The hotel was great overall. The location was beautiful. The staff members were very helpful. The location is on the highway so it is a short drive from the airport, but you could always ask reserve the hotel shuttle for free IN ADVANCE; I forgot to do that. It has a casino 1 minute away by foot and it is on the Bus/Tram ways to the downtown area. One […] thing to be aware of, all the staff members were nice and helpful, but not all of them are bi-lingual. I would say half of them are and it is manageable English. Devamı

Robert, the concierge, was one of the nicest, most attentive people I have met, and I have been traveling for six months. Just fantastic. He really went out of his way for me. It was very much appreciated. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I have slept in in Europe (after two months). The dinner was OK, but keep in mind it was March when […] I was here, so hardly anyone around. A car is a necessity if you wish to venture out as taxi's are not available. Overall the Hotel is good, modern, friendly, walking distance to center. The only thing disappointing was that my non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke and it was very poorly cleaned. Found Hair in my bed and hair chunks on bathroom floor. And when i done my morning push-ups i had to cough of all the dust on the floor and then i could see properly […] all the dirt. Well i guess it was just a stressed or lazy maid. Don^t get me wrong the hotel is quite nice besides that. And i would also recomend it. If i was not to tired at arrival i probably would have just changed to a cleaner room and everything would be fine. ... Try to arrive at the "Big Week - Aste Nagusia" in late August where you have lots of fiestas in the city center. Devamı

We stayed for 3 nights, it's was a great base for us. It's about a 30 minute bus ride into the city. We thought we'd try a tram and bus combo to get back coz it would be faster, unfortunately that last bus had left (at 9:30 on a Saturday night)meant a long walk back to the hotel. Couldn't fault the hotel though, large room, very comfortable bed, fabulous […] bathroom. Helpful staff, the free wi-fi was fast, free parking and breakfast, which had a large range. Had no trouble finding the hotel nor going to some of the samll wine towns from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Devamı

Everything works, it is clean, the staff are friendly and well informed, just a very well run business at very competative prices. Free parking, internet and breakfast. Highly recommend.

If you have a rental car, this is the place to stay. I spent a lot of time researching hotels. I wanted modern, clean, nice bed, quiet, etc. this hotel totally over-delivered. but you do need a car if you want to get anywhere. I would think you would want one anyway, to see the countryside...

This hotel is way out of town not close to the wine region not close to city center and the concierge would only refer one cab company who he said would start his meter from the city center not when he picked us up. The guy wanted to charge flat rates that were twice of what I could get elsewhere. TERRIBLE ! collected my own taxi cards and arranged […] my own transportation when bus's trams and were not running or available when I needed them. Devamı

i will echo what others have said: this is no place for tourists interested in old Bordeaux. It did suit us very well as a launch site for a plane flight that left at 7 AM

We stayed here as a stopover on our way from Beziers to St.Malo. We had planned to pop into Bordeaux for an evening dinner but once the children had discovered the pool and my brother and I had discovered the wine list, we put our feet up and stayed in for the evening! J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique (proche du lac) mais également pour ses équipements (piscine extérieure). Concernant l'hôtel, rien à reprocher : très bien entrenu, chambre jolie et confortable (literie de qualité), petit déjeuner très bons. Je le recommande sans soucis !

Store fine rom og god variert frokost. Fin beliggenhet dersom man har bil, men når man skal bruke buss/trikk blir det for langt til sentrum. Trikketilbudet i Bordeaux er av høy kvalitet. Trikkelinjen stoppet ca. 1500 m fra hotellet. Vi valte hotellet pga tilgang til svømmebasseng, men dette var svært lite.

Trop excentré, ne convient pas à un séjour touristique. La correspondance Tramway/Bus entre le centre ville et l'hôtel est située au pied de barres d'immeubles peu engageantes.

Accueil sympathique par l'homme aux clés d'or Chambre superbe Petit déjeuner à déconseiller aux personnes au régime! Bar sympa et bien garni Casino à 5 mn à pieds Parking pour le tram à 5 mn

DOMMAGE QUE L'ACCES A PARTIR DE LA ROCADE NE SOIT PAS TRES BIEN INDIQUE. HOTEL QUI A UN STYLE ANNEE 70 CHIC

Hôtel magnifique, prestations au de gamme, dommage la chambre en promo était une ancienne chambre non rénovée !!!

hotel excelente en servicios, habitación, etc. respecto al restaurante es más recomendable con diferencia el menú del día que la carta; la diferencia puede ser tranquilamente del 100 por 100. la ubicación excelente para negocios pero algo incomoda para ocio. très bien, pratique, parking, animaux acceptés, bagagiste, seul bémol l'absence de baignoire dans les chambres rénovées.

Mycket fint hotell i Bordeauxs förorter, nära mässa och casino. Rent och fräscht. Dock försökte man ge oss ett sämre rum än bokat under förevändning att det "nog inte fanns andra rum" trots att hotellet inte ens var halvfullt, men det rättades till. Ligger en bit från centrum men med bil är det inga problem. Gott om p-hus och p-platser inne i centr […] um. Devamı
