I have never been checked in this fast before. The service was great! The room was ok. The bathroom layout was uncomfortable and the bathroom vent did not work and looked nasty. The carpet needed a deep cleaning and the headboard was dirty. The location was great and the hotel was quiet and safe. Overall a good stay.

The stay was awesome! My husband, daughter and I drove in for soccer tournaments and was completely satisfied with the room, cleanliness and size! We would definitely tell friend.

I was very satisfied with the room & the condition of the hotel. The only problem I had was, the bar at the hotel had a very poor selection of drinks. And I needed to borrow a pair of scissors & the front desk claimed they didn't have a pair. So I had to borrow a pair from a random guest in the elevator. But I was comfortable & happy with my stay. My stay at this hotel was not up to par for the Hyatt name. When I got into my room the cable was not workin so the guy comes and says tell them about it tomorrow and they will take care of you. The next day the only thing they did was move me to another room they could have done that when I first told yh about the issue. Then when transferring rooms […] I was told if I still had the same problem Then they would see what they could do. I want stay there again by choice! Devamı

We happened upon this hotel 4 years ago and forgot the name of it (which has since changed anyway) but loved it then and loved it now. Great hotel. Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. Only bad thing was the construction on I10 that made it hard to get back to I12.

Everyone at the hotel is friendly and customer service oriented. My room was very clean and close to shopping.

The stay was nice. The room or beds were not as clean as i hoped but we stayed due to time restraints. The floor had paper wrappings on it Sign of not being vacuumed. The mirrors were full of fingerprints, sign of not being wiped out. The room smelled like someone had just showered. Being a mother, i always check the beds. After pulling back the comforter […] and sheets, i found hairs and crumbs. Signs of not being changed. The pillows smelled like hair. The hotel itself is good. close to mall and easy access

The front desk staff were great. Hotel is very nice. Room was very spacious and nice.

Only a couple of observations: 1) air conditioner was very noisy and 2) toilet would constantly run. The inside of the toilet tank was completely black inside, looked like mold. Otherwise it was a great room with a great rate. I would definitely stay there again.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a musty smelling room that we thought might have been coming from the air conditioner which was on. After we turned it off, it appeared to get better.

I was satisfied with the room and service. It was convenient to shopping centers and other places. I have stayed at better places but this was very acceptable

I was very satisfied with this Hotel. I was in Baton Rouge to visit family the staff at this Hotel went out of their way to make me and my wife feel welcome and comfortable. I have stayed at other Hotels in Baton Rouge this one is the best when i was feeling a bit Ill they even gave me Chicken Soup. Rates were good ,staff was great . Thanks to Steven, Quinton […] and all the staff . I know were I will stay next time in Baton Rouge.If only the Hyatt could fix Baton Rouge Traffic. Devamı

I read the other reviews and was apprehensive in booking this hotel. They were WRONG- From the greeting at the front door til the time I left, the staff was Great. The halls did not smell "Musty", who hangs out in the hall anyway, and the room was great. I had a King which came with a large hide-a-bed couch and sitting area, a large flat screen TV, […] and mini bar, not stocked, are with a sink and mini fridge. the free breakfast was good and for a reasonable fee you can have an omlete, waffle, or other food prepared for you. The location is great; a giant mall across the street, and numerous restaurants in every direction. I will be back in the area soon and this hotel will be on the top of the list. Devamı

Enjoyed my stay, room was great. Hallways had a bit of an odor. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better.

We stayed here over the weekend. I could not have been happier with my stay. The room was great, nothing experienced as some reviews have said. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I was very satisfied with our stay. Will stay here again.

We traveled to Baton Rouge for a LSU Game. The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to access, it was also close to the stadium. The room was nice and big, very modern, and VERY CLEAN. The hotel staff were all nice and friendly. If traveling again, I would definetely stay here.

We stayed at this property many years ago, right after it opened under another name. It is nicer and more comfortable today. I just wish the remodeling would have destroyed the smoky, musty smell that greets you as you walk to the room.

The hotels hallways had a mildew odor to them. Rooms were large and nice. Hotel staff excellent.

We reserved, and were promised a double room, although that did not happen. We were given a king room and were very uncomfortable.The television volume was broken, did not go below 34. I really enjoyed my stay. i liked everything about it except it didint have a washer and dryer at the hotel. My suite also didint have a small kitchen area.

