It would have been nice to know before getting to hotel after 17 hr drive that it was under construction. Light bulb blew in bathroom and they just gave us a bulb to do it ourselves. Other then that things were fine...good breakfast and good sized rooms. We were not in room that much so it worked for what we needed.

It was comfortable. I would stay there again. The room where clean. The service was excellant.

This was the second time we stayed at Quality Suite. We have been traveling to Baton Rouge for medical proceedures for my 4-5 month granddaughter. The staff were excellent. I asked for a downstairs suite because we were traveling with an infant and their was no problem. Our bath tub did not seem clean, so I called and the clerk said she would be happy […] to clean it herself as soon as someone came to take the front desk. She said she could send her maintenance person to take care of the problem and she did. They are under repair and that is why the particles were in the tub. Everything else was excellent. This was really the worst hotel experience I have ever had to endure. I checked about 9pm and had to change rooms 5 times. Every single room either wasn't cleaned (bathrooms were filthy with soap scum and rings in tub. One room had tissue in toilet. 3 of the rooms didn't have towels) or the TV was broke. What made it so much worse, the front desk gave […] me muliple room keys and told me to walk around to the rooms to see which one I wanted. So I had to tote all my bags back and forth up stairs and around the hotel (mind you the elevator was broke)! Every room was disgusting! I had to settle on a room with a broke tv, bc at least it was clean! No one ever with the hotel offered as much as an apoligy! The only decent part was the breakast. But I wouldn't stay here again even if the rooms were 10 dollars/ night. Also, very disappointed to find out the rooms were actually outside. For safety reasons, I dont prefer hotels where u have to walk outside to get to the rooms, and somehow I ended up there. And U can't tell on the pics! Devamı

Would of been nice if we had been told about the remodeling going on. Rooms were okay but when opening adjoining doors discovered spiders. No towels in one room and had to call twice.

While the hotel is conveniently located off the freeway, the room setup was somewhat undesirable, with the sink right out in the sleeping area and oh, one set of towels!

Dont stay here, set up at night could be dangerous when going to your car. No security, no cameras in areas that should have cameras. Not safe!

What a mess! They are currently [Mar2012] remodeling the hotel. I booked a King suite but got a double suite--old furnishings. I was told there were NO kings available for this night. There was limitied parking due to consturcion equipement and painting of the outside. The crew worked till about 9pm in the room next to me and were very noisy. Second time staying at hotel. Dissappointed in housekeeping. When returning back to the room after a day out, no towels were left. All the front desk could offer was bath towels, no wash cloths. This should not happen.

The rooms were in bad shape. Breakfast was good but that was about it.

I booked a room for a King & no smoking, but I was reserved a double smoking. I told the clerk at the desk that I reserved a King no smoking, he arranged for what I wanted. The problem with that was that the room was not made ready because it was stuffy, no shower cap and the coffee bag inside of the room was old. Overall it was OK, because the linen […] was clean. Quite satisfactory...The room was much better than advertised...Hotel is convenient to everything...I would have no problem staying there again...as a matter of fact i will be staying there again in the very near future...

If you are looking for a hotel with disgusting carpet, hair on the bed and soiled furniture then this is the one for you. The condition of the outside was a dead giveaway but I had already for it. Run from this hotel as it was horrible!!

It had the space we needed for a family of 5. The non- smoking room smelled like a smoking room. The beds were too firm for my comfort having 2 back surgeries. The pillows were great. The customer service was great! We had to call for maintenance and extra sheets for the sofa. They responded promptly. The hot breakfast was satisfactory.

Always enjoy my stay.Home away from home

Don't go to this hotel if you want to use the gym. It has a decent sized pool, but the exercise room is pitiful. Half of the machines were broken and the ones that did work squeaked loudly every time you moved. It made working out very uncomfortable.

hotel near dr office, room was very large, decor a little outdated. front desk service was good. hot breakfast was very nice, only problem was they were out of milk & oj. i dont know why someone didnt go next door to store and buy some.

Furniture need to be updated. The drawers were cracked. Closet door didnt shut. The bathroom wall was dirty. The remote for television wasnt available. Microwave was outdated. Light bulbs needed replacing. Door to room was hard to open.

Pay a little more to get a decent hotel. We cancelled our second night, bc our first night experience was so bad. The first room, they put us in, the ac didn't work. Front desk said turn it off for a few seconds, then turn it back on to see if it froze over. The ac shouldn't be freezing over and if it is, they should replace it. Well, it didn't work, […] so they moved us to another similar room, after the front desk made it apparent that we were putting her out by checking for another room. The second roomdid have ac, but my husband heard little critters during the night. Trying to be positive, I disregarded his accusations, but the nxt day saw small patches of bread missing from our loaf. :( Devamı

Ac didn't work. Front desk wasn't much help. Was suppose to stay 2 nights... And will be canceling the 2nd night.

The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel and the pool was really clean and a nice size. The central courtyard could have been fantastic with a little maintenance and upkeep - it created a really nice atmosphere - and I loved all of the veranda's and plants. When I checked in, they indicated they would be delivering towels […] later - that never happened. The TV in the living room of the suite did not work and several lightbulbs were out. Even with the problems, I consider it a bargain. Devamı

Very nice hotel. Only problem were a few rowdy guests in another room. But overall stay was pleasant.

Rooms was nice size, but poor cleanliness. the hot breakfast was ok.

The location of the hotel was great, it was right where we needed it to be. But when I called for towels b/c there was none in the room, they told my I had to come get them. Then 2 days later at 7am, they call my room asking if I called for towels! I said, "yea, 2 days ago!!" The room smelled of mold and there was roaches in out room! I wont stay there […] again! Devamı

My husband and I stayed here for the last 2 days of our trip after having a bad experience at a another hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean and beautiful the rooms were and they even had a cook making your free hot breakfast to order. We would most definitely stay here again.

I planned a 1 night stay with my mom and daughter to do some shopping. Safety and ease of location was important to me. This Hotel was located in a great area next to the Mall. The room was clean and larger than I expected. Each room had a little balcony which I didn't realize and was very pleased with. The only issue we had was the first room we got […] in had a locking issue and maintenance wasn't able to come right out and fix it so they put us in another room. The front desk was VERY helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great too !! We will plan another trip like this in the future and this is where we will stay. Not expensive and convenient. Devamı

Spend a few dollars more and get a nicer room. Plenty of hotels close to here that are nicer.

The bathtub was dirty. The breakfast service was horrible. The blankets in the room was dirty. I didnt feel comfortable in this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. I was over charged. I had to go to Wal-mart and get cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the bed linen. My friend's doorknob fell off in her hand when she went to shut the door. Our plumbing was backed up for hours. The complimentary breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous, and the breakfast services was pretty good considering it was complementary in the price of stay. Maintenance and housekeeping were generally real poor. Batteries were missing from TV remotes (both), furniture draws were broken, ice machines did not work, and most of the coke machines were out of supply much of the time. With […] the exception of the lobby, the whole place seemed to be needing repair and the furniture and decor very old. Don't think I'll return! Devamı
