The service could not have been any better. The staff are the most warm and eager to serve of any hotel I have ever stayed. The facility was delightfully updated, clean, and comfortable. The value of the room rate is unbeatable and is only one mile (walking distance) to the city of Denver.

From Van pickup at airport to hotel location all went smooth and according to plan. Everyone, from hotel staff to fellow visitors made our trip wonderful and we cannot wait to return to the great city of Denver.

Had a great stay at Residence Inn! Very comfortable! And close to all the action, downtown.

Great location to walk to the Pepsi Center - 16th Street Shopping. And to have the shuttle when ever we need it - awesome service. - Great Morning Breakfast. We are from Canada - only been to Denver twice and stayed at the Residence Inn both times - didn't have a car so this was nice.

I had a really great stay at the Residence Inn in Denver. It was close to the Pepsi Center (why I had gone there), and close enough to drive downtown in just a few minutes. I appreciated the hot breakfast every morning, and was there for one of the Manager's Receptions one evening. I thought the food was very good, and of good quality. The wine and […] beer they were serving at the evening reception was also very good. If I was going to go back to Denver I would definitely consider staying here again. Devamı

We very much enjoyed our 4 day stay in Denver. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of options from hot to cold items to choose from. Also the managers reception Mon-Wed is a perk. The room was comfortable and there was a shuttle every hour to take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius as well as a ride back with just a phone call. My son and I stayed at the Residence Inn because of name recognition being of good quality and the property being close to the Pepsi Center where we took in an Avalanche game. The room was clean and neat and very spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the attendant was very inviting and […] friendly as well. The property was located in not the best of neighborhoods and it made me a little nervous walking home from the Pepsi Center at 11:30PM. But all was well except the Avalanche lost in overtime. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown denver!

This hotel offers comfort and afordability. I like the fact that you can park your car and they offer a free breakfast.

the carpeting was filthy. Would not walk on it with out sox on !!!

This Residence Inn has excellent service. The hotel itself is impeccable. The rooms are spacious and you can totally spread out. Free shuttles drop off and pick you up in the downtown area. We stayed there for 9 days for SIA Snow Show. It was great having the shuttle available to us. I have now officially renamed the shuttle service "Bob". LOVED the fact that they had a shuttle (nice shuttle) to take us downtown Denver. Perfect for the Parade of Lights! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I would have preferred a King size bed, since my husband is over 6 feet tall.

Great downtown hotel, free shuttle, great breakfast and good service, we will stay here again.

Hospitality of staff was incredible. Eager to make sure your hotel stay met your expectations. Gave great restaurant recommendations. Ate at local Pasquino's (sp) which was very good Italian. Shuttle drivers were friendly and accomodating. Stayed for AFC wildcard game. Took shuttle but close enough we walked back after the game. Room had modern amenities. […] Liked the layout and as a female enjoyed the counter space in the sink/vanity area. Didn't have time to use the gym but it looked state-of-the-art. This was the first time we have used this hotel when we have gone to football games, and we will now use this hotel exclusively. The room was fabulous, and being a suite with the kitchen exactly fits our needs. The pizza place in the neighborhood was easy to get to, and had excellant food and service. The hotel was really nice. I was recently renovated and the kitchenette part was super. The breakfast was great, staff friendly and the hotel shuttle to the stadium (and other areas nearby) were awesome. Hope to return again!

We went for the 1/1/12 denver bronco's game. the room was very nice & clean. nice updated appliances & such. fantastic breakfast each morning!!!! the only thing that was a bummer was the shuttle service stops at 10:30 which means for new years eve it wasn't very helpful. the hotel is not as "downtown" as i thought not only due to the name, but on the […] map says everything is around 3miles. If you are wanting to be IN downtown this is not the hotel for you, espically if you are wanting to stay out past 10pm and don't have transportation. NYE was not good for taxi service so we walked back. the walk i'm sure isn't that bad in the daylight, but at night while drinking i wasn't too thrilled. i do not think i would stay here again without a vehicle of my own. They did have shuttle service to the stadium thank goodness because again due to the location it is not a great walk as i thought it would be. Devamı

We were in Denver for the Broncos game and this hotel was a good location for that. The shuttle was very convenient to take to the game and avoid the hassle of parking. It was a good location for other downtown places we visited.

This hotel is centrally located to Downtown and LoDo and the stadiums. My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed was not that great, and I could hear every move and footstep of the people staying above me. It wasn't a bad deal for the price though.

We were in town for the Bears/Broncos game and the first night we were kept up all night with the people in the room above us partying all night into the next day. I went to the front desk to complain and we were immediately moved to another room. I was very happy I did not have to stay another night under the party room! I loved the shuttle service […] this hotel offers, we were able to be shuttled to the game and back without having to drive and could enjoy our adult beverages before and during the game without the worry of getting a DUI on the way back to the hotel. This is a very nice hotel and I will be staying there again when I return to Denver. Devamı

Great place and the staff is excellent. Close to most anything you want to do downtown and take advantage of their free shuttle... I went to the Broncos game and called for an early pick up... 5 minutes later, there was my ride. It is clean and like I said, the staff will take care of you.

This hotel room was better than my pricey one-bedroom apartment in Washington DC. It's huge, with a comfortable kitchen and granite bar/counter opening into the den, with a big TV and comfy bed, huge bathroom area and nice shower; it surprisingly stayed warm inside despite -5 degree temps and snow outside, and the staff were all wonderful, friendly […] and helpful. Very friendly staff. Wonderful Value for your money. They have breakfast and free snacks. It's a great location, very close to everything and has a shuttle that will take you out and pick you up for free. Our first room had a couple lights go out so they gave us an upgraded room for free. I will stay there again when I go back.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a family visit to Denver. We utilized the kitchen to save time and money for meals. With breakfast provided, it is a great value.

This hotel was great for location if you are going to a Broncos game. THe shuttle they offer is the only way to go, especially if you enjoy adult beverages before, during and after the game like we did. They also take you downtown which was a blast! Everyone was super friendly and the breakfast hit the spot duing those "rough" mornings. The only complaint […] I have it charging me $18 for a few snacks and a soda they offer in a mini concession stand near the front desk. Overall very satisfied. The two-story penthouse suite was great for three drinking buddies that like football and nightlife! Devamı

This was one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at. Very nice that we also got to take the free shuttle to the pepsi center and back. The room was huge and breakfast was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

This was a terrific value, and with the ability to sleep 6 adults comfortably in the two-story hotel room at such an affordable price, you won't beat it.
