Got a very good deal from Hotels .com i though parking was a bit steep but got my breakfast free when I complained. Good deal

one of most expensive rates in London, one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen (out of 100s rooms around the globe) and in poor condition. though to be fair, the room was warm, the tv worked and the shower was good

Located 5 min walk from Canary Wharf bussiness area, tube station and shopping and a variety of places to eat. Enjoyed a drink in the lounge, although busy it wasn't noisy. Staff friendly and helpful.

The Britannia was situated not too badly an the hotel has plenty of eating places and a well stocked Gym. I was very dissapointed that the WiFi woudl not work and I kept getting the stock answer 'we will email IT and it will be fine on 20 minutes'. NOTHING changed over 2 days - very frustrating.

This must be the most run down hotel I have ever seen. Tiny beds, no water pressure at all, a restaurant area that stinks of chlorine from the pool area, and a gym run down to a point of disbelief.

Hi The hotel is decent But its a real long walk from the station..5 minutes..but still seems very long..you cros the building then a bridge but good for the price

I was very impressed with the hotel. Lovely decor and the rooms were a very nice size too. I was also very impressed when my friend and I arrived a little early and a room was ready for us to go into - no hassle - or having to pay extra for an early check in. I enjoyed.

Friendly reception staff allowed me to check in early as I got soaked on the way. easy commute from the Docklands Light Railway.

the hotel is very nice i have stayed there many times now .. however the only think that disappoints me is the parking fee

Both single beds had all springs broken Water unable to drain from sink and bath Carpet filthy Air con unadjustable and fixed too hot TV controls and programmes need fixing Shower temp mixer not working so only very hot or cold Single seat also damaged so very wobbly Staff had great uniforms but struggled with english language

Overall very good, only two weeknesses: - the main door at the entrance isn't open and so its a bit painfull to enter with baggage and gives a not really inviting impression, and eliminates the impact of the impressive welcome hall - my room smell a bit and there is no way to open a window in any way

by booking through hotels.com got thid reall fine 4 star hotel which was excellent value for money. Compared to what we had paid to the Ibis in Greenwhich the night before it was superb value for money. Fire Alarm went in the night but very safe feel as the staff were well organised and superb. I stayed one night (5/3/12). I was in London on business and as I work in public service I was looking for value for money ... I absolutely got that with this hotel! Only 6 stops on the underground from St James Park; the hotel is right on the river so the view was lovely; lots of up market eateries nearby but I was interested in the comfort of the […] hotel and it's facilities; the swimming pool, steam room & sauna at an extra £4 charge were fabulous. The 'built-in' pub (much more than a hotel bar) was also excellent. Breakfast and evening meal were extra but the total price paid was still under £100 - excellent value for money in London and all good quality. I will always choose this hotel when working in London now (despite everyone pouring in and out of the underground station at Canary Wharf looking the same and all wearing black - that's financiers for you I guess)! I was there on business but I noted many hotel guests were tourists and covered a wide range of ages. I would also use this hotel for leisure; it appears suitable for all ages. Devamı

Lovely room overlooking water. Great location, plenty of nightlife and good transport links.

The hotel is too far from Central London and hence not ideal for theatre or sightseeing. The entrance and surrounding area leading to the hotel do not look or feel safe, has the appearance of an underused factory area. Once in thje hotel it looks fine but look closely in particular the rooms, even in late morning and afternoon room service crockery […] is left in the corridors for long periods. The rooms a a litle shabby, funiture has seen better days and the bed small and mattress like a board to sleep on. Duvet was too small for the bd and very thin, we had to put coats on the bed to keep warm. The bathroom was clean but mould in the corners, taps and bath showing excessive signs of wear, bath plug not attached.. Toilet did not flush properly. Overall this Hotel shows signs of excessive usage and poor maitenance and would benefit from a refurbishment- certainly not 4 star accommodation. Towels small, no flannel Devamı

I thinks this hotel is superb, wonderful staff and services.Transport to Stratford City is ideal, quick walk into Canary Wharf where you will find all shops and places to each. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was like stepping back 10 years! The hotel is in need of a revamp and there were some quirks that needed addressing (e.g. fixed shower head was level with my shoulders; leaking plug in sink; no mains socket by bed). I went to this hotel during February´s arctic cold, and the air conditioner didn´t work. After calling several times, a heater was given to me, but these 2 or 3 hours they made me wait for solving this situation inside the freezer made me sick (literally). Great location, perfectly clean room, great view over the snowed London streets from our window. An annoying noise from neighbouring rooms was really disturbing, while we didn't manage to figure out where it was stemming from.

truly wonderful!when we arrived i asked could we have a room overlooking the river.we were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful room,with spiral staircase and jetted bath,very comfortable bed and fantastic view!delighted!

