Bathroom has musty smell. Cloth shower curtains had a nasty odor. Management needs to inspect rooms more thoroughly.

Not that your staff could have prevented but an event behind hotel kept us up until 3:30 am which was not conducive to the business I had the following day, then the return trip to Phoenix at the end of the day. Maybe your staff could work with the facility in question to avoid this in the future.

Everythibg was OK , but the maintenance has been going down for the last two timeswe stayed there.

I loved that i asked for a certain room and was helped promptly and did the best she could to get me close to the pool. I will stay there more often....

We were very satisfied with our room and the hotel. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The bed was VERY comfortable. In fact, we booked because I read an earlier review that said the beds were comfortable, so we were not disappointed.

I was not expecting much when I booked this room, as I needed a fairly inexpensive location to stay for a unexpected trip to Tucson. I was not overwhelmed or underwhelmed by this hotel. I got pretty much what I expected to get. The rooms were relatively clean, but the amenities offered were less than desirable. There are no irons or ironing boards in […] the rooms, and when I asked for one I got one of the small desktop ironing boards, however there is no place to put it on the desk, so I had to use the bed. When I arrived the shower curtain was broken. It took 3 days to get it fixed. Getting an extra towel was like pulling teeth. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. There was hair in the bed not mine and the bathroom was disgusting. I paid them to clean my room but they never did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the price this motel is definitely worth the stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at this location.

Our party had a total of 4 rooms. One room had hair in between the sheets and they had to change rooms. There were NO hair dryers, NO irons, and NO coffee pot. These things are pretty basic in a hotel room and I don't understand why they were not included. The coffee in the lobby, in Denny's (which is attached) and the gas stations across the road all […] tasted funny (we believe it was because they used the tap water.) The pool is small and kind of dirty, and the hot-tub was filled in with gravel. Overall it was dirtier and more run down than I expected. The website said that the hotel was recently remodeled, which means painted and new bedspreads. The one good thing I have to say was that the staff was very nice and helpful. Devamı

I was extremely nervous about our stay. I read the reviews which noted some problems with cleanliness. I was surprised that the room was very clean. My issue was with the AC, which hummed and squeeked all night long. The door was another issue, it just didn't seem like it closed right. Pretty good for the money. Close to Pima Air Museum and TIA. We even found a great steakhouse in the area.

Easy access to the highway. Nothing special, but bed was relatively comfortable and room was clean.

Overall my stay was great. And the only thing that lacked was having to clean the swimming pool myself. For my friend and her daughter wanting to swim, just palm leaves is all it was. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows.

The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. It's right off the highway, which was nice since I was just passing through. Only ding is that there didn't seem to be alot of food options right near it, but the Denny's attached to the lobby was fine with me. This was my second stay at this motel. The first stay the room was comfortable and clean. This stay, the room was the same with the exception that it smelled strongly of a disinfectant (simple green)? I had to open the door for a time to air the room out. Other than that, I'd stay again. It was decent for what we paid. The room TV remote wouldn't work and the staff wasn't very helpful in trying to get it fixed. No other way to change channels or use the menu for movies.

Room was not clean, shower had mold and tub was dirty, toilet didnt flush, called room service and never showed up, towels had stains on it, I would never stay on Red Roof again

The room was decent & the bedding was clean; however the tub and toliet were questionable. The tub looked like it had not been scrubbed for a month and had a sizable dirt ring. If this detail had been up to standards it would have been a great room. When you see this it makes you wonder about everything else.

I stayed for 3 nights in an accessible room. The shower didn't have a waterproof chair to sit in nor do it have an extended shower head. Also, there was a normal tub that didn't provide access for a wheelchair. It did have support bars but you had to be able to walk/stand to get into the shower. The room could really use a small fridge and microwave […] as well just to make it more user friendly. Overall, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet, tho I was on the backside of the building where there was a smaller amount of traffic. Devamı

The room was clean and fairly large. I picked a room with two queen beds because it was cheaper than a room with a king bed. The room did not have a desk, which I would have liked, and the light switch in the bathroom was behind the door, which was a little inconvenient. I also had a problem with the wi-fi one night and there is no continental breakfast. […] However, it was right next to a Denny's and we get a 10% discount for any meals, which I used 4 times during my two night stay. Oh, and I had a little problem with the door sticking the first time I got in and I had to ask for help on how to change channels on the TV. Don't use the menu button, just press the channel up and down switch. The room was clean and I had no problems with the staff. I could hear trains going by occasionally, but it wasn't very loud and really didn't interrupt my sleep. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel considering the price. The location wasn't optimal, but it wasn't far from I-10 and the airport. I would stay here again when price is an issue. Devamı

I filled out the card and turned it in, the bedspread had VERY VISABLE STAINS AND DID NOT SMELL CLEAN, WHEN I GOT IN THE SHOWER AND CLOSED THE SHOWER CURTAIN THE SMELL OF MOLD AND MILDEW FILLED THE BATHROOM AND I PICKED UP THE CURTAIN TO SMELL IT,IT WAS OVERWELMING
