I liked the staff at this La Quinta. They really went out of there way to make me feel comfortable when I arrived late night. They even brewed fresh coffee when I told them I would be back in 4 hours to check out!! For business travelers, the desk and chair were comfortable, but they didn't have outlets near the desk. I needed two and there were none […] available. The Ocean Waves on the TV was unique and excellent. It really put me to sleep. Overall, I was pleased and the staff (late night clerk and the security guard) were really helpful with directions, coffee and general area information. The hotel was being remodeled, but the room we were in was complete. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was impressive; friendly and professional. Being that the hotel is situated by main roads, it was a bit noisy, but not too bad. This hotel is close to the Pepsi Center and within walking distance of Coors Field. We booked this hotel because we were attending a Rockies game and the details on line stated this was "across the street from Coors Stadium". It definitely is not across the street. The hotel is definitely run down and older, which is ok, except the mattress in our room sunk in the middle, so my husband and I were always landing in the middle of the […] bed. They only furnished us with 3 cups for coffee and water so I had to go to the front desk and get another cup, not a big deal. The soap on the sink was used (not wrapped like new soap) so we threw it away and used the one for the bathtub/shower. The plug in the sink in the bathroom did not work. The framing on our outter door was broken and pieces of wood and weather stripping stuck out and we had to maintain awareness of this so that we did not injure ourselves. The lobby is under major repair and smelled of adhesive from the tile being put in, which really did not make breakfast very appetizing. All in all, we still had a great time at the game and were thankful we only stayed one night. Devamı

Found a used needle in a trash can.

Hotel is within walking distance to the train station, (which is also right across the street from Coors Field,) and allowed us to leave our car there over the weekend. Nice. Hotel was easy to find and right off the highway. Nice but noisy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Nice. The room itself was pretty nasty: sink wouldn't drain, stains […] on the carpet, something like boogers smeared on the wall in several places and the whole room, esp the sheets and pillows smelled like smoke. Yuck. The neighborhood was sketchy, (a woman who appeared to be a prostitute approached our car while my husband and I were checking in and asked my kids for a ride,) Yuck. I had a difficult time sleeping because it sounded as if there was a train station or construction site going all night long. Even with the tv screen saver to drown the noise out I didn't sleep well with all that noise. Not the nicest La Quinta I have been in either. Room was good but MSNBC was missing from cable TV.

Good standard. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable price. Digital tv, fridge, microwave. Easy access to the interstate. Close to the city, but still driving distance. The area is industrial. Excellent for 1 night, good for a few nights. If your staying longer a better location would be preferred. Probably not a good location for families […] with children as there is little to no space to move about outside. Would stay here again. Devamı

the room smelled like 20 cats had been left in the room and urinated all over the place/ the 2 nd room smell like cigarettes and the 3 rd room I ended up with 6 bug bits on my body.

Although the hotel sits on a busy Denver street, the backrooms are exceptionally quiet. The only complaint I offer is the inconsistency of internet connection; this presented a problem more than once during a recent stay. On the other hand, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for that 'tech-based' inconvenience.

The room seemed kind of run down. The bathroom door didnt shut completely, seemed to be a bit of water damage in the bathroom. But it was close to the National Western stock show so that was good.

Decent, standard motel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff immediately moved us to a new room when we told them that our room was smoky. More than usually accommodating for our dog, plus there is ample space around the motel to safely walk the dog without fear of traffic. Clean and comfortable and easy to get to.

We got to the room right after 2 school busses of high school kids got there. Shortly after there was NO hot water for a shower. Half hour later there was - but it was an inconvenience - probably nothing the staff could have done - but an inconvenience anyway.

just stayed there one night, very clean, heater worked really good, since it was snowing

Listed as 'downtown hotel' but too far from anything to walk to, and i got the impression that the neighborhood is bad so you wouldn't want to walk anyway. Front desk is locked at night so that is your first clue upon entering that its not the greatest area. Hotel is kind of dumpy on the outside but inside it is clean. The bed was awesomely comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and let us check in early so I could get ready for the event that we were in Denver to attend.

It's just over the bridge & blocks downtown from downtown area . . .

liked my stay here. was quiet and was only a $6 cab ride to the bars in dt denver. hotel is a little in the older side but for the price and location, not bad at all! will be staying here again

TV malfunction - missing key channels Absence of exercise room on the property

i just didn't like that when i get ready to lay down one of the comforters smelt a little sour & i felt it was too late to call the front desk, so I just switched comforters and went right to sleep. I did also advise the front desk the next morning. It was my 2nd stay there and would definitely stay there again

I was surprised it had the motel-style entrance but the room was clean and the location was convenient. We even were able to walk over to the Starbucks just next door for a warm coffee on that rainy day. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

This hotel is perfect for those looking to stay close to downtown Denver. Bathroom smelled a little moldy and were disappointed to wake up to train noises at 4am. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I was attending a conference with a friend and there was plenty of room for both of us. The breakfast was very adequate. The location was within 10 minutes of the Pepsi Center, with light traffice enroute, and I was grateful for that. The front desk people were pleasant and knowledgable. Booked a night for a place to stay following the a Broncos game. Location was ok, although right next to the railroad. Fortunately we are heavy sleepers. Upon walking into the lobby, I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke & must, which made me leary. For good cause, as once we opened the door to our "non" smoking room, it reeked just as bad as the lobby […] (and it was clear across the parking lot). Called my parents who were two doors down, and the same case there. Tried to call the front desk but room phone wasn't working, so had to call from my cell. Was assured that we had "non-smoking" rooms and they offered to move us from a king to two doubles. Since it was the room right between our smelly room and my folks' smelly room, I declined. I'm sure it reeked as well. On a high note, the bed was large and comfortable. But couldn't wait to get up and out of the room the next morning! Devamı

Cloe to Coors Field. Not too far from downtown.

Not a bad place. Stayed 2 nites. Staff was very friendly and helpful even let us check in way early to our room. Easy walk to Coors Field if you're into baseball and not far from restaurants also. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Although good, I've stayed at comparable places where the waffles were the kind you make yourself instead of the […] prepackaged kind and there were slices of bread to toast along with the bagels. We were very pleased to stay here and catch two Rockies games (against our beloved Phillies!) Walking over to LoDo and the field was a breeze.

This is a clean motel. Close to downtown Denver, the performing arts center, all the concert & sport venues. Easy access to Univ of Colorado Denver if you are visiting your student. No frills but a clean place and pleasant satff.

I will never stay here again. It was right next to the BNSF switching yard and the trains made noise day and night. There was an ambulance operation the other side of the parking lot as well. You could hear your neighbor's water run and the ice machine was broken. This place was awful! I will say that the staff was friendly though... But stay away!

Everything was okay except that the freeway was very noisy and I wished they had a hot tub but for the price I felt it was a okay place to stay.

We are satisfied with the hotel location,staff service, room maintenance and rates.Definitely,we'll stay again on a future visit to the city.

Cheap Hotel near Coors Field was all we neaded and thats what we got. Basic but clean room with 2 double beds. 15 min walk to the park

The staff at the motel were friendly. I am sure it was a nice motel at one time. It was a little run down. The sink would not drain and was not fixed when reported. The smoke alarm battery kept chirping like it needed a new battery. We stayed an extra night in the area but chose a nicer motel.
