The pools are great, several of them, but you have to go down many sets of stairs to get to a small beach. The prices at the bar pool are excessive. The rooms are very large and comfortable but the paint on the doors is peeling...maintenance could be better. I thought $25.00 UDS for a buffet breakfast in Acapulco was too much. The hotel itself is a hidden jem. Very secluded, feels very private, the grounds are stunning and well-maintained. The downside is that it is very secluded. The closest store where you can but any snack is 20-minute drive in a taxi, or about $15 U.S. one way. The Tobacco Shop that sells some snacks, only sells bags of chips and ice cream bars. You cannot […] get any coffee (there is no coffee machines in the rooms) anywhere other than their restaurants, so you pretty much forced to eat at the hotel. The food there is very good, but expensive, so this is a major inconvenience. If you can arrange for a coffee machine and some snacks (you have to hide them to bring them to your room), you'll be in heaven. It looks and feels like heaven. The water in the bay is warm, serene and clear. I had a huge room with a private balcony, very clean and nice. Not many English speaking tourists there, mostly locals, and stuff doesn't speak a very good English, but between my broken Spanish and their little English we got along just fine. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It´s the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived we requested the same room and the manager was very helpful to accomodate and gave us a special deal. Most of the rooms face the Marques Bay with an spectacular view. The hotel has three nice pools and a private beach. This is very convenient. […] The staff is courteous. This hotel is suited for couples and families alike. We drove our own car, so we were able to go out and see Acapulco at night. But I guess you can also take a taxi. The hotel is located in a hill side so you may feel you are in the middle of the jungle the first time, but we really liked this quite and romantic location. Devamı

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at on the Mexican coast. Secluded, romantic, quiet, away from the night life. Very friendly staff. The value far exceeded the price we paid. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Acapulco.

No respetan ñahabitacion que se reserva via hoteles.com, el equipo es viejo y las instalaciones igual

El costo de la estancia no corresponde a los servicios ofrecidos por el hotel. La comida me parecio mala y la señal de telvisión pésima. El hotel está situado lejos de cualquier otro lugar para comer, por lo que deberían mejorar su oferta en alimentos. Creo que se aprovechan de la excelente ubicacióndel hotel.

EL HOTEL ES ACCESIBLE AL PRECIO, SOLO TRES COSAS, UN JOVEN DEL VALET MAL ENCARADO, MUCHO ESCANDALO UNA NOCHE EN LA HABITACION DE ARRIBA, LA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD DE LA HABITACION NO SERVIA.

Las camas las encontr muy incomodas, no encontre en el hotel area de niños

Muy buena intención de servicio, el mantenimiento ya no es tan bueno, se entiende por las ventas tan golpeadas por la crisis del mercado.

EL HOTEL TIENE DEMASIADOS AÑOS Y EL MANTENIMIENTO NO ES EL ADECUADO, CERO INSTALACIONES PARA DISCAPACITADOS, USAN VASOS DE UNICEL (CERO CONCIENCIA ECOLÓGICA), EN FIN NO CORRESPONDE EL SERVICIO Y LAS INSTALACIONES CON EL PRECIO.

プールがすごくよかった！ただしチェックイン時のホテル従業員の対応がいまいち。予約をちゃんとしてあるのにもかかわらず最初の１０分は「予約が入っていない」の一言で冷や汗でした。それを除けばとてもいい滞在でした。

En gral un hotel muy comodo

Algunas cosas no funcionaban bien, como las hieleras en los pasillos las cuales, además hacían mucho ruido. La limpieza del Hotel podría estar mejor y algunas personas que laboran ahí, no se ven contentas, como la mujer de las toallas en la alberca. El restaurante de mariscos no tenía muchas cosas que la carta ofrecía y los arreglos a las albercas se […] veían baratos. La playa de Pichilingüe en la Bahía del Marqués queda relativamente cerca de Acapulpo (y del aeropuerto), y el hotel cuenta con una playa privada muy tranquila espectacular. El hotel cuenta con 3 piscinas con vista a la mágica bahía. Tiene un restaurante en la playa con una atención estupenda. El mar aunque tiene un poco de corriente, es ideal para […] nadar. En el mar se pueden ver peces de muchos colores y muchos tamaños. El amanecer es excepcional desde este lugar. Muy comodo y tranquilo para ir con familia

EL HOTEL GOZA DE UNA BUENA UBICACION DISENIO Y ARQUITECTURA, LA PLAYA PRIVADA ES DE PRIMER NIVEL, ASI COMO LAS TRES ALBERCAS CON QUE CUENTA, SIN EMBARGO LE HACE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO Y UNA REMODELACION URGENTE DE MOBILIARIO EN EL LOBY.

NO CABE DUDA QUE TENEMOS UN PAIS HERMOSO Y LO PUEDEN COMPROBAR EN LA VISTA DE ESTE HOTEL

El hotel me pidio el voucher que me enviaron de Hotels.com lo cual me tomo por sorpresa y fue toda una explicación con la gente de recepción. Solicite cuna para bebe, una semana antes del viaje, a la llegada, al botones y en la noche nada. La puerta se desconfiguro los tres días que estuvimos a las 13.00horas teniendo que ir a recepción para que te […] den una llave nueva. El área de playa es peqeñisima y el servicio muy malo en la playa. Este hotel no vale ni la mitad de lo que cuesta por las malas experiencias, tienes que pedir las cosas 3 y 4 veces. Es más para salir del hotel pedi un botones que ayudara con loas maletas y después de esperar 30min tuve que hacerlo yo mismo. Triste experiencia a un precio altismo. Busquen otra opción. Devamı

No es la mejor opción si te gusta correr en la playa en las mañanas. Su playa es muy chica. Cobran el estacionamiento aunque no uses el servicio de Valet Parking. El cuarto es excelente. La vista al mar muy bien. La zona de albercas es bastante grande! Tiene muy buena vegetación.
