Baymont Inn and Suites Mobile - Mobile

The room was ok but the shower kept dripping the whole night some of the rooms had a mini frige and microwave in them when it should be all the rooms or none of the rooms the people at the front desk have really bad attitudes and house keeping will just walk in your room then knock at the door.

i did not care for room there were gnats flying around i saw a spider on my bed i did not feel comfortable so i slept with my clothes on and after leaving i noticed i had bug bites on my body . i will not be staying there ever again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Each day I had to go to front to get room rekeyed. When they "cleaned" the room the towels were removed and no new ones left. When I called the front desk I had to go get them myself. The computer in the lobby did not work and the drink vending machines were all empty.

Many things broken in need of repair. Laundry service washer out of order. Towel rack broken. Tub faucet broken. door card key ceiling paint flaking some lamps not working pool was dirty

the room is dirty, the sink is not draining, bath tube is not draining and the fredge is giving a noise continously, I could not sleep , I asked repeatdly from the the recieption to fix the problem, no one done any thing, after four days of staying, they fix the fredge, the sink still same for the whole week I had stayed there

First room we had would not get cool but we asked to be moved and they did and new room was great. Clean bed and showers. Bedding seems different than pictured but it is nice and maybe new. We went during springbreak season. But pool was closed. Kids were pretty sad but we made due. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.

We were traveling back from a trip to Florida 8 of us. All was o.k. excpept for some outdate milk for breakfast. Other than that a good stay

The hotel its self was no more than I expected @ the price, the morning time receptionist was untrained and when I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until I took the evening bus I was met with a catorgoric no. Even though I was willing to pay to leave it there so icould wander around down town. eventually another member of staff said I could […] leave my luggage there but if I did not collect that evening it would be thrown out !! First off, the girl at the front desk was sick and grumpy. She coughed in my face, I could feel the germs brushing the skin of my face. 3 days later, I am sick. Then I go to park in front of my room. Step out of my car (it's dark) and step in human crap. Not dog crap, human crap....you can tell the difference, and I almost fell on my back in it! After […] wiping my feet off in the grass. I go into my room and I am graced with the distinguish smell of Bleach, the room had what looked like black an red spray paint in the carpet. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat were someone obviously rested their cigarette as they took a bath. This was a non-smoking room also. I didn't like walking from the car to the room from the outside ok if you want a cheap room the people was great!

I have never stayed in a hotel that was so dissrespectful and unprofessional in my life! The nightmare is too lenghty to write but trust me its not worth your time staying at this hell hole!

Been staying at the Baymont at Tillman's corner for over 20 nights dring the past 6 months. They were booked this past weekend so we went to the other Baymont in the Mobile Area. At check-in was told to go to room 139, problem was it went from 138 to 140 no 139. Second time atthe desk I was given room 147, only to find it full of paint cans and a shop […] vac. Third trip to the office, was given room 117. The room was dirty, with roaches crawling on the ceiling, a toilet seat that was way to small for the bowl (never seen that before). The refrigerator made a constant loud ticking sound. The tv would not get any better than a very fuzzy screen. We were told that the cable provider only had analog not digital. Hooooey! I have been watching analog tv for years on a clean screen. I would never stay here again, I would find a tent preferable!! Reccommend you look elswhere, or try the Baymont at Tillman's corner. I would not recommend this hotel at all. My son and I stopped here on our way to New Orleans to go to the Sugar Bowl. When we got to our room the bed had not been made. The bed ottoman needed reupholstory; it was overrun with nasty stains. That was an insult to have that in a room to a paying customer. I put a towel over it, so I wouldn't have to look at it and obcess over it. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose and in need of replacement or repair. I also found a pregnant roach on the nightstand. There was no hot water in my room. Called the front desk and the young lady sent maintence right away. He said it needed a new washer??? At any rate he never fixed whatever the problem was with it. There were also no towels in the room upon arrival. I caught the house keeper outside and got some. There was also urine on the toilet seat. We were in town for GoDaddy bowl and had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and we had no problems. Staff was friendly and lobby area was very clean. We had smoking rooms that were a little musty but we expected that. Their 2.5 stars was probably on the low side, I think it should be at least a 3. I would stay there again.

