I liked my stay very much. The service was impeccable.

As a frequent business traveler to L.A., I'm always scanning hotels for a short list of reasonable features: cleanliness, some business amenities (WiFi, gym, parking), and a good location. The Hacienda has WiFi and parking and is conveniently located near LAX, but other than a low price ...that's about it. When I opened the door to my room (located […] in the back building, which required much navigating through unmarked stairs, corridors and elevators in the dark), the smell hit me like a ton of bricks: damp and moldy and definitely not clean. I promptly asked for a new room. This one was barely better, with a TV remote that was on the blink (three calls and a hour later, I got a new one). Chipotle is the best food choice in the area, and even the attached bar/lounge is shady at best (though sometimes that's cool in a kitschy way). My advice? If a good night's sleep is important to you, look elsewhere. Devamı

Hotel is outdated and parking is very inconvenient. Elevator floor listings are very confusing if you've never stayed before. Room # 2721 is in building #2, 7th floor, room 721. Didn't op for the room with breakfast this time around, but breakfast is enought to get you going. Suppose because I've always booked through Hotels.com, their block of rooms […] are always building #2, top floor's, end of the halls. pretty good . alot of airline staff stays there so I figured it would be good.

Horrible from start to finish. Scary hallways, not clearly marked, room reservation not found, got walked in on by housekeeper, bathroom light has a timer, room service hours posted in room not correct, and TV didn't work. Management was willing to do nothing about any of it because I was only there for one night. Will not return!

My bed was comfortable, but the rooms were a little small and there was hardly no closet space. But I enjoyed the pool, and the sitting area around the water fountain.

First impression NOT good. Desk clerk sent us to the furthest room, 2nd tower, but the problem was............we got there & the keys didn't work! When I returned to the desk, that clerk was gone, and the one who gave me new keys didn't apologize or seem to care. These front desk folks are the ones who need to make the travelers feel welcome.

My wife and I were attending a convention held at the hotel. We enjoyed the room and food overall. It is in a convenient location for those of us who drove or those that flew.

Very Charming Hotel. European style with nice dance club, 24hr Coffee Shop. Wounderful outdoor fireplace for sipping wine; romantic!!

There is an older building and a newer building. The older is where I was booked. I was not overly impressed with the my room. Very, very basic. I was in town waiting on my international flight for the next day. This is a good transit hotel not one for long stay. Located near restaurants.

The shuttle service allowed family members who flew into LAX to meet with others who drove at a convenient location near the airport.. The room had been booked for 3 adults, 2 children, but the original room offered on arrival was so small there wasn't space for a roll away bed, let alone 5 people. After a quick visit to the front desk, we were reassigned […] to a larger room in a newer section of the hotel. This is an older hotel and the first room offered was about a 2 in quality. If you are looking for an inexpensive transit hotel for a night or two and are passing through LA, this is a fine place. The bedding is good and the shower are good. The decor is threadbare and the air con/heat is not working properly. They have reinvested very little in this place over the years but as a "crash pad," it's fine.

The Hacienda is a pretty decent Hotel, not a Great One though. We had a very nice experience, except for One little detail; the AC system in our room did not work properly, it gives hot air in stead of cold air.

Third time staying at this hotel, this last time we were place in a older side of building, beds very old and noisy, kids were dissapointed, showers falling apart, toilets were working ok. (thank you God), next trip to L.A. we are not staying at this hotel. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

The decor is a bit tired but rooms are clean and comfortable-always great value

there were no tea/coffee making facilities, bed bugs, staff rude, no organised shuttle service to local attractions, room was aged and dirty - need a good hoover. frankly this place was not worth the money and as a frequent LAX stop over traveller, i will not stay here again and I am also disappointed that this website would advertise such a hotel.

I suppose you "get what you pay for"...found a special night rate for this Hotel for 1 night. The fact that I had to hike from my car to the "back entrance" of the hotel tower did little to instill confidence that I made a "good deal" on a hotel stay for the night. The smell of the hallways told me the carpeting has not been cleaned very well. The room […] was a decent size, but the old smell was the same. The bathroom towels were thread bare, and small and I was informed by the person checking me in that the HVAC did not work, only the heater. I certainly will not make another visit anytime soon. I have stayed here many times. This is an older hotel. Some of the rooms have been redone and are very comfortable. If you are just staying a night or two when you are flying out of Los Angeles, it is the perfect place. They have free airport transportation 24 hours a day, and free high speed internet service in every room. The staff are awesome and […] will do their very best to make you feel welcome. The housekeeping staff are very nice and will try to accommadate any request. They did remove the coffee makers from the rooms, which I really miss, but there is a Starbucks just across the street. The area around the Hotel is good, and walking is not a problem. There are several restaurants within 2 blocks and a Ralphs grocery store across the street. Walgreens is 1 block away. Upon arriving and checking in, I waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me. When we got to the room it was messy and a disaster. They moved us to another room and at 215am we got a wake up call we did not request!

