Please change the pillows and get new TVs

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and very nice. We would stay here again.

Found some hair in the room but overall the place was ok.

The hotel is in need of a remodel. Seemed very dated an old. Small standard tv in the bed room and standard tv in the living area. Needs to be updated to flat panels with audio/video inputs for the kids dvd player. Towel hook on back of bathroom door had rusted off and couch had a lot of stains on the cushions.Also the sheets in the bedroom appeared […] to not have been changed. There was hair on the sheets and the remote was in the bed under the sheets, but the front desk was quick to send someone to change. The manager reception was a nice perk, with the exception that several groups where letting their kids run wild in the hotel and playing on the elevators. No fault to the hotel execept maybe they should have said something to the parents. We generall stay at Embassy Suites and will continue to do so with the execption of this location. Devamı

This hotel is awesome and well worth the price! You can not miss the Managers Hour 5:30 to 7:30! And the cooked to order breakfast is awesome. We had Manuel and DJ wait on us and they are sooo helpful and you feel so welcomed! I will never stay in another hotel in San Antonio no matter what I am doing there! Do not book anywhere else! This hotel definitely needs renovation; it felt very much like a 1980s place. However, it was clean and comfortable, and met my needs.

The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable, but overall everything else was great

I stay at Embassy Suites each time I am in San Antonio. You see, I am in a long distance relationship and he reside in San Antonio. I always book the Embassy Suites because it is where we consummated our relationship over 12 years ago. Not a very good location if you don't have a vehicle. My room wasn't serviced during my two night stay. TV pretty dated. However, all of the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel needs a remodel. Rooms were not clean, and dingy. Offerring of 'free breakfast" was nice, but WAY to long of lines to wait for the food. They needed to have more workers. The " managers reception" concisted of popcorn and chips...not really a perk "

Hotel still smells of stale tobacco smoke but not a horrible place to stay. Can't beat the free breakfast and managers happy hour from 5-7.

good hotel. room was very clean and comfortable. Shuttle back and fourth to the airport. Great shopping mall near by. Not close to the riverwalk.

The breakfast buffet was good. The access to the pool was confusing. The people who worked at the hotel were courteous and helpful. All of the special requests that we made were well met. The hotel is a little old but well maintained.

It is more Business oriented than family oriented. The TV set is old fashioned, and the remote is not working. Bathroom is very small.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good but there were too many flies and we're constantly waving them off the table. There was a constant loud rumbling noise above us all night. We only stayed one night and therefore didn't say anything to the hotel front desk.

I went with my daughter and her friend, they are 12. The breakfast was really good!! The hotel is good too! Our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. That was kind of a bummer. The cleanliness was ok - we had to call for more towel everyday because they didn't leave any or maybe 1. But, each time they delivered them promptly. The hotel was nice but small, the breakfast was great, has eggs, sausage, bacon, and orange juice and the drinks and snacks were good too. The only thing is that the hotel is far from downtown, so if your going to stay more on that side of town then its ok. Other than that everything was good.

Older, but clean and family friendly. Expect a fully occupied and, consequently, busy hotel. Complementary breakfast and happy hour are nice. Pool and spa were great for the kids. Easy access to IH-10 and Loop 410, which is very convenient for Fiesta Texas and Sea World tourists.

The breakfast was great and saved money on other meals due to the happy hour. However, the main bedroom was hard to cool down and you could tell it was an older hotel. Also, the pool had more salt in it that the ocean.

the hotel was more than expected...and the price was awesome. room was very spacious with lots of storage. breakfast was more than we expected....delicious. we are defintely staying there again.

Nos fue muy bien! Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Muy buena ubicación para los parques y las compras.

Excelente ubicación cerca de sea world, six flags y el balneario, súper habitaciones, súper desayunos.

Muy buena opción de ubicación, se puede ir tanto al Norte (Austin . San Marcos), como a los lugares del rumbo del sur (La Cantera - Sea World - Fiesta Texas) o bien hacia el paseo del río en el Downtown.

debido a una problema de salud familiar no pude asistir a mi reservacion, mi reservacion se perdio que mas puedo decir al respecto el dia 24 de diciembre fue cuando me di cuenta que no podria asistir mane correos y no me contestaron trate de comunicarme via telefono pero por el dia no pude hacerlo ese es mi comentario de esa reservacion.

No me gustó, muy mal estado las instalaciones, la ropa de cama, rota, El lavamanos estaba dentro de la habitación principal, no dentro del baño lo que lo hizo sumamente incomodo... No fue agradable ni puedo comparar con otros Embassy
