It was a very pleasant great place to stay. We rode our bikes from the Ferry and this was a convenient, reasonable, bike friendly place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Although I booked a simple room, it was a studio layout that was very convenient--and also distanced the sleeping area from the potentially noisy area outside. (It is a motel-style facility, with doors opening to the outside.) Desk clerk was pleasant, but should be encouraged to use a warmer greeting on guests' arrival. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. I enjoyed the humor on the website, and on items/signs in the rooms! And loved the little rubber ducky in the bathroom. :-) A bit of road noise (sirens) being so close to the road. And wish there was a pool/hot tub at the hotel, as well as a complimentary breakfast. Overall is good. The only issue is hair in my bath tub. Not a big issue however if the cleaning person can be a little bit more careful....

it was good, we only stayed to sleep. They had a huge tv for late night relaxing. Very clean and the supplies were changed every day. Free wii fi. I would recomend this Hotel highly.

We enjoyed our stay at Accent Inn it was only a quick 5 min drive to downtown Victoria . Quiet clean rooms and nice staff. We would stay again

We always stay at the Accent Inn when in Victoria and Burnaby. Clean, comfortable, great staffing in all departments and very pet friendly.

Central location close to town - only real complaint was that the pillows were really large and fluffy and I prefer to sleep on my front so I couldn't get comfortable. The front desk had no 'flat' pillows.

great overall, however housekeeping on second could be more early and accommodating. never replaced cups or glasses we had to ask front desk for more.

The staff were very polite and helpful whenever I spoke with them (checking in, setting a wake-up call, directions, ferry info). I also appreciated that they immediately addressed my complaint of noisy guests who were having a party outside my door on the landing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Accent Inn surpassed our expectations. We were in Victoria attending the AAA Swim Championships and were a short 10 minute ride from the Commonwealth Pool. I had some difficulty with the water maintaining an even temperature in the shower, but I brought this to the attention of the the front desk and feel this issue will be investigated. Compared to 4 star hotels this hotel rates right up there when it comes to conveniences - right next to an ABC Restaurant, free daily major newspapers, refrigerator in the room plus the cost. Easy access to the street that will get you downtown as well as to the ferries quickly, no worries about getting lost here. The hotel was empty and they put me on the street side to listen to the traffic. Room had a horrible smell. Carpet badly needed a shampoo. Wifi was down and clerk said Oh well to bad so sad. You can do much better in that city in the winter for that price.

I lived in Victoria for years and drove by this hotel hundreds of times. I had to be in town for five days on business and was desperately trying to stay away from the Seasonal madness that is downtown. Checked the ratings and found the Accent Inn. Wow what a pleasant surprise. I had mistakenly booked a Junior suite and after I got in the room went […] back downstairs to see if I could switch to a kitchenette. The front desk "Ferry Godmother" (you have to ask) had me switched over with new room keys so fast that when I came back upstairs my better half started to unpack as she figured we had been declined our request. Moved and settled in and realized that both rooms have recently been refreshed. Bath fixtures were all new, paint and carpets have been redone and the place is in great repair. Hotel staff during the week were great and stayed out of our hair when we told them all we needed was coffee during the daily service. Great place to stay, clean, great bang for the buck and only one block from Mayfair and a number of restaurants. I note that there is a great ABC restaurant in the hotel if one is feeling tired or lazy :) Anyway highly recommended and I will stay there again. Devamı

Hotel, though dated, was in a good location for our needs. It's a no frills hotel. Parking off third floor- we were on the ground floor. We were given a discount certificate for ABC Restaurant next door. Service there was excellent. Stay was for 5 nights-didn't see vacumn once, but they regularly changed towels. We had a great time and found the location to be really convenient for everything we wanted to do. China Town and all the little shops and alleys were fun. The theatre was easy to find and we were across the street from the malls. What could be better for a girls weekend away! Will definitely be back. The location is conveniently close to everything. Although traffic can be loud, also I had many prank knocks on the door on the first night. But the room was nice and spacious for my little family. And CLEAN! I would stay here again.

Had two bicycles with us - great staff, offered to wash them (they have an own washing-place for bicycles!) - we did it on our own, but even great, that there is a place, where you can do that! If you let them know, that you have bikes with you, they reserve a room, which can easily be reached with the bikes, you are allowed to take them into your room. […] Laundry also available (costs: 2,- for the washing, and 2 for drying). I stayed for three nights at the property in Victoria. I had one of the rooms at the back of the hotel, which helped buffer road noise, and it was quite a pleasant stay overall.
