We had a suite, bathroom was a little small, complimentary breakfast was good, had hot items. Would stay here again.

Great room comfortable, clean andthe breakfast offering was good. The only drawback was a little pricy compared to others but it did have rooms available for a last minute stay!

"Our Stay"
Hotel manager was cursing when we arrived with children present. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained. The maids didn’t do a very thoughrow job because there was a very aged and rotten apple and banana in the refrigerator. Room and facilities kind of aged and in need of remodel. Not in my opinion up to the Holiday Inn Express standards.

"Hoilday Inn Express at Maryland Heights, MO"
They were fantastic. They went out of there way to make my sister and My stay wonderfull. Would recomend this hotel to everyone. GREAT
Bathroom was not clean. Did not have housekeeping service. Did not get any clean towels. Bed was not made. Did not get coffee for the following day. Did not have a frige in the room. The front desk clerks were all friendly. Overall not a pleasant experience. Would not stay again.

"Nice but could be better"
I chose a Holiday Inn Express for us to stay at while we were in St. Louis. We have stayed in the same area where this Holiday Inn Express is located at many times before and like the location. I have always been very impressed with all the Holiday Inn Express, that we have visited before. This one not as much. There was mold on the ceiling in the hallway […] outside of our room, the television was old and small, and the handle fell off of the water control while I was in the shower. "Perfect hotel for business and family!!"
I reached the hotel late evening for a client meeting. I was exhausted. The hotel was nicely lit. Front desk was very welcoming. The hallways were surprisingly clean, bright and colorful. The room was large with an extremely comfortable bed. I realized that I have forgotten my shaving set. I called front desk and they had complimentary shaving set ready […] for me. Breakfast was exceptional. I didn't had to compete with lots of people to get the food. I will absolutely use this hotel again!! Devamı

"Comfortable hotel, Good Location"
Hotel was comfortable, lobby and breakfast area are very nice. Rooms are older but clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful and check in was quick. Close to the airport and easy to use the shuttle. If you have breakfast, get there before 9am, as it's supposed to end at 9:30, but everything was put away by 9am.

"Nice, clean hotel"
Nice hotel with a very nice PM reception from I think 5:30 -6:30, free beer, wine, sandwiches, and chips, they also have an above average breakfast. The only down side was that there isn’t anything besides offices in walking distance but their van will take you anywhere for free within 5 miles. "Holiday Inn Express- Close to Verizon Amphitheatre"
Great place for the price. Hotel staff extremely friendly. Check in was very fast. Room was a little dated and beds seemed a bit worn, but very clean. Morning breakfast was a nice surprise, not the usual continental fare, but eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, muffins, coffee..... All included in the hotel price. Also, shuttle service was included to […] and from the amphitheatre, although you still have quite a walk from the drop off point. Highly recommended, you cannot beat this place for the price! Devamı

"Will stay here again!"
Easier to find than to get to...clean comfortable room. A little dated, but not too bad. Very sensitive to cigarette smoke and we stayed on smoke free floor that might actually have been smoke free! Great breakfast. Even had a nice view out the room of lake in the back. Great location for what we were in the city to do!

The price was good on the room and the location was easy to get to off of the Interstate, but the facility is really worn down. Our room has a lot of stains on the carpet. The bathroom was in bad shape. I think it was clean but it was hard to get past the stains and calcium deposits on everything.

The room was nice and the front desk was helpful but the AC was extremely loud when it turned on.

for the convenience of the verizon amphitheater , it was great for walking , but the hotel smelled really bad, it smelled liked soured carpets, there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room,the breakfast was ok, no bacon after advertising bacon.for the money i guess it was ok , the convenience of the location made up for the rest

The room was comfortable breakfast was awesome but some ammenities like shuttle service were a little confusing. Overall it was well worth the price.
"Great Hotel-bad elevators"
Great hotel, staff really nice and accomodating. Shuttle service was very prompt and exceeded expectations. Elevators were the only issue. There was one in which the doors didn't want to shut, so you had to hold down the Door Close button and hope they would. We took the stairs to avoid the issue

i liked the hot breakfast but the very slow elivator and constant doors slamming bugged me. the hotel was located in the center of where i was visiting.

"GREAT for the money!"
Very close to I70, nice and spacious room, good breakfast. Clean and comfortable, the only thing was that the bath tub was a little bit slow to drain on the room 241. I told them and they said they will take care of.

"dirty and maintenance problems"
We stayed in Aug 2009. We ended up waiting aver a half an hour for the airport shuttle. The driver was very nice though. He drove us to the "airport location" that took forever to get there. Not a true airport location. When we got checked in and up to our room we discovered that the sink was backed up. We called down to get it fixed, but it was so […] late that maintenance was gone. They offered to switch rooms, but since our 3 kids were already in bed, it was after midnight. We decided to stick it out. We noticed a number of things wrong, paint peeling, dirty floors, and it smelled like smoke. Would not stay here again. Devamı

Carpets need a good shampoo. Nearby freeway exits closed creating a hassle, but the place is nice, clean & comfy with free shuttle.

The hotel appeared a little worn out, but the room was clean and smelled fine. We were disappointed that the Dave and Buster's Restaurant was the closest restaurant within a half mile. The hotel is OK for the price, but it's location is rather far from downtown.

No soap in our restroom. Cell phone case left behind from someone else (making you wonder how well they cleaned it. Lamps weren't plugged in so had to attempt to find outlet in the dark. Someone left a bag of McDonald's trash in front of elevator which stayed in its place from time I checked in to the time I checked out.

For the money and the convenience to our concert this hotel was a buy. However, it seriously needs some updates. The elevators were terribly slow, there was no ice and the vending machine was out of order. On a good note, the breakfast was tasty and lots of choices.

Room wasn't clean, bathroom wasn't clean. The best part about our stay was the breakfast! Wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

"Great for money"
In a very pretty location. Almost country like. Quite. Rooms little small but for the price you pay and one or two nights worth price. Good location for going about any place around St. Louis.
