"Better than nothing when there is no other options"
Room had a mold stinch from when I walked in, Floor was wet on the side closest to the window and front desk help did not cancel my second room only marked it as a no show.

Very friendly staff. Rooms, especially the bathrooms need some updating soon. Mold is an issue so if you have allergies this might not be a place to stay.
Very nice place. Will definitely stay there again, probably every time I'm in Greensboro.

"Good for a quick business overnight"
This is an older hotel, but very convenient and very clean. The sheets were a bit "pilled" for my tastes, but other than that it was a great overnight stay for business.

The only problem we had was with the tv reception. Everything else was great.
"They're really trying..."
It's an old facility that was built cheap. The wavy hallway is quite possibly the weirdest I've ever seen - wish I'd snapped a photo! But, all the easy fixes are done - real nice towels, free wireless worked well, reasonable bkfast (coffee bagels/muffins) for a 2 star, and our AC worked well too. Our non-smoking did not smell like it had been smoked […] in and the front desk was fast and friendly even with several groups checking in at the same time. "cheap and nice"
This was the only hotel for this price with a good review. Room was large, very clean, smelled very nice, staff was nice, room ammenities were nice, new carpet, style did not look cheap or chintzy, right near the mall and lots of restaurants. the only thing is that I asked for a wake up call because I was afraid my phone would die because I forgot my […] charger. "Baymont Inn and Suites - great location"
I was very happy with the overall condition of the hotel - clean, great bedding, newer bathroom. The location is perfect, so close to the interstate, yet it was quiet down a side street. I would definitely stay there again if my travels take me to Greensboro.
For the price it was just fine. It was clean and that's what was important to me.
"Okay for a quick place to bunk-out for the night"
The room was a bit run down, building itself was fine. Bed was decently comfy, space and WI-Fi were adequate. Just happy to have a place to sack-out after driving through a snowstorm most of the way to the final destination. Nothing special. Room was overpriced at the original rate. Discounted rate brought it down to a fair value.

"Baymont - Greensboro"
The hotel and room that we stayed in were very clean. Definetly worth the price. The room was equipped with microwave and mini refrig whcih was unexpected but came in handy. Hardy buffet breakfast was included in package. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The only draw back was the entrance ways to each section of building as the lobby […] was on the end. We had to do a bit of walking to get to front desk but that was even a fun experience. Here is why.... An odd thing that my husband and I laughed at each time we left the room was the waved hallway. It was like you were riding a wave uphill to get to lobby and down hill to get to room. We kept wanting to purchase a skateboard to have more fun. We would stay again! Devamı

"Close to Mall and restaurants"
This was i nice hotel to stay overnight in. It was clean, they have a great exercise room and the people at the front desk were friendly and courteous..

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Bathrooms need slight updating, and not all sockets work. The bed is super comfy and will make you want to stay another night.

do travel ball with my daughter and always looking for a place i feel safe at with her. the baymont ia located in an area with a bunch of other holltels, very well lit, and very open. the rooms were clean and the beds quite comfortable. also had a very good, HOT, continental breakfast. with gravy and bisquits also. staff was very friendly. when i return […] back to greensboro i will be staying here. was a great price also. "Baymont Inn and Suites - Just Average"
When I checked in the phone didn't work, there were several light bulbs missing from the lamps and the TV reception was horrible. Thank God I was only there to sleep. The front desk personnel were good though and got the phone replaced quickly. All in all I'd say the hotel was only adequate.

The hotel showed some signs of wear and tear, but our room was very nice and clean, and we got great value for the money. Breakfast was good, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Baymont Inns was a very nice hotel and good place to stay. If I'm in Greensboro again I'll consider staying there again.
"Close to Coliseum and cozy"
Slightly older hotel (upgraded carpet could help this), but my room was clean and smelled fine. The front desk folks were very nice and made me feel very welcome. I was in town for a convention at the Coliseum and this fit the bill for location. Close to surrounding resturaunts and the price was really good too! I will be staying here again!
"Nice, Brief Stay - No Complaints"
This was a nice hotel, no frills, but nice. I only stayed 2 nights, but it was all I needed. There's no meat offered at the breakfast, which was a little disappointing. But considering the price, you can't expect a a feast. The staff were nice and helpful. They left me alone and that's what I like.

For the price this was a decent hotel. The room was clean but due for refurbishing. The staff were very professional. Major complaint: The shower was lukewarm at best and a lukewarm shower just isn't the way I want to start or finish my day.

"Great service, not a bad stay"
While the bed could have been softer, and it would have been great if the toilet hadn't clogged, overall our stay was fine, and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. At 3:20am there were people being very loud in the hallway. A quick call to the front desk to complain about it, and within 30 seconds the issue was completely resolved. […] Silence. Thank you. In the morning, the toilet clogged, but a quick call the front desk to ask for a toilet plunger, and 30 seconds later, and toilet plunger arrived at our door. Quick response. Very polite. Devamı

"Awesome hotel"
Like a five star for a two star price book here.
"Never been in a hotel with an interior hill."
So the interior hall is a hill, which isn't necessarily a bad thing -- it's a little odd and almost an attraction of sorts. An interesting architectural choice. I had to park at one end of the hotel, but my room was at the other end. It was cold so I decided to come inside and walk the distance inside. I lugged my assorted bags, luggage and briefcase […] up the stairs (since there was no elevator) and then up the hill. I swiped the key card and it didn't work so I went back to the front desk which was further uphill and then down the stairs. The front desk had forgotten to code the key. So they gave me a new key card and I headed back upstairs and downhill and swiped the card to get into the room, and it was occupied....no people, but luggage, stuff. So I headed back to the front desk (uphill, downstairs) and they moved me to another room further downhill. I walked back up and swiped the card again to get into my new room. It was clean, but not sparkling. The refrigerator was off, and unplugged but when plugged in, not working. And it smelled. The sheets were clean, the bathroom, clean but tired. I stayed two nights because there were no vacancies nearby (the furniture market was in full swing). I won't be staying here again, despite the novelty of the uphill/downhill hallway. Devamı

Kind of smelly, dingy, ok service close to High Point trade show. Power went out due to tornado for at least 8 hours, apparently no back up generators>

Yuk! My room smelled, Wi Fi did not work, There was a creepy man in the lobby. The overall feel was not good. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!
We were not real pleased with quality of the hotel although we did not have a lot of choice since everything was booked for the Furniture Market. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable but there was a very bad "motel odor" of cigarettes and just a musty smell. We were on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator which is difficult with alot of heavy […] luggage. The wooden floors squeaked loudly walking across them in the middle of the night. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at; The staff at the front desk did not even smile...very mechanical in their interaction. The only good thing about the stay was the complimentary breakfast;; toilet had ring around the bowl that was very disgusting; pillow cases were filthy...had to request clean ones. The […] bed spread was so thin and worn out...didn't even look like it was cleaned for some time; we tossed it aside. The towels were like sand paper and dingy looking. Very disappointed that I paid too much to stay in that roach motel and they really had roaches I had to contact the front desk to switch rooms. The staff had poor customer service and the breakfast was disgusting. The bathrooms were terrible this hotel really needs some remodeling done and exterminator asap.
