My husband and I were staying at the hotel for our anniversary and had a very enjoyable time. We love the location to the casino, restaurants, and shopping. The room needed a complete refurbishment. For example the sink had large chunks of marble broken out. They nickel and dime you to death. Local calls $1.50 other calls more. Of course, most people use their cell phones anyway. Wireless service is supplied in 3 tiers. The lowest tier is free and is so slow tha I used my phone instead of my laptop. "Would stay again"
This was the BEST workout facility I've ever seen in a hotel. The pool was minimalist, but swimmable (18 meters, only 3 ft deep but better than no water). The workout equipment was closer to a workout facility than a hotel gym - free weights, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, weight machines, sauna, steam room. The remainder of the hotel was standard […] and good. Although, to me, nothing is better than a REAL cup of complementary coffee in the morning from the lobby - THAT was missing...only small coffee maker in the room and $2 cups of coffee next door. Fantastic hotel, right in the heart of downtown. Close to many of the sights, including PNC Park, which is amazing. Short 10-15 minute walk to the ballpark, a little further to Heinz Field. We had a room with no functioning toilet or heating system. Gave the front desk 5 hours to fix and when we returned to the room nothing had been fixed and the room was not made up. "Great location"
We were treated very well by every staff member we encountered. What happened t the dual-head showers?!? I was disappointed by their "Amazon Rain Forest" showerhead. They're not enjoyable at all. The water just falls on top of your head and the water pressure wasn't that great. The beds are super-comfortable as promised. I think the hotel is in a great […] location because it's within walking distace of downtown and the Strip. We used the hotel shuttle and the driver was super-friendly and fun to talk to. "last-minute New Years stay"
Thought it was excellent. Close to all the places we wanted to go or just a short cab ride. We went to North Shore to McFadden's, Rivers, Primannti Bros @ 4AM, then got a late checkout for 1PM. Great time, great staff!!Gerçek Hotels.com misafiri yorumu

"Great stay!"
We had a wonderful experience at the westin in Pittsburgh. The front desk was extremely helpful and fruendly. The room was a very nice size and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was kept cleaned. We were there over New Year's Eve so they were quite busy but I didn't feel at all lost in the shuffle. Hotel was less that 1/2 mile from the restaurant we went […] for dinner in the cultural district, so even though it was snowing a little, we walked--it was a very easy walk. "First Night"

"Nice place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh"
Nice lobby, clean and comfortable room and bed, but upon walking into my room for the first time I could smell lingering cigarrette smoke in a non-smoking room.
