Hotel has easy access to highways with lighted parking. Facelift on lobby not completion but hotel staff insured a pleasant 4 night stay. Great RibEye stake at Cattleman's Restaurant.

If you need a room with more space for the same price as other rooms, then look no further.

Main atrium a construction zone - completely. Front desk in a back conference room. Lounge bar was closed. It would have been nice had Hotels.com shared this or the hotel offer some manner of discount for the disruption. However, no amenities were offered and everyone pretended all was as it should be. Not good business for a high end hotel.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! Hotels.com did not bother letting me know this the hotel would be under renovation. The picture representing the arcade is a joke. I complained to front desk twice due to a wet floor, which they finally figured out was due to a leaking roof.....and was not compensated for anything. Room was comfortable, Breakfast was hot and good. However, the hotel lobby/atrium was being renovated (no warning on hotels.com). The smell of paint, chemicals and sheet-rock dust wrecked havoc on my sinuses. The worst part was we arrived at 4:15pm (check-in is 3:30pm) and was told they were waiting on our room to be inspected. After asking about status […] for the next 1 hour and 45 minutes (yes almost 2 hours) we finally got an assistant manager who revealed that our rooms had been ready for an hour. I sat in a tiny lobby for almost 2 hours with my 4 kids (1, 3 year old and an autistic daughter) who were exhausted only to find out that my room was ready an hour ago. Was great. Bummer they were under renovations but the restaurant was great and they had the pool open a day earlier than expected

Massive construction to the pool and lobby are under way. Call ahead to see if it is finished. This was very disappointing to my 11 years old who was on spring break. The room was very comfortable and the bed was nice.

The entire ground floor is being re done. It smelled like paint and chemicals. They do construction during the day and it was very loud. Breakfast wasn't good. Said it would be cook to order but the only hot items were gross eggs hard biscuits and Bacon and sausage. No omelette station. Stayed another night because I couldn't find another room at a […] different hotel and manager on duty was very rude when I went down to ask when the noise would stop since it had woken up ky daughter from her nap twice. She said well Mrs pace if you weren't happy with us why did you book another night I don't understand why you would continue to stay in our hotel. My stay at the Embassy Suites was the bestservice I have received from any hotel I have stayed. Even though they were going under renovations you would never have guessed, because you could not hear any noise. The room service, desk clerks and managers there were top rate. They delivered every service that was stated on their website. I would definitely […] stay there again. The only downside to my stay was finding the hotel it is not location friendly for out of towners but the front desk clerk was so helpful in directing me to the hotel. Devamı

THis hotel is remodeling. It is really noise. Air-condition is not working well. I am not satisfied it. We stayed the first night without the aircondition since it was hot on Mar. 01,2012. They sent the person to fix twice and still didn't work well.

We chose the wrong time to go to the Emabassy Suites. During the time of our trip the hotel was rennovating, so we did not get to enjoy many of the luxuries the hotel had to offer. The hotel did make up for it by allowing us to have internet for free during our stay, and by keeping the pool open 24 hours.

I wish i would have been informed that this hotel was under construction, they basically had the entire 1st floor in pieces. definately should NOT having been paying full price. for the money i paid could have went to several other hotels without the inconveiene of construction.

My husband and I wanted a quick weekend getaway, so we just headed to Tulsa from OKC. They were currently remodeling the atrium of the hotel, so I was disappointed that it was in disarray- I felt they should have notified us before hand. Other than that, though, the stay was great! Room was clean and spacious, bed was SO comfy, and the shower was amazing. […] Breakfast was SO GOOD! Everything was fresh and hot. And the free drinks at happy hour- one of the reasons we picked this hotel- were not wimpy at all. My husband came out of there a little sauced! During our stay the hotel was being rennovated and no where on the site was it mentioned. It was a little unsightly but still functional and there were plenty of signs leading to the temporary front desk and all other amenities. Construction on the lobby stopped around 6 p.m. and did not start again until around 10:30 a.m. so there was no noise pollution. The […] following morning after having breakfast, we got back to our room and the sink in the kitchenette area was backed up with sewage. It was a little disturbing but we were on our way out so we have no knowledge of when it was tended to. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We got bumped from the Embassy to the Renessiance The Hotel is nice but the bed are very unconfortable. We also had an issue with the room called maintance three times but no one ever came.