This is definitely hotel I never experienced. 1. The hotel location is very very difficult for people out town to find b/c the weird street design is so confusion so that the stuff of the hotel could not even explain to you how to get to the hotel. At first, the stuff told us the hotel was next to the next neighbor hotel (family inn), but for us we […] were not any near to the area. We called again, then we were put to on hold for about 10 minutes, and we eventually gave up any hope to get direction from the hotel directly. We eventual got there by asking locators through Fresh Market . 2. The towels in the hotel were dirty, we had to ask for refresh ones. 3. The breakfast time window was not only extremely short, but also the food quality were very very very very bad. They served the withered fruit which you would only see in the trash can of any grocery store under normal operation. 4. You literally had to have breakfast no later than 8:30 am even the close time was 9:00am b/c they only served so little food. If you asked them to put more, they told you that the food would not be able to eat b/c the food would be out of the freeze. Anyway, the service of this hotel is extremely poor. It seems to us the owner is extremely stringent and stuff is very inadequate to be able to help you. The hotel doesn't deserve the current rank at all. I won't recommend any body to stay. Went on line and book the room.Was nothing like the web page.Had to change rooms the frist room was ran down and had a unpleasent oder about it.There was not much improvement in the next room.There were holes in the sheets.On the flip side,the manager was pleasant and understanding.Seeing how it was our wedding anniversary! The breakfast was ok.

I would never go back to this place. I would rather sleep in my car. Too much money for such a terrible place.

When we walked into the hotel room, my first thought was "the photos on the website are extremely deceiving". The room was tidy, but not clean like you would expect a hotel room to be. There were mysterious stains on the bedding and cigarette burns too. I didn't trust the condition of the shower either. I was very disappointed with the staff at this Baymont Inn location. When I arrived and checked into my room, I immediately noticed that my phone and tv were not working. I immediately told the front desk clerk. He told me that because of the late hours, I would have to wait until the maintenance guy arrived later in the morning. We arranged for the […] maintenance guy to come to my room at 8:30 a.m. He never came. I went to the front desk again and notified another attendant of the same program. She had no knowledge of my problem. She told me that she would send someone out within the next hour.No one came. So, during my entire stay (two nights) I had to be without a phone or television. Most things falling apart, rattling, stinking and in a rough neighborhood. Looks OK online, but don't do it at any pice. You won't be happy.

I booked this hotel for a convention through Hotel.com knowing it had a 2 1/2 star rating. I was traveling alone so I thought I would save a few bucks. This hotel is well deserving of thier 2 1/2 star rating or below. I will not stay at a Baymont again. The carpet was in terrible shape and needs replacing. The remote control for the tv didn't work and […] it took 2 days to get it replaced. The last day there was nothing but decaf coffee left for the coffee maker. I was awakened at 3:00 am by someone knocking on my door I didn't know. So, security is a problem at this hotel. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. Devamı

The room had old rubbish in the bin, the bathroom was mouldy, the year round pool was closed and the washing machine was broken. The desk clerk didn't care and offered no alternative. The MOST disgusting place I have EVER stayed.

this hotel was very comfortable. i felt like i was home. it was very cozy. close to everything. would recommend to anyone. nice soft white beds... very pleasant stay.

They refused to give us a receipt showing they did not charge anything to my credit card after I had already prepaid for my room.

There was a lot of rust on the hanger racks and in the bathroom, also the bathtub didn't drain water quickly, but for the price of the room the stay was very nice

local is good... no airport transport... breakfast was average.... internet was slow at my room probably because I was toward the back of the hotel. Nice pool. Price was good.. would stay again but up front.

i was a little annoyed, I had to come back to my room after leaving in the early morning and my key would not work after sitting in the rain I had to go to the front desk and she just swiped it??? Why would it change from just a few hours.

Rusted light fixtures, torn lamp shades, cigarette burns and stains on the carpet, grimy bathtub, stained bedding, on yeah and at least two cockroaches--that we could see at least. For the price this "hotel" is charging, it's a sick joke. RUNNNNNN!!!!

we had a great stay! it was clean and had a nice pool, the people who worked there was nice. great location for food and stores, will stay there again. ps. no bugs!!! thank God , one thing i was worried about because some hotels in the south have them. very clean comfty beds and covers, wifi, cable, free bfast,

As a member of the military, I have stayed at numerous hotels over my 26 year career. I must say that this was the worst hotel of all time. We checked in at 2 p.m. which is supposedly the check-in time only to be sent to a room that was supposed to be out of service due to the broken lock. Needless to say it was on the second floor and we had lugged […] all our luggage upstairs. Then we go back to front desk only to be told we would have to check back after 3 p.m. to see if another room is ready. We came back at 3 and believe it or not, the room was still not ready and on top of it all, the room was stink. I was also concerned about the surrounding neighborhood. It was very ghetto and the lady at the front desk was totally useless and had no idea what customer service is. Devamı
