The hotel was overall not bad!! The only real complaint I can say is they need to update their linens. I actually had a towel that I would not even use as a scrap rag. It literally had holes in it. I brought it to the front desk and they were very mortified that house keeping would put such a towel in a guest room.

Not a bad stay and convienent location. Hotel could use a bit more updating but room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was very nice. I would stay there again.

It was very clean. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in room. It was close to shopping malls.

It was a fairly nice hotel with a fridge & microwave. The shower was nice and there were complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The fridge in the original room wasn't working but they easily moved us to another fully functional room. Nice sized room, spacious and comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast b/c we slept in.

Great staff, comfy beds, close to LSU, great place to stay

The hotel was in a very convenient location, and the service was very good, however, the carpeting throughout the hotel needs cleaning. There were many stained areas that were very visible, and those areas gave the hotel a dirty appearance.

We stayed only one night there but we remain with a good impression about the hotel. It's clean. They have good breakfast. The people are very nice. We recommend the hotel to anyone.

The receptionist is not nice. It is a regular hotel. There is nothing special.

Not so good. The mattresses squeaked so bad that every time someone rolled over it waked everyone up. The location is very good if you're visiting LSU but don't plan on sleeping very much. The breakfast was good.

The front desk clerk was friendly. As we entered the hallway to take the elevator, I noticed the carpet was kind of dated and had an uneasy feeling about what my room would look like. When we got to our room it appeared to be clean and had no odors. The bed sheets were clean too. However, the beds we not comfortable at all. They were hard. Even my 8 […] year old complained in the morning. The bathroom looked clean but I did notice hair on the edges of the tile. We had booked two rooms for our family. One lady at the front desk was super nice but the others weren't so accommodating. The second night we were there we came into our rooms and they hadn't even cleaned either room; down the hall there was a bag of garbage that smelled like it had been there for three days.

Upon arrival, staff was courteous. The elavator needs to be greased. feel bad for anyone staying in a room next to it. There were hairs in the sink in room. No big deal, just turn on faucet and they went away. The water pressure is something to be desired. I was reduced to sitting in tub and rinsing off with the water out of the ice spout with the ice […] bucket. On one occasion, I went to the front desk to get a towel. The front clerk was talking to her boyfriend. She ignored me till i inturrupted the conversasion to ask for a towel. The man said " I'm trying to mack this, and this fools worried about a towel." Hotel and the stay were fine, but the bed was horribly stiff and we weren't able to sleep well.

Check in and Check out was smooth. Breakfast was great with a variety. Bedding was clearly old and outdated not even sure if it was clean. Bathroom floor had pieces of tissue scattered. Lighting was not the best. Had to cut on EVERY light to get dressed. There are no snack machines only beverage vending. Free parking. Quiet Location with the exception […] of the interstate nearby. Near several restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Overall, if you need a place to lay your head minus the luxury, then this is your place! We were in town for an event that kept us away all day. So, we only slept and bathed here. Pillows were a little old as well, but comfy. Beds were small. Did not look like queens. Housekeepers made beds but left no fresh towels so we had to call the fron desk and request. Button to call front desk did not work so we had to dial from the outside line. Breakfast preparer was a little rude and annoying as if we could not read 1, 2, 3, step directions on making a waffle! Devamı

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were some spots on the carpet and the bathroom floor that could have been cleaned better. When I touched the shower head to adjust it, it felt a little slimy. While this room was cheap, they could improve the cleanliness. Also, I stayed on the 29th of November and checked out on the 30th yet someone charged […] my credit card again on December 1st. I wasn't even in the state at that time. It took two days and three phone calls to get the error fixed because only the manager could reslove the issue and was not readily available. I would not stay there again. Devamı

No pool or workout area. Very basic, few room perks xcept frig, dryer and iron & ironing board but beds were very comfy. Tricky traffic.

le personnel est vraiment tres efficace. Quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre, les toilettes etaient sales, on m'a donc immediatement changé de chambre, pour celle a coté de l ascenseur! un enfer avec les va et viens et les signaux sonores. L hotel est en renovation et en a besoin, meme si dans l ensemble ca peut aller.
