we had a beautiful stay....this was my granddaughter's 1st time at disneyland and your hotel made it even a better stay...we all had a blast....

I love Disneyland. I have been coming to Disneyland since it opened in 1955. However, I was disappointed when I checked in. The front desk person who checked me in was a very unhappy person. No personality. Couldn't even smile. I was so excited to spend some time in Disneyland with my grandbabies and this person just put a damper on my stay. The hotel was awesome, the kids loved the pool and goffy's kitchen. The detain in the rooms was great , but the receptionist was snobby and rude when we checked in.

1 was told it had a balcony.......it did not.

The best stay in my life! Costumer service was excellent. It made me hate coming back to reality!

Great fun for the entire family. The only rub was the cost of having brunch at Goofy's which for two adults and two kids came to $155.00! WOW! Other than that all is good!

Disneyland hotel has just been re-done. The rooms are wonderful and the new pool area is exceptional!

This is a great hotel! Very nice inside and comfortable with an amazingly large window and incredible view. The pool area is huge, I wish I would have been able to go in. The Tiki lounge was great, they were open late and we were able to get drinks after the park closed and after all the restaurants in Downtown Disney closed. The furniture has some […] scratches, but I can only imagine with all the kids that stay there its bound to happen. My only complaint was at checkout, there was a huge long line of people waiting to check out and some of the employees were a bit rude and didn't seem to care that there were people waiting. Otherwise it was wonderful, location is great and the parking lot was a convenient distance. Hotel is at a perfect distance from both parks. Loved it! Devamı

Absolutely loved our stay. The new remodel looks amazing. The kids loved the lights and music that play when you turn on the headboard. I have to say I too squeeled in delight. I felt like a kid again. We had an amazing breakfast with the characters down stairs and it didn't cost much more than the local restaurants that over inflate their prices and […] give you bad service. I would gladly pay a little extra for all you can eat amazing food that you don't have to wait for and comes with tons of characters that come to your table and play and dance with the kids. Overall we had great service...our too was clean and the experience was worth every penny. Devamı

Loved most everything about the hotel. Loved that we parked our truck when we got there and didn't have to use it again until we left. ($15 self park a day - not too bad). Clean rooms, nice staff, pool and waterslides were heated and a big hit with my kids. Ten minute walk through the awesome Downtown Disney to Disneyland, so that was great. They had […] free internet, but no in-room microwave and no access to one on property which was annoying. All in all though we had a really really fun vacation. :) Devamı

Extremely helpful staff, beatifully renovated rooms and o' so comfortable beds and pillows made this a perfect getaway weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Disneyland hotel. We were there for 4 nights and went to D-land every day. It is a short 10 minute walk to the front gate OR you can hop on the monterail which is right near the hotel. This makes it very convinient if you need to come back from naps in the middle of the day. We came back every day for a swim in the […] newly renovated pool. The kids LOVED the water slide and my husband and I liked the relaxing lounge chairs. The rooms have also been recently updated since our last stay and are very comfortable. The kids loved the fireworks that lit up the headboard. The hotel just adds to the entire magical experience! We had a wonderful time. Devamı

The Disneyland hotel was a wonderful place to stay with children. Pluto was walking around entertaining the kids while we checked in. The street before you enter Disneyland was full of things to see and do. Lots of wonderful live entertainment to enjoy! We will definitely stay there again!!

I am a local with an annual pass but wanted a small weekend vacation near to parks. The room was fun! The light up fireworks head board was amazing. Service was wonderful. And the ease of check out was great. I didn't even have to go to the main desk. I will stay there again!

The Hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and one night's stay isn't enough to soak in all of what it has to offer. The rooms were large and comfortable, however the TV was a little smaller than one would have hoped for. The attendants were friendly and prompt; I would definitely go again!

Our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was amazing..the service and the staff is wonderful everyone is very helpful and friendly.The location is so convient Downtonn Disney is steps away and theres so much do also being a ten minute walk to both parks is so convient..My family enjoyed there stay and when We go back we will stay there again..

I have lived in So Cal my whole life and driving the 1 hour to Disneyland for the day is something I have done hundreds of times, but now with 2 kids my husband and I decided to go in style and make our lives easier and stay the night so we could take advantage of the 2 day/2 parks ticket deal. At first I looked at all the neighborhood hotels but ended […] up with the Disneyland Hotel which was priced just between the Paradise Pier and the Grand Californian hotel. I am so glad we did. It made our stay 100x better, no busses or shuttles to catch, easy access to the monorail and downtown Disney. The hotel is absolutely lovely, well appointed, and my kids loved the wall over the bed that lights up and a music box inside the bedside lamp plays "When you wish upon a star". Our room had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch which was plenty of room for 2 adults a teenager and a toddler. The bathroom was large and everything was newer looking and not at all out of date. I want to go back in the summer so we can also enjoy the lovely pool! Devamı

We travelled with our daughter, son in law and 11 month old granddaughter. We asked for - and got - adjoining rooms which was great. We stayed in the Adventure Tower facing Downtown Disney. You can't beat the convenience to restaurants, attractions and Disneyland! The rooms and pool have been recently renovated and were spotless and very comfortable. […] We like that we got into the park early because it was a Thursday and were hotel guests. We also liked finding a little take out coffee shop by the pool for bagels, coffee and fruit for breakfast in the morning, it made it so much easier to eat in the room with the little one. Don't plan on sleeping before 10pm if you face downtown Disney (we were on the 3rd floor)...there is activity on Downtown Disney until then (bands and such), but it gets very quiet right at 10. We will stay there again, not much interaction with the staff, but it wasn't needed. Devamı

I love the Disneyland hotel and will never be happy staying anywhere else when I'm visiting Disneyland. It was a great experience and I just wish we had more time to spend at the hotel itself.

