Extremely comfortable hotel. Very clean and quiet room. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Well reccomended.Very convenient for attending concert at the Royal Albert Hotel.

Very good, very clean, comfortable bed we'll go again

This was a great hotel with amazing staff and excellent food. we completely enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again and again!

comfortable, clean, spacious and very polite. Very easy access by underground to many places. Hoping to return next year with friends.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was great that the hotel is equipped with american outlets for appliances. The only minor issues were that there is only two elevators, and one was broken the whole week we were there. Luckily the hotel wasn't that busy so it wasn't a major issue. The fitness room […] was a little disappointing, and could have used a cleaning. The location was close to the Glouchester tube station which was nice. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Devamı

First, I'll say it's a Marriott. So it's luxuriou. My room was all I could except from this Hotel chain and nothing less. Location was great also. 5 to 10 minute ride to the Victoria Station where Big Ben is. I suppose to walk and enjoy the views would take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. not bad at all. there are shops and restaurants around the hotel, […] but I don't recomend them, go a few blocks further. There's a supermarket right accross the street. The only thing I thought was strange, at check out they wanted to charge me for 10 drinks out of the in room fridge, when I only had taken 2. They never questioned it and just removed those extra charges. So pleasant experience and would return and recommend to all that never been to London. Devamı

Everything at the hotel was very satisfying especially the lounge with coffee, sodas, fruit, cakes and so on. The only thing not so great was the cold floor in the bathroom of the room and cold room and lounge. It seemed as if there were some difficulties with the overall heating.

We stayed for a romantic London weekend in September'09 at the Marriott Kensington Hotel, since we got a good 3 nights for the price of two offer. The hotel is very well situated 5-10 minutes walk away from Gloucester Road tube station, and a nice stroll away from the Victoria & Albert/Natural History/Science Museums, Harrod's Knightsbridge and Hyde […] Park. The building and decor have seen better days and are quite old fashioned, but everything is in good condition and spotlessly clean. Rooms are on the smallish side, at leas for the double we had, but it is London after all. Breakfast was nice although not as good as some other Marriotts I've stayed in, and service was well trained, attentive and nice. We would go back again, in fact I am next week! Devamı

Good hotel only 5 mins walk from Gloucester Road tube station, along a grubby street with rubbish bags lying everywhere. Lots of eating places nearby. Room was small but ok for 1 night, were told it had a queen size bed but it was not even superking size more like a double & very soft with no support, but again ok for 1 night. We didn't have breakfast […] as it was £14.90 each, found cheaper outside hotel. Would use this hotel if in the same area again but the Holiday Inn was even closer to the tube station. Devamı

On checking in we were told of the work in progress on the air-conditioning in the hotel-there was none. We were offered complimentary bottled water and a fan in our very comfortable room. To be fair it wasn't too bad only because of the poor weather and that we were out most of the time. However had it been hot as in previous weeks the room would […] have been unbearable especially as the window was locked shut. There was a letter in the room saying that the air-con would be up and running within 10 days so it will be interesting to see if it is because I have noticed the same problem occuring in previous reviews. Great Hotel in good loctaion close to a tube station, Staff friendly and helpfull, very enjoyable stay.

The first room I was assigned was in the entrance floor, had therefore a tiny window and less light. I asked if a change was possible and the crew was kind to look for another room in an upper floor. The crew has been very kind during all my stay. The room was very comfortable, the bed and the pillows were amazing. sono stati quattro giorni intensi ma ricchi culturalmente , l'hotel con la sua posizione in un bellissima zona residenziale ma molto comodo i vari collegamenti, metro , autobus per il giro della citta, era veramente pratico. La camera era nella zona laterale e non era possibile raggiungerla con l'ascensore e quindi si doveva sempre salire cinque gradini […] per salire al piano collegato, anche con le valige abbiamo dovuto portarle da quella parte a mano. ma a parte questo siamo stati abbastanza bene, L'unico neo per i ns gusti la colazione che poteva essere piu bilanciata. Aveva molto portate calde, salciccia, uova, funghi, becon eccc, ma poco dolci o yogurt magro, comunque nel complesso dire tutto bene, per un hotel che doveva essere prima di tutto funzionale. Devamı

Högre prisläge men bra valuta för pengarna. Mycket serviceminded personal. Fantastisk frukostbuffé - boka den samtidigt som rummet! Trevligt med executive lounge med gratis drycker och snacks. Stort rum, mycket fräscht badrum. Nära till T-bana.

Was soll ich sagen ein sehr gutes Hotel!! Zur U-Bahn nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuss und sonst hatte man vieles in der Nähe.

Rigtig flot hotel og god service.Dejlig seng med dobbeltdyne.mulighed for selv at hente isterninger på gangen:-)kommer gerne her igen.

Lad være med at få værelse i stueetage, det ligger nærmest i kælder og har intet lys fra lille vindue. Vi skiftede efter en nat. Værelserne er slidte, sengen for blød. Syntes ikke hotellet lever op til Marriots sædvanlige standard. Når det så er sagt er personalet så søde og servicemindede.

Ottima posizione - personale gentilissimo e disponibile - hotel pulitissimo e curato. Assolutamente da provare e ritornarci.

