Let's face it, you're going to stay at this hotel as a stopover so you want a comfy bed. It was great and the room, one of the biggest I've been in. The hotel itself could probably do with some redecoration but it's irrelevant next to the room. Would definately stay again

Easy, convenient and comfortable stay in room as a stop over before flying on to New Orleans.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Reminded me of a prison. The sink wasn't working and it got really noisy starting at 5am. The hotel staff didn't seem to care about either of these issues. Don't stay here.

Great location for a pre or post trip overnight stay. Would think that the rate could be a bit cheaper, though.

we enjoy our one night-stay,with extra stay after 12.00 for 2 hours without paying extra.

We stayed overnight after a long and complex journey and found the airport location really convenient. Unfortunately this was not matched by the room standard which was poor, scruffy rooms in need of serious updating and very overpriced.

very convenient, a bit pricey

I booked a reservation for two (2) rooms and ask that they be connecting rooms. Paid in advance then I received two separate emails confirming my reservation and two se[parate emails indicating that my request to have connecting rooms was honored. Those emails came from Expedia, even though I booked with Hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel first […] they couldnt locate our reservation then they did with an attitude then the rooms were one on the 4th floor one on the 6th floor I was not happy since we have two kids but we dealt with it as the hotel was fully booked. The hallways are very dirty. I have also never ever had stiffer sheets. Sooo cheap and hard and actually hurt to move. A serious let down. Conveinence was the only pro to this stay.

My experience here was similar to that of most other reviewers: rude and unhelpful staff, poor cosmetic condition of rooms and hallways, and significant sanitary and hygienic issues in the bathroom. In other words, you should expect a Motel 6 experience at the price of a Westin. Frowns seemed to be the natural expression of the staff, who were very […] curt and rude. The hallways have scratches, scuff marks, and dents, apparently from decades of collisions with luggage that were never repaired. Worse of all was the condition of the bathrooms: used soap with hair on it. That's right -- the cleaning service did not even replace soap used by a previous guest. The average rate for a room here is nearly double what you will pay at any of the two dozen 3 and 4 star properties within one mile of the airport. It is a perfect night if you have to fly early morning the next day you just walk with your lugage from your room to the checking area. The only bad thing was the bellboy very nasty attitude. A long face and not willing to help. I was traveling with my grandmother and 3 daughters and was not willing to help. His answer was that we must wait 30 minutes […] to have our suitcases in our room. He would not lend us the cart to take them ourselves to our room. Devamı

Took us ages to find it even though we were in the airport but no signage Staff were not very helpful - except one lafy from room service - but they were very busy Arrived at 11000pm and no room service or restaurant open and were told to go down to the adjoining Subway and get something - not good enough for the money you pay and should have booked […] somewhere else got a decent meal and relaxed especially after a long flight - 27 hrs in total from Australia Expected more from an international ??? Great location and the price was reasonable. Beats traveling to another hotel or lounging in the airport for a long lay-over. They keep the airport at 60 F, too cold for me. Beware of paper thin walls and out dated everything.

very good for am flights

This hotel is perfect if you have an early morning flight from Miami. Right in the terminal. Otherwise just average.

Hotel is definitely convenient but the beds definitley need an upgrade.

city was nice. But if your not flying I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Me and friends drove down and booked hotel online weeks before our trip down. Spent over $50 on parking. I will know next time I come down to Miami.

We had to stay over in Miami due to airline schedule. The hotel was convenient. Would do it again.

room was very cold due to being unable to turn off air conditioning. maintenance came and spoke only Spanish. he was unable to get air condition off although I don't know if it was due to communication barrier

Was convenient. Arrived 9pm from Brasil. Avoided arriving in Newark Airport at 1am. Convenient. Breakfast was ok.

this is literally in the airport and as there are no through connection due to home land security when coming in on some intl flights this is the easiest way to go. but the upstairs restaurant leaves all to be desired - go hit the little shops for food and take to your room. clean enough, friendly enough not the hyatt or the hilton but really right […] there in the airport Devamı

Hotel was nice. Personell was very helpful. I had missed the dates and they fixed it in a heartbeat. Would definately stay here again!

