Embassy Suites Tucson - Williams Center - Tucson

I would have rated this much higher if i they would have free wi fi. Even McDonalds has free wi fi.

We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night to go to an event at the Music Hall. The reviews were good. The man at the desk was very helpful with suggestions for a place to eat in the area that we could walk to etc. The suite was very comfortable with a good amount of space. The breakfast was fabulous and Happy Hour devine.

There is so much around this hotel for spending a few days. The pool is great. The hotel has a wonderful Tuscon feel. They did charge our CC for the stay when we had prepaid, but took care of it as soon as we brought it to their attention.

My stay was short just 2 days and it was all good. Breakfast was ready when you get up which made my stay very easy, didn't have to go looking for a nice place to eat. Lots of space in the room for the 3 kids and 2 adults I had with me. The hotel say was good. Check it out for yourself you will be satisfied.

We booked a NON-SMOKING ROOM thru YOUR SITE. WE RECIEVED A SMOKING ROOM. UNACCETABLE, BUT WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT.

This hotel was very clean and well kept up. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast as usual at Embassy Suites was wonderful with plenty of selection, hot and fresh. Everyone was very friendly. Our daughter is attending the University of Arizona and we plan on staying here whenever we go to visit her.

We were very pleased with the week we spent at your hotel. The room was great and the pool very refreshing during the hot days. The best part was your staff. From the food preparation to the front desk along with the housekeeping service, everyone was very nice, kind and helpful. Overall pretty nice. The sofa seemed a little too old and a little uncomfortable to rest on (too outdated-appeared clean??) Otherwise no complaints about the hotel in general. Service was great.

The staff are wonderful and polite and plan on making this my normal stop when in town

Always a great place to stay. Clean, efficient staff, great location, we love the suites and the breakfast.

the hotel was ok.....most of the amenties were good...I found the furniture in the living area of the suites was a little over used and needed to be replaced...the bed area of the room roasted while the living area was cool....over all a good hotel.....but thought that it was a little over priced for the condition of the hotel

There made to order omelets are great. The only big issue I had is the door locks have issues I walked all the way to the front desk only to find out that by pulling on my door I could get my keys to work.

This is NOT your usual Embassy Suites. An old MOTEL that they painted and planted palm trees. NOT the usual quality of Embassy suites. THey just put a few cotas of paint over everything. Not as clean and crisp as all of the other Embassy Suites our company has stayed at throughout the country. The Embasassy Suites-Williams Center was conveniently located to where I needed to be, but it was certainly overpriced for what it was. The exterior of the hotel appears nice enoughtand the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. My only major dissapointment was the room itself. The hotel is obviously very old and as such there was a somewhat […] uncomfortable smell that lingered during my stay. Additionally, the shower/bathroom space is very limited. Great staff, great breakfast, convenient parking, reasonable rates.

Great hotel and great location...as you would expect from an Embassy Suites. It's always a treat to get a full open bar in the evenings with a real bar tender not to mention made to order breakfast every morning. Why do I ever stay anywhere else?!

I chose this hotel to stay in for the day before and night of my wedding. It was incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that the bathroom door didn't close and that you could hear people wheeling their luggage down the hallways. Nice hotel although somewhat dated. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room size was terrific. Excellent for small children.

Nice place for the price. It is an aging hotel, but kept up nicely. Bathroom is cramped. Had a couple of maitenance issues, but they responded quickly and handled things appropriately. The awesome made-to-order breakfast was a great benefit.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement excellent : chambres (suites avec LCD géant), piscine, petit-déjeuner, caractère (notamment jardin de cactus). Difficile de trouver mieux pour le prix : recommandé à 100%!
