Its a great place to stay. I loved how soft and nice the bed was. Their shuttle service is nice although just 4-5 days. Wish they ran it on weekends too. One day they did not have the shuttle, so they called a taxi for me and paid the fare. Very nice people. Will come back again.

This is our 4th Stay Inn visit. My husband & I love the place because of the convenience it provides, its proximity to our family and the surrounding neighborhood affording us comfort all throughout our visit. We call Stay Inn our second home.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Impressed that the room temp stayed consistent. Air system was consistent and didnt turn on and off all the time like in other motels. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Great location to be away from it all but not far from the dining, shopping and activities.

Great deal, clean rooms, great location, even a free breakfast in the morning. This was ideal for a business training session that I had for four days. I will definitely recommend to others.

I am very satisfied when I stay at this hotel. It is close to Woodfield and my friends and family. Everything is to my satisfaction - room is clean, breakfast is available with a small but good selection. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to do so everytime I visit Chicago.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Close to everything we were interested in. Would stay there again.

It was a great hotel stay. The front desk was polite and friendly and helped you out when you needed it. i would definatly recomend this hotel to anyone. the room was wonderful and clean.

I picked to stay in this hotel because of the reviews. One of the small hotels that i've been at that serves free breakfast. the rooms look old but the beds are really comfortable. In the middle of the night we needed change for the vending machine and there were no change machine, so we called the front desk if they have change for $5? Great place to stay. 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, but right next door to the mall! Will definitely stay again. Room was clean, nice breakfast, nice and friendly workers.

My girlfriend and I spent a couple nights in Schaumburg and chose this hotel. The rates combined with the amenities and services cannot be beat. Other reviews mentioned issues with smoke and cleanliness, I did not experience any negative instances with this. I did not smell any stench at all upon entering, and the room was clean and comfortable. The […] breakfast had a wide variety and we ate it each morning we stayed here. I will be staying here again when I return. It has a workout facilyt that is sufficient for getting in a good workout while away from your local gym or routine. It is close to all businesses and recreational areas in Schaumburg. The staff was friendly and always available, they greeted us every time we left and returned to the hotel. The location is near major retail and grocery stores and surround by a lot of business corporations.

bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, room was clean . stayed 2 nights would stay again if in the area again.

You will love this hotel! It is a privately owned, beautifully kept hotel. Great and plentiful breakfast and close to everything! This was a business trip but it would be nice for a weekend getaway also. Comfortable beds, nice fluffy towels, very nice staff. Definately would stay again and will next year when we go for business again.

Breakfast was great. Nice mix of hot and cold food. Coffee was evern good (for me, that's unusual at a hotel)

I thought that this hotel was very clean and very convenient to the convention center. The fact that I could have free breakfast there was excellent for the price. I would surely stay there again next year. It was more than what I expected. The clerk was friendly also. It is next door to an awesome restaurant called wildfire. I loved the location!! it was perfect because we were having a shopping day. The hotel was comfortable, although they only had basic basic cable-so if you like to go to hotels for a nice relaxing time watching tv its not the best. (they do have HBO though) The bathroom was decent size and my room included a sofa-so that was nice. I was actually really […] impressed with the breakfast as well. This was our first time at the Stay Inn of Schaumburg and I'll definitely stay here again. Nice and clean, very quiet and nice & friendly staff. The breakfasts could use a little more variety but that's the only enhancement I would recommend. And, we took our dog with us and didn't find any other "messes" on the property nor did we hear any noise from […] other pets in the hotel. It was a great hotel and we'll be returned the next time we travel to IL! Thanks to the front desk staff and maid service for making this a wonderful experience. There's nothing better than a good nights sleep when staying at an out of town hotel, this is a great place and i would highly recommend it! Devamı

hotel room was great, bed was a litte soft but other than that the room and hotel were a great stay and right near the mall. weekend staff was very friendly and helpful. Audry was the person at the front desk over the weekend and was an amazing person and wonderful help with directions and reccomending a place to eat.

I took my husband to Schaumburg for the weekend. I selected StayInn because it was close to the mall and the fact that breaksfast was included. I was satisfied overall with the hotel, staff at checkin/out and the breakfast was nice too! (no meat on weekends but waffles, cereal, oatmeal, eggs & potatoes) No complaints

The service, location, and cleanliness of the hotel were all very good. The bed and pillows on the other hand were horrendous. The bed had soft spots and the mattress was not supportive at all. The pillows were about as comfortable as folded Paper towels. This hotel would do well to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.

A hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff, but the hotel itself is in need of a face lift. There was an old smell in the lobby and hallway areas. Part of this is probably due to 50% of the first floor rooms being smoking rooms. My non-smoking room was clean in appearance - still had a bit of the old smell, but not like in the lobby. My biggest complaint […] is that the heating/cooling unit is not thermostat controlled, so it is a constant visit to the unit to make it hotter/cooler. My other material complaint is that it took probably 5-10 minutes every morning for the water to heat up in the shower enough that I could use it. My bed was very comfortable and clean, and the room overall was clean, and in good working order. I would probably not choose to stay there again. Devamı