The hotel is right in the airport, and is thus as convenient as one can get. It is a clean, nice hotel, with just about any amenity that an overnight stay between flights would require. They also have a nice lobby bar.

Hotel is convenient for those making connections but is expensive and badly in need of renovation. Desk staff is problematic.

I chose to stay here as I had a late flight into MIA and a very early flight out the next day. NOt have to deal with transportation in the early hour made up for the cost. I was worried that noice from overflying planes would bother me. Not so. I never heard a plane. I did hear every single person who traveled the halls as there's no sound proofing […] around the doors. The rooms are spartan and shabby, the beds worn out, no iron or ironing board (in a traveler's hotel, no less) and just feels grimey. The only good things I can say about this hotel is that its location is extremely convenient if you have an overnight connection and that the check in/check out process was fast. Other than that, and with the rates they charge, it is a shame that it looks the way it does. The interior halls look like a cheap motel in the worst neighborhood (walls are […] worn out, doors' paint is peeling off,...). The rooms are very small and the carpets and furniture look old and dirty. The bathrooms are ok (just ok). Come on!! Really!!! With the high occupancy and the price you pay for a room, there should be enough money to remodel this!! Devamı

Check in was extremely fast, good thing when you are arriving past midnight. The room was small, but very clean.

UK-Miami- and then a next day early morning flight, this on airport, in the terminal hotel takes away any strain. The address seems to indicate its in a road, it's not, it's directly accessed in the. Airport.

An excellent hotel if you need overnight stay at the airport ready for a connecting flight. The hotel is right in the centre of the airport so you have only yards to go to check in for your next flight. The hotel was excellent in every way.

Everything about the hotel was good - the policy you have of requiring a credit card BEFORE a phone call can be made is one of the most appaling inconveniences I have encountered. The manner in which the lady in front and the man on the phone informed me of the necessity of giving a credit card before I could call and report my lost piece of luggage, […] was rude, in-your-face and concluded with a "that's the regulation here take it or leave it." I only had to walk to the lost luggage area 4 times and walking for me (I am in my 70's) was a chore but, policy is policy and the lady in front did not bother to mention that she could help me find a cart to take me where I needed to be. Perfectly located in the airport itself. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet enough but the hotel itself is well over due for a touch up. Pool and cocktail bar advertised as being on the 7th floor has been closed for over 8 years.....Resteraunt smelled like a musty old bar which had not been aired out in years. Waited 10 minutes to get a drink in […] the bar down stairs. There were about 10 people total in the bar but the staff were far too busy being busy to serve anybody. Customer service generally tyhroughout the hotel was compleatly non existant. Staff just could not care less. Easy to get too, right out of Concourse E, Room was smaller then expected, but still functional for what I needed. Food court just outside the hotel, plus there is a restaurant at the hotel.

Litterary in the terminal, very convinient

We had an overnight layover so we stayed here... it made travelling with kids on my own really easy

It is very well located when you need to connect flights. The only problem was that there were not enough plugs.

Spent one night at this hotel, as we had an early morning flight to catch. It was extremely convenient, as we arrived Sat. night on an American Airlines flight, and left very early Sun. morning on another American Airlines flight, and the hotel is just steps away from the check-in area. The hallways in the hotel need updating, as the carpets were old […] and worn. The door to our room was warped and stuck, the remote to the tv did not work, but the mattress was comfortable. YOu could hear lots of hallway noise, but little to no noise from the outside. The shower faucet was difficult to regulate. I would only return if in a similar situation where I needed to catch an early morning flight and didn't feel like using shuttles to get to neighboring hotels. There was a Chili's restaurant nearby, which was decent. Did not try the hotel restaurant. The women working at the front desk were very kind and friendly. Devamı

The hotel is perfect if you are having to overnight in Miami. I was scared at the reviews saying that it was noisy but it was not at all. For sure you can get a better hotel at that price but the hotel's location is extremely convenient. After traveling from NZ to Miami and continuing on the next day I was very glad to have the hotel right there and […] not having to worry about getting a ride or anything else and then being able to sleep in the next day to the last minute. I will stay there in the future. One thing book in advance as there were other people trying to get a room and the hotel was full. Also the hotel is kind of old not modern and should get renovated for that price but overall it was pretty good. Devamı