We arrived at the hotel to check in and they tried to put me in a king room when I reserved a double. We got into our room and everything is fine but the next morning when we tried to get in our room the keys wouldn't work. I had to make several trips to the front desk and they had to let me into my room several times. The manager assured me that while […] I was out during the day they would have an engineer fix the door. When I came back several (6) hours later the door still was not fixed and the room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The manager then decided he was going to put us in another room. When we got into the "new" room it smelled horribly like mildew and mold and I told the manager I could not stay there. He then brought us to another "new" room which smelled a little funny but overall was ok. The hallways in the entire hotel smelled awful and I believe it was from the dirty dishes left in them for much of the day and night (even after the housekeeper cleaned - they just left them there). The next day we went out for most of the day and when we returned at 5 p.m. our room had not been cleaned by the housekeepers. The bathroom in my room was not very clean, there was hair on the ceiling and the toilet seat was old and the enamel was chipping off. The manager was very nice and really was trying but for the most part, the hotel was not up to par. They do not have any vending machines, instead they have a small case by the check in desk. The case has soda's, water, juices etc. but none of the items were cold and they are much more expensive than you would pay from a vending machine. Upon check out the front desk clerk tried to charge my stay on the credit card I gave for incidentals. I had to have an extensive conversation with her and show proof of purchase from hotels.com before receiving a receipt with a $0 balance. Devamı

this was a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice staff. Check in was weird, it was like being at the airport. They had computerized check in which was neat. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place in Baton Rouge. The other great thing is that it was right across the street from the Mall of Louisiana.

This was a great hotel. The ambiance waw great and very family friendly if you have kids. I enjoyed the convience to the mall, great restaurants. I would recommend to anyone visiting for business or pleasure to the Baton Rouge Area

It was our 1 yr Anniversary we actually enjoyed urself but some of the staff wasn't nice at all I had to wait 5 minutes b4 someone actually came to help but he walked off and said he would be right back and when he did he walked off again that's when I noticed the kiosk machine

I checked on the hotel on Friday, time we get in the room to get ready for an event the restroom is broken. I called front desk ask for another room the front desk said they would have someone come up to fix it. Time went on noone came. I called back he said that someone will be there in a minute. I asked clerk could I moved because I needed to get […] dress an be at a graduation. No ok guy came up started working on the restroom and said I'll be back never showed up. I called back at this time I'm upset. I left to go to family members house to get dress not only to get stuck in traffic not making to graduation. I returned to the room around 12 mid night and room still look the same restroom was still a wreck. Around 1 am I finally got a new room. No apology. Devamı

Front the front desk staff to the maid service I was treated with the most courtesy possible and all were very accomodating. The breakfast was very good, too. I will definitely stay at the hotel on my next trip to Baton Rouge.

The layout of the suite is such that one guest using the lights in the toiletry area will blind another guest who is trying to sleep. (No problem if you are traveling alone.). Similarly, the rather loud bathroom fan, which always runs when the bathroom light is on, prevents the considerate traveler from using the bathroom light as an alternative. The room was cute, clean, and convenient...unless you had to call the front desk. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked. The movie ordered by satellite didn't work either. We had to use our cell phone to call the front desk to tell them about the phone, something "they made note of", but didn't bother fixing. Our room was very noisy, since we were […] put RIGHT across from the elevator. It was not the quiet, relaxing night away that we were hoping for since we were woken up at 6am by all the noise in the hall. The hotel is very nice and has great potential, though. our hotel room needed repairs, a/c leaked water , area carpet around a/c wet, a/c made a lot of sounds, refrigerator didn't work, toilet ran constantly. Otherwise, the room was a nice size, clean. I was very impressed when I arrived at my room and since it was late, I was ready to go to bed. I had double beds in my room and decided to sleep in the bed next to the window and noticed that the bed had already been slept in. No problem, bed #2 - I felt a little pinch on my leg just thinking it was an itch. Woke up the following morning to a bed bug. […] I informed housekeeping and asked for fresh sheets and later was greeted by a supervisor, I guess, who assumed it was probably from something brought in but they did not waste any time contacting an exterminator. They moved me to another room but not once, did I hear from the management team of the hotel or was questioned about anything after that. Devamı

Everything is new and modern. It is geared toward business travelers, but very pleasant for other visitors.

Great hotel, great staff, and great breakfast. Food and beverage choices are a little short of great, but the location is walking distance to a great seafodd resturaunt.

I am a Hyatt loyal customer but never have stayed at a Hyatt Place. As always, the staff was really friendly and responded quickly with any request. The room and open areas were always clean, comfortable and elegant.

I booked because of location for work. I am slightly picky about hotels because I travel for work. If you are not picky, then this is a great hotel. Just a few things: room faced highway, loud in the early morning hours, fan in bathroom sounds like a train, light in bathroom very dim, couldn't see in the shower, slow drain, air conditioner didn't work […] efficiently and came on 1 minute after it stopped, very loud. Breakfast was not like other Hyatt Places - no yogurt, no peanut butter, no cream cheese for bagels, wierd brand of coffee. Breakfast was cereal, bagel, toast, jelly, red grapefruit cut up. I probably won't stay here again in Baton Rouge. Devamı

Stayed at this hotel before. It was just as expected, great! Went up to do some shopping and you can't ask for a better location right across from the mall of Louisiana. There are also some great restaurants near by. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful. A+++ rating.

Had wonderful time. Hotel is always just want you want. Large room beds enough for all in my party. Large sitting area, great bar set up. Good work space. HD tv was a plus. VERY good fit for my crew. Breakfast in the morning is healthy and easy. 5 stars from this family!!!
