. Highly recommend this hotel!

A little disapointed hotel was run down from our last stay which was less than six months ago

Great location...close to Disney but off the beaten path. Shuttle service timely, within walking distance to the parks. Quiet and clean. Front desk staff very helpful. Had to drive to go eat, but not far!

I chose this hotel because it was close to Disneyland and easy access off the freeway. It was clean, comfortable and quiet - perfect after a long day at Disneyland. I walked to Disneyland in about 15 minutes, and rode the shuttle back to the hotel. Definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Very close to Disneyland. Nice and clean, extremely pleased.

Very clean hotel that was very easy to get to Disneyland from. Parking was free and for a minimal price, and great convienience the shuttle takes you right to Disneyland's enterance. No sound barriers between rooms though so it was quite noisy late at night. No in room fridge, which would have been nice. There was also a "surprise" tax charged upon […] checking in that was not covered in my original price. Overall it was a nice hotel that was convienient for our needs and I would stay there again. A very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and beds felt good to sleep in as tired as we were in the evening. Also seemed quiet too at night. Just wish it had been a little closer to Disneyland park.

The hotel was close enough to Disneyland that we could walk to the tram or Downtown Disneyland. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We spent six days in this hotel and it was perfect. With three kids we easily walked to Disneyland every day. Sometimes we would go to the parking lot to catch a free ride on the tram instead of paying for the shuttle. Downtown Disney was super close and it was nice to have a Shell Food Mart next door for quick snacks and bottled waters. The staff at […] the hotel went above and beyond to help us with taxis, holding luggage and they even printed off our Disneyland tickets at the front desk. One gal even scanned and emailed a school test that I had to submit to my teacher in Seattle. When super shuttle messed up our ride to LAX, Fernando set us up in a private sedan for only a few dollars more than super shuttle! Our room was very clean and despite our messy kids, the housekeeping staff was quick and efficient. The only downside was that the elevator was super slow so we took the stairs. We have stayed at several hotels in the area and we were so impressed with Holiday Inn that we won't stay anywhere else on our next trip to DLAND!! Devamı

This is VASTLY improved compared to when we stayed here last (4 years ago). The rooms have been completely remodeled and are very comfortable with 2 queen beds and flat-screen TV. The restaurant is nicely done and the food is good.

The room was clean and beds were super comfortable but no continental breakfast, microwave or refridgerator unless you want to pay an additional $10 per item. thw wi-fi did not have a connection the whole weekend...I would rather not stay here again unless I have no other options

Pros: -Free parking -Friendly service -Clean room -really short drive to Disneyland parking -walk to the gas station Cons: -Free wifi had a limit of users so we were blocked from access quite often -not enough parking spots next to the building -slow elevators -bar & resturant closed at 10 Booked 2 rooms and checked in on Friday afternoon and Jay […] who checked us in was very helpful. He answered all our questions and even placed the two rooms right next to each other. Free parking, free wifi (wifi didn't work all the time - got a message telling me that there were too many users so I couldn't connect). The rooms were really clean and had no issues with space. Sinks were on the outside of the shower/toilet area so that's always a plus for me. I would definately recomend this hotel to my friends as opposed to the Holiday Inn express on 435 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA because that hotel was really hard to drive to and there's only a 1 way street to enter that hotel. We enjoyed our stay. So close to Disneyland and still offers a shuttle service. Our room was a bit small, but very clean, comfy beds and great TV. The only compaint is that the person who checked us in told us how much the shuttle to Disneyland was but did not tell us we had to buy a ticket. You do not pay the driver directly. We had a great trip.

Usually we stay at the Disneyland Hotel but this year we tried to save money by staying off resort. This hotel was great, close proximity made an easy walk, felt safe walking back there after dark. The carpets need to be replaced but everything else was spot on. Ate at the restaurant one night which saved even more money because kids eat free and the […] food was fairly good. People on here complain about the walk but after a full day at Disney any walk seems terribly long. Using the monorail in Downtown Disney makes the walk a lot shorter. Great place for the kids, I would use this hotel again in order to save a couple of bucks :) Devamı

Near Disney, but shuttle bus really is required. This hotel was alright, but not great! It is worn for sure. If you want to work while your family plays at the parks try another hotel, the wifi is slow at best and doesn't always work at all!

This visit was a bit disappointing since this was one of our favorite places to stay visiting Anaheim. When checking in, be sure that your room is not next to the elevator-very annoying each time the elevator is in use. Restaurant, poor restaurant management. After 20 minutes of waiting, we had to ask the hostest if the waitress knew we were there! […] Waited another 15 minutes to get our coffee and juice. Never again. Devamı

This Holiday Inn was very pleasant and nicely run. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was easy to manage the temperature as well. It's a 15 minute walk from Downtown Disney, the restaurant is nice, and their parking policy is liberal if they have enough room in the parking lot. We recently stayed here for one night while visiting Disney Land. The location was a close drive from the theme park and offers lots of free parking. The room was clean and spacious with a nice flat screen tv and comfortable bed. The only small thing that bothered us was the drapes would not close so sunlight woke us up pretty early. We really liked […] the fact that it had its own restaurant and bar downstairs since Disney is pricey. The restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly plus appetizers/drinks were decent. I had tried to find nearest hotel from Canyon, and it was. Calm and nice breakfast, pancake was wonderful. Super pizza and pasta shop was near..only one. I will choose later again.

This was a very good hotel, clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff. Distance to Disneyland was certainly doable - go down Walnut to Disneyland Drive walk in towards the parking structure and catch the tram. Even a Anaheim policecar watching in the evening. Good gas station with mini-mart and an Alberto's AND a post office right next door. Here are […] my only flaws -- once in the evening the internet said too many users. I hate to wait to get on. Once on, it was fine though. My big flaw was that the drapes don't close (at least not in building 4). There are sheers. However, for mid-day resting the room could not be darkened. At night, there are street & parking lot lights that could not be blocked out. I was on the first floor. With a light on in the room, people could easily see in. I am not sure I have ever had a hotel where you can't close the drapes. Wouldn't have been THAT big a deal except being on the ground floor. Drapes should close. Other than that. I loved the hotel. Godo place to stay with kids - good price, good location. We will stay here again.

I was not there to go to Disney, but if I was, it would have been even better. So close to the park. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel was great. They were very accommodating in letting me checkout 30 minutes past checkout time.

The hotel was close to disney city walk. With this convience it made it easy to take the Disney manarail inside the park. We avoided entry lines and parking. We were able to get fast pass tickets and get on rides quicker.

This hotel was wonderful. We stayed there on new years day after leaving another gross hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful & the room was great. The bathroom was nice & clean. It was a great experience overall.

Guest Service employees were great. Only thing I'd recommend is putting darker window coverings as opposed to sheer. The street lights kept me up and the sun came blistering in every morning. Great for getting you out of bed but not so great if you want to sleep in. Also the pillows were far too firm for me. Woke up with neck pain.

only one of two reservations were received by hotel, did not provide rooms requested, never did deliver a roll away bed after promising

its nice to stay there close to destination u like, clean room, comfortable and not expensive. but need more personnel to assist in restaurant and in the reception during holiday season.

The bed was highly uncomfortable and the pillows were hell. Will not book in future.