Hotel seems aged and is over due for a remodel. How ever location to airport and free shuttle service to airport was very convenient.

Wasn't expecting much, didn't get much. Was a convenient place to stay overnight before getting on an early morning flight from LAX. Lack of in room temperature control leaves a lot to be desired. The whole place is on central heat and air. You can only change the speed of delivery. Was about 80 degrees in the room.

My boyfriend and I will surely stay again....all of our needs were met for a good price!!

it is close to the airport, from Ralphs, from service station , Sizzler and many others

Hotel was very clean and the queen bed, single room was spacious and comfortable. Better than I expected. The night desk clerk was efficient but not very friendly - felt like I was inconveniencing him. But the morning front desk person was very friendly and helpful. This is an older facility that they are trying to keep up with coats of paint when it needs a real overhaul. I stayed in the South tower. Unusually low ceilings, water stained and in disrepair in the hallway. Hallway way carpet does not lay flat, makes it look sloppy. I was pleased to find the room in better shape than the hallway. The room has a door […] that opens out to the side of the building with a small rail across so you don't wander to your death. Having this door open is the only way to cool your room. There is no air conditioning. There also lots of noise with this door open. Street traffic and hotel workers below ALL NIGHT. No screen on the door so bugs, birds, what have you, can just come in. I felt the bed was very hard but that just may personal preference. Free wireless internet (with password when you check in) was about 2Mbps up and down. Not great but just enough bandwidth for low quality Skype video calls. TV was an old CRT type and needed to be replaced. I won't stay here again because I like my room to be cool at night. Devamı

Check in was very slow and took a long time, though staff was pleasant enough. Hotel very dated, dingey. Condition of room was not great; smelled musty, and very old furnishings. One of the outlets was detached from the wall with exposed wires, which looked like a fire hazard; TV would only work when outlet was turned in a particular way. I was too […] exhausted at the time to request another room. I also wonder about safety; around 1 or 2 AM someone tried to enter the room. Luckily I had set the sliding lock on the door before going to bed, which apparently kept the person out. Perhaps it was just a misdirected cleaning staff member, but either way I'm glad not to have found out. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS HOTEL CHARGED OUR CARD FOR PARKING WHEN NOT ONLY DID WE NOT PARK IN THEIR LOT WHICH BY THE WAY YOUR KEY CARD HAD TO BE USED FOR ENTRANCE. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. "INTERGRITY"HACIENDA

Can't say a lot since we arrived late in the day and left early next a.m. to catch a flight. Shuttle svc. was prompt and efficient.

I picked this hotel due to its close proximity to a test I was taking in LA. I was hoping for a complimentary breakfast, but I was willing to give that up to be close to the test site. The staff was available, but certainly not courteous. We finally got to our room and unpacked, and then our experience turned for the worse. One, they only run the […] ice machine on every other floor, so you have to take the stairs to get ice. Two, it was a nice evening in LA, but the pool had no towels. We waited almost forty minutes and made two calls to the desk to have them bring it down. Three, the thermostat is locked, so you better be happy with they temp they left it. And the worst part was the billing. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for $12 worth of long-distance phone calls. My wife and I have cell phones (obviously) and we have not made a long-distance call on a landline line in YEARS! Did they really think they were gonna pull the wool over our eyes? We disputed and they tried to make us wait an hour for a manager to come and sort it out. After telling them we wouldn't put up with it, the removed the charge. In the end, they decided to add an $2 "tip" to my room service even they I gave a tip in cash to the server. At that point, I was too frustrated to even call and argue over it. Service is not as bad as it was reviewed but the front desk is slow to respond. Shuttle to the airport is a plus specially in the middle of the night.

Hated the parking fee and the farness of the pool and smallness of the room. Room was nice and clean and loved the balcony/ patio. Hated the location and parking fee.

Old hotel. Worn and thin linens and towels. Clean rooms. No services were required. Good value for price.

The hotel is easily accesible from the airport via an easily-found shuttle. The wait for the shuttle was 20 minutes. On arrival, the service was good and prompts, the entrance, bar and inner garden are pleasently well kept and relatively luxurious. The rooms, while not luxurious, are very comfortable, spacious, clean, and have free interned with a big […] desk that is ideal for studying or working. Note that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Most rooms seemed to have windows or balconies. The hallways were what threw me off: some seemed dated and worn, in need of remodelation, several ice machines were not working and the snack machines were almost empty. The elevators are slow. The breakfast was not as fantastic as advertised, but it was still good. The price on the food was not too expensive, but if you choose the cheaper option you can walk right across the street to the super market. There are several cafés and restaurants near by and the area was fantastic. Highly recommend the tours the hotel offers. Practically all of the staff was bilingual and very willing to offer help. Was just looking for a low-cost option near LAX and this fit the bill. Hotel has a dated, 1970s cruise ship type feel, but the room was clean and location was convenient. Bathroom didn't have any large bath towels for some reason. Hotel has a private parking lot that costs $8/day and accessible with room key card.