Min eneste innvending mot hotellet er den gjennomtrengende, voldsomme, syntetiske "luftfriskeren" i resepsjonsområdet. Undres på om den var der for å skjule noe fryktelig, eller om de faktisk liker en sitronaktig lukt så sterk at man blir svimmel?

Buena situación y acogedor. Algo negativo: que para ser un hotel de esta categoría nadie hable español.

Fra vi kom inn døra opplevde vi meget god service fra de ansatte, må de gi skryt for hvordan de kommuniserer med kundene. Hotellet har en bra standard og frokosten er også bra. Kokken sto klar til å lage ommelett eller vaffler hvis man ønsket det og man kunne hente seg både varm og kald mat. Rommet var romslig og en veldig god seng med mange puter. […] Rengjøringspersonalet gjorde også en god jobb. Ikke noe problem å ha rommet 1 ekstra time den dagen vi skulle sjekke ut heller. Spiste ikke middag på hotellet, så vet ikke hvordan maten var i restauranten. Relativt kort vei til T-bane stasjoner (5 min eller 7 min gange) Kan absolutt anbefale hotellet til andre som ønsker seg et bra hotell i London. Devamı

Wir hatten das Hotel ausgesucht für eine dreitägigen Städtetrip und waren vollauf zufrieden. das Hotel liegt in absoluter Laufweite zur U-Bahn (ca. 6 Minuten) und hatte eine ankommende Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel war sauber und sehr ruhig. Aller gebotener Komfort war gut jedoch war der Spa- und Fitnessbereich renovierungsbedürftig. […] Das genutzte Schwimmbad war warm aber am Rand an der Holzverkleidung wäre etwas Farbe gut gewesen. Über das essen können wir nichts sagen, da wir ohne Verpflegung gebucht hatten. An der U-Bahn-Station gab es jedoch mehrere sehr gut und auch erschwingliche Frühstücksrestaurants. Für den Abendgenuß waren gegenüber zwei Italiener, ein Inder und ein Thai. Alles in allem wirklich gut. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir von uns für den nächsten Trip nach London sicher wieder gebucht werden. Devamı

Bra hotell med en fantastisk frukostbuffet. Bra läge med trevliga restauranger i närheten och inte alltför långt till Hyde Park och centrala London. Jag och min fru bodde 3 nätter och allt fungerade perfekt.

Hotellet ligger nærme underground (Earl's Court spesielt, men også Gloucester Road), og du kan ta Piccadilly Line rett til Heathrow noe som gjør reisen enklere. Frokosten er inkludert, og kjempegod! Vi fikk svært god service på hotellet, og conciergen ordnet med billetter for oss til FA Cup semifinalen mellom United og City. Prisen var naturlig nok […] ganske høy da det var helt utsolgt, men det var gode plasser. Det som trekker litt ned er at hotellet begynner å bli litt gammelt. Rommene har tepper, og det merkes at det ikke er nytt lenger. Da det er godt renhold er imidlertid ikke dette noe stort problem. Vi kommer derfor til å bruke hotellet igjen ved senere anledning da frokokst, service og location var så bra. Anbefaler for øvrig steakhousen Black and Blue som ligger rett i nærheten av hotellet! We enjoyed a 3-nights stay. Nice room of normal size. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff at the reception. The concierge was not very knowledgeable but he was making good effort to help. Would recommend it or go again. Value for money was good.

Vi ble ønsket velkommen av blide mannesker som gjorde sitt beste for at vi skulle få mulighet til å skifte og og stelle oss om selv vi var for tidlig til å få tildelt rom. Vi var kjempe tilfreds med frokosten, den var deilig. Men vi spiste middag to ganger og det ble vi ikke imponert over. Ganske kjedelig meny og dyr som allerede var død, ble liksom […] drept på nytt . Climatisation en panne dans l'ensemble de l'hotel lorsque nous avons y séjourné fin Juillet... Chambre pas très propre (traces suspectes sur les murs) et pas très grande. Je vous conseille aussi d'apporter votre propre gel douche et shampoing, ceux de l'hotel sentent le détergent au citron... Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter […] de la piscine et du jacuzzi étant donné que nous ne passions qu'une nuit dans l'hotel. Marriott London Kensington er et flott hotell med gjennomgående meget god standard i forhold til andre hotell i London og pris. Meget flott beliggenhet. Kort vei til shopping, restauranter og undergrund. Da vi kom fram ble vi orientert om at air condition på hotellet var gåent, og at de jobbet iherdig med saken, men at det ville ta hvertfall en uke […] å fikse!!! Rommet vårt var en badstue og umulig å bli værende der!! Vi klaget og fikk tildelt et nytt rom, rett ved trafikkert gate og rett over aggregatrommet på hotellet (BRÅKETE!!). Rommet vi først ble tildelt var i utgangspunktet fantastisk, god utsikt og romslig. Utrolig at en hotellkjede som Marriott ikke klarer å holde A/C operativt, og at det skal ta sååå lang tid å fikse! Heldigvis la vi opp til å være lite på hotellrommet. Devamı

Bra kvalitet til en ok pris. Beliggenheten er meget bra både i forhold til shopping og parkliv. Kun 3 tbanestopper fra Victoria stasjon som er knutepunktet for alle tog fra flyplassene. Bra rom i forhold til "London standard". De ansatte er imøtekommende og serviceminded. Bra frokost og pluss for mulighet til en tur i treningsrommet eller bassenget […] . Devamı
