Michael's Inn Fallsview Hotel - Niagara Şelalesi

i was reading reviews about how parking was free and all, but at the end of your stay they charge your card... Beyond that the stay was fantastic, a block or two from Clifton Hill and all of the tourist-y areas.

Awful! will not go there again! Person at front desk told us more than once, how short staffed they are..then when we got to the room, it was very gloomy, dirty looking. Doubt if the top covers on bed were ever washed. Toilet would not flush properly, had to jiggle it to stop it from running all night. Very poor for being in such a popular tourist area. […] ! Devamı

The restaurant don't even have microwave when we asked for a warm milk at their buffet breakfast, cleanliness of room is ok, dripping water in the hallway, pool is good, telephone not working properly.

As this was not a "brand" name hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. Considering that the hotel was not busy, it would have been nice to be given a room with a view instead of overlooking the other half of the hotel but the room itself was quite nice.

Hotel was OK, but in some disrepair. AC did not work in the room (unusually hot day) and the facade was crumbling over the parking area which was not great for the cars.

2 double beds in room first bed we sat on the bed almost turned upside down wasnt attached to the headboard, 2 nd bed made us itchy. and the heater was very very loud hard to sleep. pool was nice but whirlpool was dirty bubble in just gray, no continental breakfast, check in ppl were not very friendly, but ppl who checked us out were nice.

Stayed here for a night after a friend's bachelor party. Not a classy joint by any means but I wasn't looking for that anyway. Great price and perfect place to sleep for the night. No complaints!

The hotel has avery good location for the money. Nice pool area with a large hot tub as well as a suana. Staff was nice and helpful. I would go back there if I am in the area again!

STAF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT THE CURTAINS IN THE ROOM HAD BIG HOLES AND EVERY TAP DRIPPED

Quick stay comfy room except the fan the was so loud I had to turn off at 2am...

Front desk staff rude, hotel room clean.

Room was smelly..only good to be in and out.

Clean and friendly staff. Nothing extraordinary, but good value for price :)

scam on parking clerk was rude

I have always stayed at country inns and suites when visiting niagara this was our first time a micheals and i was inpressed We will stay there again, it was clean with courteous staff and the distance to the casino was great. see you again soon. Also the rates was very good.

Wonderful beds, clean rooms, great pools - one for my younger child, a big pool for my older child and ahot tub for me - bliss. Closee to the main strip, affordable and nice view.

It's an old Hotel.Rooms were clean,staff very friendly.Overall great value for money.Yes I will stay there again.

The hotel was older but clean. It was located near all the attractions. The only complaints was the check in was an hour later than expected because the rooms were not ready. The heating system is located on the ceiling and was loud enough to wake you when it came on. The price was good for what you got.

great little hotel, i had the jetted tub room everythign was clean when i got there room was nice, people there where nice only thing is parking there is 10 bucks a day, they dont tell you till you leave!

My group of 4-8 have stayed at this hotel for years for our annual winter trip. The hotel was never fantastic in terms of cleanliness or decor but the price was right and it was close enough to Clifton Hill and Casinos. We could always have a good time, never bothered anyone and they didn't bother us. However, it wore out it's welcome this year. The […] hotel is strange to get in and out of with a car and fairly dangerous to get anywhere by foot (crossing streets directly in front of the border...yeah, the one with 8-10 lanes). Also, they suddenly began charging extra taxes/fees and charging for parking $10/night. So without this hotel being a 'good deal' I would not recommend it. Devamı

This is the second time I decided to stay at Michael's Inn. Although the rooms we rented, located on the ground floor, were clean, they smelled musty and of cigarettes. The pool, sauna and hot tub did not work when we checked in. This was a minor inconvenience, however the Manager offered to waive the parking fee to make up for it (yes, there is a […] parking fee). not bad for the price but would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was shut down for repairs along with the hot tub. and the heat in the room took about 4 hours to warm the room up other then that not bad for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

we stayed in a jaccuzi room which was very nice, the only complaint we had was as soon as you walked in it smelt like smoke, which was weird considering it was a non smoking room we called the front desk asking for some sort of air freshener and they brought us something. although it did not get rid of the smell, you could not notice it after a while. […] it was close to the general 'downtown' clifton hill area which was awesome and you weren't surrounded by lots of lights and noises which made it easier to sleep. overall it was a pleasant stay at a good rate (considering it was new years eve) and i would recommend it to others. Close to the falls, price range very good especially since it's in front of the water- other hotels close to the falls is substantially more expensive. If you are not looking for a really fancy hotel like the Hilton, Michael’s Inn is great for anyone :) Finally, Michael’s Inn staff are very friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi was clean and everything worked flawlessly , Great new years stay. close to clifton hill rumours nightclub n what not (though there are other hotels closer) no problems at all.

We enjoyed good services for a reasonable price. Staff in the hotel is friendly. The hotel is close to many amenities.

We had a jacuzzi room and there was black mould on the base of the window. The jacuzzi was immaculate. Seemed odd that this got overlooked. The furnishings were showing their age but it was comfortable.

the hotel was very smelly the corridors smelt like funguse and the first room they gaved me smelt like puke, The Day time front desk worker was very rude,,I asked them very nicely if I could have 30 minuttes extra for chek out, she rejected , I cheked out and wen to Hilton, very nice service and worth every penny

The hotel is older but the staff makes an effort to keep everything clean and fresh. I was very please with our room (i.e size, decor, cleanliness). Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill main drag (5 minutes). A restuarant is on sight. Small exercise room but decent pool, sauna and hot tub. It's not worth spending the money for a 'falls' view because you have to lean over your balcony to get a view of the falls. Also, if reserving a room with a jacuzzi, be sure it's not on the main floor - we had reserved one and the room we were given had a very strong smell of must and smoke, even though we had requested no smoking. To give the hotel […] credit, they did upgrade us to another floor and a much nicer room. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was fine and the view was nice. Location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the falls, very convenient. The hotel itself is a little run down and out dated. As far as cleanliness, the sheets and towels were very clean. Hotel rooms a little outdated. Looks like flashbacks from the 70s. Loved the whirlpool and the recreation area. Good price

Michael's Inn is close to everything, family run, clean and safe. The rooms are pretty and old fashioned. I have stayed here twice now and would go back. It is not an on the hill newby but it is a good value for money in the 2 star range. Very close to one of the Casino's and Cclifton Hill, The Rainbow bridge and the Falls. Everything as promised EXCEPT disclosed there was NO free parking ($12) as previously advertised only after they had taken my credit card. Room was fine except the noise from the heating system would wake a dead man when it kicked in.

Unfortuneatly I had to cut short my stay as rooms are not wheelchair accessible although advertised that they where. Having said that the hotel staff tried very very hard to make it work. If I was able to walk I woul not hesitate in booking into this hotel. Staff where wonderful