We have always wanted to stay in the Disneyland hotel! It was worth every penny!

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are so nice, with headboards carved to look like the Castle in Disneyland, and they light up too! When you press the button to turn on the lights on the headboard, a Disney song plays (just once though, haha). I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this was the very best experience I have had there. The staff seems […] to have stepped it up a notch and the service was impeccable. We paid extra for a club level room, and let me tell you, it is greatly worth it! All day access to snacks and beverages, staff assistance with planning your day at the parks, a lounge with floor to ceiling views of the parks and Downtown Disney. Nightly viewing of the Disneyland Fireworks display with accompanying music. Magical. I was especially impressed with the quality of snacks and beverages, even the complimentary wine and beer for the adults. It's not just an apple and a bottle of water, they really go all out to try to please. The new pools/waterslide area is breathtaking! I cannot wait to return! Devamı

Upon arrival, we were given fast passes to use in Disneyland that were usable as soon as we put them in the machine. The location was close to the monorail and Downtown Disney. The hotel stay permitted you to get into Disneyland an hour earlier than others and it was great to ride the Fantasyland rides during that time. We also ate at Goofy's Kitchen. […] Although a little expensive, the food was delicious and the characters were very gracious and took time with all the kids. Recently stayed at the hotel with my husband and five year old. We had a room with a premium view for the fireworks and everything was perfect! The view was great and we were able to hear the music on the "Fireworks Channel". We ordered room service a couple of times and the food tasted great, arrived hot, and took no more than 30 mins. The convenience […] factor is excellent, and since the hotel recently underwent a remodel, all of the rooms are up to date, with a roomy layout and nicely decorated. Disneyland hotel is amazing and definitly a experience for the whole family! There is also something about sthaying at the hotel that really gives you that full on "disney magical experience" we didnt have to Worry about a thing while we stayed at the hotel we were able to take the monorail we also had the bell service take care of our luggage while […] we had fun at the disney parks. Also since we stayed at the hotel we disnt have the need to use our car the whole trip as we are next door to the park and disney district soo even after check out our car was ok right in the parking lot! Not to mention poolside service and most of all Goofy's Kitchen is a must!! Its a all you can eat buffet with everything you can possibly think of! Might i add everything there is extremely good! And with all the characters roaming around chatting with you, it makes that experice much more special for the kids. Theres also dancing and what not every 15-30min and be prepared to conga as we did a congaline thru the buffet and all around the dining area! Soo much fun! Even if u choose to opt for a different hotel if u are on a budget, PLEASE go to goofy kitchen it is definitly something u wouldnt want to miss, overall we would do this again and are thinking about next year for another visit :) i highly reccomend this place, room was coean n spotless, hotel staff n cast members were the friendliest and helped me with all my needs! Room was very comfy, and the service was excellent. An unexpected need for a wheelchair was handled immediately. It is definitely more expensive than other properties in the area with similar rooms, but you are paying for that elusive feeling of "magic" and the feeling of never leaving the Resort. Whether that's worth it to you, only you can answer. […] For us, going to Disneyland infrequently, the answer is yes. Devamı

We returned to Disneyland for our two year anniversary. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. They changed our room to a better view when asked and surprised us with rose petals on the bed that night. I have traveled all my life and have never been to a better hotel.

I don't typically write reviews, but had to for this one. This trip to the Disneyland Hotel was for our one year anniversary. My wife and I were treated with great respect and courtesy. We were upgraded without even requesting an upgrade and ended up in arguably the best suite at the hotel with an amazing view. We were there to enjoy a weekend of celebration […] with nice meals and a fun time at the parks, but part of us wanted to just stay in the room! It was newly renovated, spacious, and looked wonderful. All around, I highly recommend a visit here. You have to at least try it once. Devamı

location good, hotel room not worth the price

With the hotel approaching the final weeks of major renovation/construction, the staff seemed to be a bit on edge in their working conditions and although somewhat helpful, it was not the "Disneyland" spirit that one comes to expect from The Happiest Place on Earth. Upon check-in I learned that the room I reserved was not available, therefore they […] "upgraded" me to the concierge level in the Adventure Tower. The view of Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney was spectacular, the room was newly renovated and very cute with all the little Disney touches ... but the bed ... OMG the bed was HORRIBLE! You would expect that a comfortable new bed would be included in the cost of the renovations, but clearly it was not. The queen size bed was old and concaved on both sides, which made it very difficult for an adult and two kids to sleep comfortably. After getting about 3 hours of sleep I awoke in the morning hoping that I had missed something - perhaps this was a sleep number bed and the controller fell behind the night stand!! No such luck :( The breakfast buffet at Goofy's Kitchen was good, not great. They are in a hurry to get you in and out and onto the next! Rather an expensive breakfast for cold and less than courteous service. The location was more than convenient - down the elevator and out the backdoor - you found yourself standing at the entrance of Downtown Disney... just a short walk to Disneyland & California Adventure! Hope you find this review helpful when making your decision to stay here. Would I stay again? NO WAY!!! Devamı