Found luxury in every way. The staff went beyond the call of duty. We arrived in Tulsa 2 hours before time to check in but when I call the hotel they said come on in we will get a room ready. And it was within 10 minutes of our arrival. The room was very clean. Plenty of coffee and clean towels. although the hotel was full. Spacious suite, dated architecture but updated rooms. Atrium can be noisy. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast bar and short order cook was great.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! It was quiet and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The staff was the greatest. The bed was extra comfortable and the full buffet breakfast made this hotel a #1 value.

Despite the No Party policy that everyone signs upon check-in, there were several parties going on. Kids running late and up early. Lots of unsupervised children. There bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and we found underwear under the edge of the bed. Yuck! The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome!

The hotel was clean. The pool was amazingly warm and not crowded. Our kids had so much fun swimming and we had so much fun soaking in the hot tub. Nice hotel !!!

Travel to Tulsa twice a year for the Wanenmacher's Arms Collector Show and always stay with Embassy Suites. Good breakfast and enjoy the evening cocktails. Nice central location.

This was a really nice place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious. The only thing that was not good was the shower. It was an open shower, which let all the cold air in! Cool look but not efficient use of a shower.

Can't praise it enough and the breakfast buffet probably is one of the best in the country. On Monday though, after our room had been cleaned, we were left without washcloths and no shower mat. These were immediately brought to our room when we called.

Nice hotel. Very clean and professional staff. Not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance but if you have a car I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay.

There is no tub and the shower is quite unusual.

The employees were fast, friendly and ready to serve. The rooms were very clean. I really was impressed with the full breakfast.

Incredibly uncomfortable beds & pillows. Air conditioning did not work well- not broken but not adequate.

Searched site for smoking room. Understandibly hard to find these days. Chose this room on that basis, checked the box inicating "smoking room". The site charged my card. When I arrived, I was told there were no smoking rooms available. When I asked for my money back, so as to find a smokjng room somewhere else, I was told I had to contact Hotels.com. […] Which was not possible at that time, evidently. The hotel itself was not helpful in this regard. Probably won't be using the sight again. Can't say I would recomend it. Ended up paying for a room I didn't want, At least if I had paid the hotel directly, I could have taken my business elsewhere without the hassle. Generally speaking, not much better than your average Holiday Inn. The restaurant was pricy, but had good food and decent service, considering the lateness of the hour. I would suggest to friends that there are better hotels for the price, or that this quality of service/room could be had cheaper. We actually live in Tulsa, but decided we would REALLY like a staycation in order to celebrate several events in our family. We had an EXCELLENT time, and were so pleased with the room, staff, food selections, etc. The evening "happy hour" was a nice touch, and the breakfast was the best I've been to in a long time. All was great except....even the close by McDonalds had free WiFi, Embassy had it for $10.00

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We have already recommended it to friends and family and this is the hotel of choice for us on other vacations.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We hadn't stayed there in over 20 years and were impressed. We vote your breakfast buffet the best we've experienced in the USA!!

The staff went beyond the call to be friendly and completely helpful any way they could. I have never seen a hotel with such wonderful employees. The room service was spectacular, fast, friendly and delicious. The room was spotless, the shower and the bed were always my biggest complaints when staying at a hotel, but in this case I have none. It was […] a wonderful nights sleep in a spacious room with plenty of area for my 3 children to play and sleep. The breakfast was more than I expected with made to order omelets and a buffet consisting of every breakfast food my kids could ask for. The evening managers reception consisting of free drinks for guests was unexpected and fun. The hotel was beautiful, and full of amenities, the only down side was that the pool was quite cold but the Jacuzzi was nice. Over all it was a wonderful experience and I will most defiantly be staying there again very soon. It was easily accessed from the highway and easy to find from city streets. It is positioned next to the highway that takes you anywhere you would want to go in Tulsa. I would most defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tulsa area. Devamı
