We enjoyed our stay but the hotel didn't offer breakfast like other hotels at a cheaper price. Restaurant in the hotel was not open and that was discouraging to guests.

This was our second stay at theis property within 10 days. It offers an in-house restaurant, which we ate in on our first stay, but since there is a shopping mall about 1-mile away with a Wal*Mart and various restaurants we decided to explore it and eat there. I booked a room for Oct 20th stay. The hotel room itself was nice and clean. Hotel staff courteous, but when my family went to shower in the morning the water was not even room temperature. It was border line cold, in fact. Nothing makes you appreciate hot showers when you can't have one. We went to tell the front desk and they seemed less than concerned. […] She did apologize, so I want to make it sound like she was rude. Not having a hot shower isn't the end of the world, but when you pay that much for a room, you expect more than a clean bed. Devamı

My first reason for choosing the Holiday Inn at Martinsburg was its location. It's barely a stone's throw from Interstate Rte-81 and since we were traveling from NJ to NC it was an ideal first stop. The Holiday Inn was clean, convenient and comfortable. The on-site restaurant had a nice menu for children that included dessert, the pool was spacious, clean and convenient to rooms. The additional charge for breakfast was actually a voucher that covered the fee for 2 adults and kids eat free, so well worth the price. The only inconvenience was the […] breakfast service did not start until 6:30 a.m. and we were trying to get an early start. For more leisure stays this would not have been an issue. Devamı

All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The pillows were small and lumpy and the bed linens were well worn. Hotel lobby was a bit shabby. Otherwise, no complaints.

Hotel area grounds were nice and clean. Entrance was clean. Check-in was a breeze. Had reservations already there with keys. Room was clean and comfortable. All necessary items in bathroom were available. TV service was great. Room temperature was excellent and having an digital auto ac controller was a nice added touch. Set the temperature and your […] done. Good view from window. Pillows were nicely labeled for soft or firm. Woke up the next morning feeling well rested with NO BACK PAIN. All in all I had a great experience at this hotel unfortunately I was not able to experience more of this hotels offerings but from a pass glance I'm sure it would have been good (Bar, restaurant, indoor heated lap pool etc.) You won't regret your stay here. The bed was so hard that I contemplated putting the pillow on the floor to see if that would be softer. Other than that, the hotel was good. Nice swimming pool and fitness center. I just wouldn't stay there again, as I need to be able to get some sleep.

Stayed at this modern hotel right off the highway in Martinsburg for one night. We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the area that would allow you to bring a pet. This hotel was exceptionally clean and well managed. The grounds and the property was very well maintained and the rooms were spatious and tidy. The pool was clean and busy, […] but nice. Hotel suited all of our needs, was well appointed, and clean. Was in the area for a softball tournament with 2 adults and 2 children. Was close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay at this hotel again if in the area!

The hotel was fine. My problem was the fact that there were students on a trip that were running in the halls slamming doors much of a night. Certainly did NOT get a decent night's sleep!

My stay was for a reunion with an old friend. This was my first time in the area and I went in there without knowing what was ahead when I arrived. The hotel was very clean and modern. It took me about 30 seconds to check in. All my paperwork was prepared and waiting for my arrival. The room was spotless, odorless and very quiet. The in room coffee […] and complimentary toiletries and daily paper were plentiful. The large flat screen TV was an added bonus as was the in room safe. The bathroom was very clean and standard in size. The lobby was attractive with a small seating area with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace operating as you enter the lobby. I did not eat at the hotel restaurants, but they looked clean and well maintained. NO complaints or flaws with my stay. The staff were all friendly and greeted me whenever they passed, that's something that you don't see much of anymore. This hotel was also near the Martinsburg Mall, and quite a bit of shopping and restaurants. Convenience was also a plus, right off of exit 13 on I-81. reserved room on line for 4 adults 2 teens they gave us a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch then they brought in 2 cots no room to walk through room very uncomfortable front desk really showed no concern.

Nice, big hotel conveniently located about a mile from I-81. Quiet although fairly full of guests. Good restaurant, reasonably priced, and free breakfast. Nice indoor pool is fun for the kids although very loud accoustics and pool furniture needed. One minor thing - mattress was too soft for me. Helpful staff. Very pleased with stay.

Although your room has a microw & frig, you also have a inexpensive, family friendly restaurant in the hotel. If that's not what you want there are several popular restaurants nearby (Outback, Applebee). Finally the mall is nearby too. The movie theater is closeby as well. The room is neat, clean & great pillows! Really enjoyed my stay

We were extremely happy with our accomendations. Although we arrived abit early we were able to check in and the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind to us and didn't act like we shouldn't have been so early. We enjoyed the use of the great indoor pool. We asked for a roll away bed as well and the girl who delivered it was very friendly. […] We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to other travellers. Both times I ate in the restaurant for convenience and there were problems. It really wasn't that busy so expected a little better service. It was OK but I'm sure there were better places to eat nearby.