We used this hotel as somewhere nice to stay when visiting the Excel and it was well located. Nice size rooms albeit some might say they could be in need of a refurb soon, but honestly not that bad for a weekend stay.

My main concern with the hotel was its location. It is in the south-west of the City (London financial district). It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Canary Wharf metro station.From here it was possible to take the Jubile line to the centre of London. If you are going to Excell Exhibition you will need to change stations at Canning Town, no problem. Furthermore, […] the hotel is dull, there is not much to do. On a recent v isit to London, part business, part pleasure I left my accommodation booking until a week before I was due to go and therefore , because it was London fully expected to pay through the nose. I needn't have worried because I got a fantastic room rate. The room and hotel were great and in a good location. This Hotel is in a fantastic prime location within Canary Wharf. It's within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground Station,CW shopping centre & CW DLR & Heron DLR, although South Quays DLR is a bit closer. I felt very safe walking the streets here late at night. Yes- there is a lot of noise from the DLR, but you are in a city and noise is expected. […] Other Hotels are even closer to the DLR tracks. Request a room overlooking street to minimise noise. DLR runs from 530am -midnight approx.Staff are very helpful and professional. Decor is heavy Mahogony furntiture,gold gilt and carpets-luxurious comfort in my opinion.. so if you want 'Smooth Clean and Cream ' the modern look- then stay away. But yes- the pillows are brutal. One of the best if not THE best I've stayed in!!

After reading some of the very negative reviews I was a little worried about the quality of this hotel. As it turned out yes the rooms show some wear and tear, but the staff was very professional and the price was very competitive. You are also a 5 min walk from Canary Warf, a major shopping area as well as a Tube station, so all in all i was pleasantly […] surprised with my stay. Devamı

I spent three days/nights at this hotel recently. I arrived at 9am, several hours before the published time for check in, but the extremely helpful staff let me check in and upgraded my room to a twin. I was hugely impressed and enormously grateful as I ahd just arrived from Oz. Excellent hotel in general in fact. We have just had a perfect 6days in this hotel.All staff were excellent with anything we wanted,nothing was too much trouble.Easy to get anywhere in London with the Docklands Light Railway so near.We cannot wait to go again

I needed a small hotel for a job in london, prices can be extortionate in the city so it came in at a good price of £200 for 3 nights with a decent link to Bank via the DLR which runs from 5:30am. Room was boiling hot, air con didnt work, hotel didnt really seem that bothered about dealing with the issue and the first nights sleep was awful as I was […] roasting in 28deg temperatures. Second night was different though as I used a leatherman tool to open the window, making airflow a lot better and comfort resumed. Beds are clean but firm, bathroom is simple and functional, gym downstairs is reasonably well equipped but costs £4 to use. Free wifi, although slow, cant grumble. Two lifts were broken during my stay leaving only one to fend for all the guests. Overall, if you want an affordable stay in London, better than a travelbodge or holidaybin then its alright, loads of food nearby in Canary Wharf and as such, I would stay again if I needed to Devamı

We had an early check inn. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean and neat. Tube station a slight walk, but still not very far for london standards. Would be nice if pool was free for guests. Overall a pleasant stay.

The price for the rooms was very manageable. The hotel is less than a 5 min walk to Canary Wharf which is a major subway/rail station. The hotel and staff was better than I expected based on previous reviews.

Most hotels in Canary Wharf are overpriced but the International offers excellent value when booked via Hotels.com. It is clean and tidy and comfortable.

This hotel is very poor. Check-In is needlessly slow and laborious, the food is appalling; breakfast is the worst you'll ever have and the room service food made me ill. There is an extra charge (£4 per session) to use the gym. If the gym was amazing then maybe they could justify this but it's average at best. The room I had was next to the DLR line […] which will disturb your sleep, as the hotel rooms are not fitted with adequate windows. If you are on business, there is a lack of plug sockets at the desk area of them room. All in all, i did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning. Devamı

This hotel is idea for the O2 arena as only 1 stop away on tube, The hotel itself is clean, but the standard of decor is very poor and dated considering its high tech neighbours, The room was clean and quite comfortable but i had to put up with noisy neighbours from either side, so had very little sleep and left the next morning feeling tired rather […] than relaxed, walls there seem to be paper thin.Reception staff were polite and presentable.
