The outside of the hotel looks a little rundown, however the inside was comfortable. The furnishings were basic, but nice. The bed very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant.

The stay was OK, but the room had a very strong odor that had to be aired out at least 10 minutes before settling in. Other than that, the stay was good and the beds were comfortable.

When I left the hotel I thought I had gotten everything only to find later that I left my shirts in the closet. I called the hotel the next day to ask if they found them. He said he would ask the cleaning crew if they found them. I have not heard a word since.

This a older hotel. Although the bed linens were clean the room had a horrible old musty smell. The hotel owner should think about updating this hotel. The carpet was old and there were crickets and cockroaches in the room. The breakfast was decent

The room was ready when I got there. That was good. I got all unpacked and when I went to shower I saw the towel rack was broken and laying on the ground. I told the clerk and she gladly moved me to another room. Got moved into that room and when I walked across the floor barefooted I noticed it was wet and sticky by the door. Standing water. So I asked […] for another room. It was next door so it was an easy move. Until I walked in and it smelled like smoke. I called and they said it was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. So they moved me again. The 4th room was in good shape. Not all rooms have fridges and microwaves. Make sure you ask that on check in. Also, while I was unpacking a guy came up to me begging for money and smokes. I told him to leave and called the clerk again. They didn't have security on site yet but the guy did leave the property wheni told him I was calling the police. Location was ok. Price was ok. Would never stay there again. Devamı

Stayed here a few months ago and nothing had changed in that time. Was given the same room and the door key was hard to use. Also the bottom of the door was loose and was a hazard. Needs maintenance for sure. Ice Machine also not working.

The room was smelly and needed updating. The exterior door needs to be replaced along with the carpet. Needs painting too.

This was a terrible hotel. The sheets were dirty, the room was hot and musty. I will never stay here again!

Motel was clean and mainly quiet. Order food delivered from a menue in lobby.

Good service, clean rooms. I would recommend to others.

Provided it isn't Spring Break, this might be a good hotel. The neighborhood wasn't too pleasant, but you don't get a room at the Ritz for these prices. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and beer and the peple running up and down the stairs all night didn't help either. Right after I checked in and unpacked, I was asked by three men in the next […] room if they could work on something in my room that would take "about 20 minutes to finish". I calle dthe fron desk and they told me they were working on the A/C units in each room. I had to repack all my stuff and put in in my vehicle and then make sure the room was safe when I returned before I would let my daughter and pet back in. If it weren't for the fact that they were pet friendly (which alot of hotels these days aren't) I would pick another hotel and spend the cash next time. Devamı

Decent overnight hotel. Close to I-10 & easy to find. Decent continental breakfast. Office staff seemed to be having a difficult time in the morning for check out. Computers were "down" so we couldn't get a receipt.

There was only one set of towels in the room.

I have to admit that the staff at this hotel was awesome! They were so friendly and helpful. I have already booked this holtel for out next trip.

It was not an enjoyable stay at all and would not recommend this property to anny other customer.

Hotel was very nice. I will be returning next month and staying at the hotel again...

The location was great considering, only there for the weekend to attend parent and student orientation at Lamar University. It was convenient (10 min) to Mall, Wal-Mart, Target, Restaurants, etc... Upon arriving, we had difficulties with our entering are rooms, maintenance was called to come repair the lock, which took about 45 minutes, however, the […] staff was accommodating. Another room was provided within a timely manner. However, that room had an awful stench, just a dirty smell. Once again, the staff was accommodating and provided another room in a timely manner. After settling in, things seem to work out. The breakfast was excellent…considering some hotel don’t offer anything. Mc’Ds next door! In addition, they’re pet friendly, however, to friendly…I seen German Shepherds, should be limited on size of pet. Oh, no refrigerators in the rooms, what’s up with that? Overall, need a pit-stop and/or layover, this is the place. No more, no less. Look for discount club rates, not rack room rates… Devamı
