Hilton Hotel Lisle Naperville - Lisle

Though the hotel was nice, we had a group of five adult couples who all booked separate rooms. Just sitting in our room talking together, we were told we would have to be quiet when we were being quiet. This happened again in another room. Meanwhile sports team are running up and down the hallways making way more noise. Not sure what was up with that! […] I wouldn't go back there just for that reason. We had booked rooms to see some friends and talk. The bar was full of wedding people and we had nowhere to get together. After I made a fuss, they put us in a back room and drew the shades on the door. Really tacky and not appreciated. Next time we will go across the street to the Wyndham which was our original choice, but it was full. Epic fail on the part of Hilton! Devamı

I really enjoyed my stay the new york strip steak was the best I had in a long time! Went to the bar down in the lobby and had a great night the bar tender was wonderful! Nothing bad about this hotel

I visit a number of hotels both for business and vacaiton and I was very pleased with my stay at the Lisle Hilton. It is quiet; the atmpsphere in the lobby is very inviting; and, the restaurant is really quite good. I mentioned to my wife that we should consider staying there during our numerous visits to the Chicago area.

Positives: Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Nice and clean place. Negatives: Did not want to pay $9.95 for internet access in room so used computer in business center that I'm sure had some malware on it as I received notices form both my gmail and facebook accounts after accessing them there. Halls were noisy with no buffer for noisy guests […] talking loudly in the hall. Would ask for a room as far away from the elevators as possible due to noise level too. Devamı

We were very pleased with the Hilton at Lisle. It was a little hard to find from the direction we were traveling, but the hotel stay was very pleasant.

We had a quiet evening, went swimming, relaxed and had an all around good time. The location of this hotel is great because it is off the beaten path but yet is fairly close to a number of stores, gas stations and eateries. Of course the gps helped a great deal finding my way around since we don't frequent the area. The staff was very helpful with every […] request that I had, including directions and general information about the area. There were a few wedding parties going on while we were there, but the staff kept busy and it appeared that things went pretty smooth. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Devamı

I like everything except the housekeeping staff knocking on my door every hour to see if I was ready to leave. I thought this was rude. It started at 8:00 A.M. and continued until 10 or 11:00.

No sound proofing in this hotel, I could hear people talking in the halls and ever door opening and closing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also the beds were very comfortable. Overall an AWESOME hotel!!!

I'm not sure if it was just too busy for the gal at the front desk to handle us with courtesy or if that is just the way she handles everyone that comes to the front desk. I had been driving for over 9 hours, was tired and a little confused when she blurted out...How are you going to pay? I had already gone on line and got my room taken care of on the […] BillMeLater method. She didn't want to see any of my paper work and just gave me a stern look with a cool reply that she needed a credit card to pay for the room. So I gave her my debit card and that is what she paid my room charges with. When I got home a few days later I received a bill in the mail from BillMeLater so now I have to make copies of my payment and send them proof that it was already paid for. I felt as though my over night stay was not as important to her as were the other people that had checked in or were waiting to check in behind me. Devamı
