CONS: The smell in the room when we first walked in was overwhelming to the point where we had to go out and buy our own air freshener. Also the room had obviously not been inspected fully after the last guest checked out because while our 16month old was playing he found wrappers and trash under the bed and behind the couches. Lastly, we went out just […] about everyday of our stay in RI and there were several days where the house keepers came in and replaced shampoo and toiletries but forgot to change the towels or make the bed or even take out the trash. PROS: the employees at the front desk and the maintenance workers are extremely helpful and very friendly and we were glad to have met them. we were greeted very well and everything we needed (crib, fridge) was in the room within minutes of asking for it. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast alomost everyday but especially on our last morning there when we had a 19 hr flight ahead of us. Overall the service was great, the people were great and the room was very comfortable. Will we come back?? maybe if there's improvement in the housekeeping Devamı

We needed to take our son to visit Brown U for a two day event and we found this cheaper hotel only 20 minutes away. A high school basketball tournament was nearby and the hotel was hosting many HS teams. It was a little rowdy through the night and during the breakfast hours. They gave us two keys but only one worked. The sag in the middle of our king […] size bed in our room caused us to roll towards each other and we had to put a pillow between us. Something wrong with the TV in our room; it changed aspect every 5 seconds and the picture flickered large to small to large, very annoying. We found a restaurant online called Crow's Nest, impossible to find without GPS. The food was excellent and it saved the night. The morning paper outside our door was nice but not necessary since they give them out at the front counter. Free breakfast in the hotel consists of dated hard boil eggs, week old pastries, and cereal. Only freshness was the juice and coffee. They did not turn on the two waffle griddles and the hot tray was empty, so we had no hot breakfast. Staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. We were right next to the airport but airplane noise was not a factor at all. The hotel was ok for the money and if you are just passing through and needed a night to sleep, this place is fine. I needed a place to stay, clean comfy and would certainly go back if I had to stay in the area.

The hotel rooms are a little dated, but clean.Bed was comfortable, but not appealing,even though the hotel is right near the airport you could not hear the noise. The only noise was from the bagging or room doors, and loud talking in the hallways. I was in room 353, and that must have been the floor that all the young people were on. I was very pleased! Accommodations were wonderful and staff was pleasant and helpful!

We stayed in this hotel one night on our way to Vermont in order to visit Providence and Boston. The hotel personel were nice, polite, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only small issue was that there was only one shampoo in the room for all 3 of us but we called them and they provided us with 2 extras. Their breakfast was superb. […] They had almost everything from boiled eggs, yogurt, and bacon to juice and coffee and several different types of cakes and muffins. The parking was free with plenty of spots. The hotel was quiet. For such a low price, the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend it and we would definitely stay there again if we are in that area. Hotel lobby and hallways in need of maintenance, however my room was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Have stayed here before, good value for the price.

Stayed at the comfort inn for a night on business. Room was clean, breakfast was good, all for 1/2 the price of any other hotel locally. Service was good, people are friendly.

Reserved room with 2 double beds, got room with 1 double bed, Front desk clerk very unpleasant and not at all helpful She provided no directions to the room, to the elevator or location for breakfast. The headboard fell on us while we were sleeping. Management was very helpful to correct this. Bed were too soft. If you like a soft bed then you will love this place. Room very clean. All interior was fine, located right next to the jets and smelled jet fuel when I opened the window. Not a bad little hotel and worth the money I paid, however I prefer something a little more upscale.

The breakfast was also outstanding

I was more than satisfied. The room was large enough to accomodate a couch, was clean and well equipped. The staff was extremely accomodating and pleasant. Pat should be cloned or at the very least have input on training procedures for the chain. The staff actually acted as though they wanted to be there. Did not receive my wake-up call and missed my flight. Only thing that recommends this hotel is proximity to airport. Otherwise just a slightly lower than average Comfort Inn.

Returned to hotel after dinner and fire alarm had been pulled by someone on the 4th floor. All evacuated from building. Room was next to elevator on the 2nd floor. Everytime the elevator moved, there was a loud sucking sound that woke us up, constantly. Rug was filthy and had cuts and tears in it. Faucet for sink was broken. Shower curtain smelled like […] stale sweat. Room did not appear clean and luckily we didn't spend much time in it. Breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel. For a few hours to catch an early flight, the price is right. Wake up call was on time, airport van in poor shape but was on time.

The Comfort Inn in warwick, RI is reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and have free cable TV and internet. The particular floor I stayed was extremely quiet. The free continental breakfast had more food to choose from than I had expected, but you must eat before 9 am to be able to still find a variety of items. There were some things that I […] did not like such as: the garbage in the vending machine area was not emptied everyday; the ice machine in my floor was broken and the printer in the public internet area was out of paper for 3 days. Good and varied selection in the breakfast room. Coffee available in the breakfast area or lobby during other hours would have been appreciated. The room was large and comfortable but.... Housekeeping needs to pay attention to details. There was a laminated card on the floor outside the housekeeping room for 2 1/2 days and a latex glove opposite the […] elevator door for 1 1/2 days. Vacuuming was adequate at best. On three days of our stay only one of our room keys worked, on one day neither worked. Hotel has very nice entry way and friendly reception. Upon entering the room I was looking for a mini-fridge to store my leftovers from dinner. I was very disappointed to see there was no fridge even though the description when booking stated each room had one. I had also requested a room with two beds and received a room with one bed and a pull out […] couch. Extra blankets were not in the room and we had to go to reception to get these. I found the bed to be overly firm and uncomfortable. The outlets in the room needed fixing as the plugs would fall right out. The hotel was a lost cost which was a plus. The noise level was also very low considering the location, near the airport. Overall the hotel room was average at best. Next time I go to Rhode Island I plan to stay elsewhere. Devamı

The price is cheap and it does include breakfast, but the walls (at least in our room) were paper thin. The people in the next room were not loud but we could hear every word they said. This hotel was pretty cheap and right near where we were going so it was a good deal. We travel with our dog and they allowed pets - though we had to pay an extra $50 for him that is pretty standard. I thought it was nice we were allowed to have a normal room with him and could use the regular entrance (some hotels make you walk through the back door […] and make you take a smoking room if you have a pet) The hotel was mostly clean though there was some trash in the hallways that was there for our entire stay so I'm guessing the halls don't get vacuumed to often, but overall it was worth the money. The free breakfast was pretty good - better than breakfast weve had at some other hotels. Our room seemed pretty clean, though the remote control for the tv was falling apart and the back kept falling off and the batteries fell out almost every time we picked it up - they need to replace the remote control at least in our room or tape it or something. Yes, this hotel was close to the airport, but that didn't affect our stay at all. Got a great deal through Hotels.com and honestly was worried about quality. Not a concern at all. Hotel and room were very clean. Staff upon check-in was terrific and friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Only thing that bothered me is that because I paid through hotels.com […] I was not presented with a bill upon check-out. Seemed to be some odd pending charges the next day. I asked for a smoking room, but got a non smoking, and had to smoke out in the cold in front of the hotel.
