Great, helpful and friendly staff. This was a great value, with a continental breakfast included. Clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Staff van took us to WalMart to replace my lost camera. The driver was very accomodating. Our difficulty was the location as it was too far from the downtown area. This was my fault for booking without calling […] the hotel and asking about the location. "BED BUGS STAY AWAY!!!!!"
Me and my daughter stayed here for one night and it was and will be the last night I ever stay here. I woke up to bugs in my bed and my daughter’s bed and immediately reported it to the front desk. The hotel did give us an extra free night to stay but who wants to stay a night at a hotel that has bugs. I say it is worth paying the extra money and going […] down the street and staying at a more expensive hotel....at least you will not become a victim of a bed bug dinner. Devamı

This hotel was ok but for the price this will not be my first choice. Expectations by looking only at the pictures were high, after getting there, room didnt look like the pictures.

"Great Place for a Pit-Stop"
My family and I were traveling cross country. We only needed the room for one night. It was clean comfortable and a great price. You can't beat that.

"Shuttle Shinanigans"
Before booking this hotel for our guest who was arriving at the airport around midnight, I called the hotel to inquire about their shuttle hours and informed them what time our out-of-town guest would arrive. The CSR said that all our guest would have to do was call the hotel when he landed and a shuttle could be there in 5 minutes. He asked time of […] arrival for our guest and said that the late night would be no problem. HOWEVER, when our guest called upon arrival at the airport he was informed that the shuttle driver ended his shift at 10pm. I think there was a major breakdown in communication. Also, the word "Airport" attached to the hotel name leads one to believe that this hotel is in close proximity to the airport. There are many other airports that are much closer than this hotel. It takes some effort to get to this hotel from the airport. Positives are that this hotel is older but has been updated. Rooms are accessed from a walkway on the outside of the hotel instead of from the lobby. This could be a saftety concern. Our guest said the room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a breafast chain located within a short walking distance to the hotel. Devamı

As convenient as this motel is to the airport, it is not in the best neighborhood. I was on the first floor, and being directly off the frontage road, I was a little skeptical about safety. Terrible room and terrible response from the staff. Light switch was hanging off the wall, reported it immediately and for 3 days it was never repaired. Bathroom fixtures worked very poortly. Breaksfast was non existant, 6 yogurts for the complete hotel, bagels and ceral....that was it. Three months ago it was a nice hotel, what happened??

This hotel is very noisy as it is right on the freeway. Our bathroom shower leaked the entire time. They didn't have a non-smoking room as reserved. The guys next door left their door open and beer cans on our window sill. The neighborhood behind it seemed kind of iffy but we had no issues or problems there. Though parking got crowded quick. "The LaQuinta Airport in El Paso, TX - pet friendy"
The room was fine for our needs. Just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep on our way to Arizona. La Quinta has always been a neat place for us because we travel with our three shih tzus. Since we usually get in late and leave relatively early the continental breakfast is great. Saves not only money but also time. "Very comfy!"
Stayed for 3 days. Right across from Basset Mall and next to Denny's! U can get a discount when placing order food from Denny's 20%! Kids were said it was very comfy!
Beds were comfortable, I will say that. Breakfast however sucked. Continental Breakfast HA HA. more like prison breakfast. At least I hope they serve like this in prison, maybe no one would want to go there.

"Comfortable and Centrally located"
The room was spacious and quite comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was 20 degrees while I was there and I was very impressed that the room was as warm as it was and I didn't have to run the heater much. I'm from El Paso and was returning to visit friends. I liked the central location. I was in a ground […] floor room and the stompers upstairs were no different or louder than upstairs stompers I've encountered elsewhere. (Memo to travelers: if you're on the second floor, don't drop your suitcase/travel bag on the floor.) I've also yet to encounter a motel where I wasn't awakened by running water running through everyone's showers early in the morning. That said, this La Quinta is no different from any other moderately priced motel I've stayed in. I like the La Quinta chain and I like this hotel. I would stay here again. Devamı

"Bed Issue"
There were two queen beds and while sitting on the one I got up and the bed slid off the frame. The frame had not been assembled properly so the bed was unstable. The front desk clerk (Fidel) helped me lift it back on but it had to be positioned at an angle or it would slide off again. He offered to give us another room if we wanted but we were too […] tired from driving all day so we kept the room. It was a very nice hotel, clean and roomy with a reasonable rate. "Convenient & Clean"
The hotel was not as new as other La Quinta Inns I have stayed at. It appears to be an older motel converted to a La Quinta. The breakfast is also not as good as the newer La Quinta Inns which serve a hot breakfast, but it was clean, quite, and comfortable.

The la Quinta hotel is great for work related travel. The staff is great and have a convenient shuttle to the airport. Just get their before 9pm it is the last ride to the airport.

"too close to the Mexico border."
The motel was too close to the Mexico border, a fence seperated the two!! The room and the motel were very dated. The TV worked when it wanted to. The breakfast was just frozen waffles, little fruit and cold water. I would have expected a better place for the money. The staff really did not seem willing to listen to any problems. Never again !!!!

Se equivocaron en entregarme las llaves dos veces, la primera me dieron una llave de un cuarto ocupado, la segunda no abrió la habitacion,. Hasta la tercera si funciono
"Muy comodo y limpio."
Las habitaciones son limpias, comodas las camas y el personal muy accesible. El desayuno es bueno, aunque le faltan los huevos cosidos y los waffles de otros hoteles La Quinta a los que he llegado. El serivicio es bueno pero nosdieron na habitacion que daba al freeway por lo que era mucho ruido en las noches ademas de no tener iestacionamiento cerca de la habitacion. Mal atencion en el desayuno ya que tenia uno que pedirles las cosas no habia suficiente leche y ademas la persona que esta a cargo de esa area no tiene espiritu de servicio
