Loved it...the beauty, convenience, location, and overall customer service.

The cleaning staff is not as thorough as I would like, but the supervisor took care of all my needs. Best place to stay in town!

Beauty, elegance, and high-quality service all rolled into one with this historic hotel that dates from 1893. One of my favorites in the entire United States.

Quiet room, elegant decor, caring staff, quick room service, excellent salon/spa, great dining options, fabulous lobby/lounge, pool with a view...a great bargain. Milwaukee is an incredible city, a surprising find. Go...you will not be disappointed.

Your staff are among the best we have encountered, anywhere in the world. Whenever my wife or I looked perplexed we were approached by staff who offered to assist us in finding our way to our objectives. A lovely hotel that lives up to it's history. A little strange that they charge for internet access in your room but loaner iPads at the Cafe made up for it. Make sure to ask for a tour of the ballrooms and to meet the 'Artist in Residence'.

I have stayed previously and had a great experience. This time when I arrived there was a dirty balled up washcloth on the floor of the bathroom and there was residual coffee in the coffe maker. Lastly the shower control had broken and I was only able to get a few drips for my morning shower until it was later fixed. Wonderful experience. It is obvious that the hotel management works with staff to assure that they are working to provide a good experience to customers. 95% of the staff seemed to function like a well oiled machine. The hotel has a wonderful history, historic feel, yet is maintained nicely with updated interior spaces and rooms that provide a comfortable […] stay for guests. The hotel is situated in a downtown area, close to the lake and art museum, with multiple restaurants within walking distance. I only had 2 concerns during my stay. I think the indoor pool area on the top floor of the hotel could use a good cleaning. I know some people are slobs which ruins it for all. Nevertheless, a hotel recognizes that not all patrons will be neat and clean and that some may make messes. Knowing this, I would hope that the hotel staff could clean up this one space of the hotel. The drains in the pool area were clogged with hair, tiles were dirty and stained, and it didn't appear that the space had been cleaned in a long time. For such a beautiful hotel, why not bring this area up to the same quality as the other spaces that are so spectacular. My only other concern is that I like to leave a tip for the maid when I leave the room on checkout day. While I did leave a tip, when I was leaving there was another employee who appeared to go to our room, I'm ASSUMING to see if any tip $ was left. What if the hotel had a system where a guest could drop an envelope in a locked box at the front desk with tips for any hotel employee. It would be the responsibility of the hotel manager to open the locked box and distribute any tips to the deserving employee. This would eliminate 'tip piracy' and assure that the tip gets into the hands of the intended person. Devamı

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Front desk clerk Heather was especially helpful. She made dinner reservations and sent a bottle of wine to our room with birthday greetings for my wife. We enjoyed food and drinks at the grill, cafe and Blu. We wii be back. Thanks for a great time.

Unbelieveable! Its a must stay for any Milwaukee traveler who seeks the best of everything. We won't stay anywhere else when in the area we've been spoiled by the best.

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but other than that I loved every moment at the Pfister.

The Pfister is a charming hotel in a great location. The staff was helpful and professional. (I accidently left my cell phone charger and they sent it out within a day.) The hotel is impeccably clean. It has a wonderful history; it was great to just look at the beautiful ballrooms and mezzanine in the original part of the hotel. The club at the top […] of the hotel, Bleu, boasts a wonderful view of the city. It is a bit pricey, but worth a look. We enjoyed the lobby bar - especially at night as the bartender was fun and entertaining. The cafe loans out Ipads while you dine so you can stay connected even if you didn't bring a computer along. You are in walking distance to many of Milwaukee's sights. I plan on staying at the Pfister again the next time I head to Milwaukee. Devamı

Visited over St. Patricks weekend. Great downtown location, within walking distance of our show theatre, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were beautifully appointed with the best in linens and towels. Very clean and maintained property. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze. If you have the chance, the Sunday Breakfast […] Buffet is a must. Meat carving stations, make your own omlet, pancake & waffle bar, bloody mary bar, wonderful salads, entrees and desserts!!!! I selected this hotel as a surprise for my wife for her birthday and valentines day wrapped together. The location provided easy access to all of the things that I had planned (e.g. going to the art museum and the Milwaukee Rep). The room was outstanding and the people that worked there were just as pleasant to us. I will definitely be staying here […] again when we come for another visit here. Devamı

I have stayed her many times. I like it because I love the Well Spa (which is in the Pfister). The hotel is a nice hotel with very courteous staff. My only two issues are that the elevators are SLOW! We spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. My other complaint is the Bloody Mary they serve. It looks gorgeous with shrimp, beef jerky, cheese, olive, […] celery, pickles but the taste was beyond bland. I do recommend this hotel for comfort and location. Devamı

After being interested in staying here for many years, finally spent 2 nights over the weekend. Overall is was very good. Opulent decor, good front desk service, personalized wake-up calls, and some good drink/dining options. Spent some time at Blu, the top-floor bar overlooking downtown. Great experience with some good live music and views. The room […] was comfortable and clean. My only disappointment is the seemingly rushed maid service in between nights. While the bed was made, fresh towels were not provided in the bathroom, the garbage was still full, and the coffee for the coffee maker was not replenished. (But yes, when I called for more coffee packets, they arrived just a few minutes later.) Overall very nice. Next time I'm in Milwaukee I'll seriously consider staying here again. Devamı

Loved this hotel . So quiet and elegant. Comfy beds . Parking lot access was easy too and the happy hour at The Mason St Grill at the hotel was so good.

The Pfister is a classic hotel, well maintained and staffed with highly competent and friendly professionals. Downtown Milwaukee is kind of a wasteland, but the art museum and the Milwaukee Public Museum are great. Ethiopian restaurant nearby is worth a visit. The in-house cafe has great breakfasts, and there is a great art collection in the hotel as […] well as a host of other historical exhibits and photographs. Had more fun IN the hotel than in the surrounding city, but then it was February..... Overall, very relaxing, and the hotel itself is a gem. Devamı

Granted the hotel is an older one but it has such charm and is the perfect location. We were upgraded to a suite which made the experience even better. The bars and restaurants in the hotel are great and the spa is one of the best in Milwaukee.

Great Place to stay I would absolutely recommend it.

This hotel is centrally located in Downtown Milwaukee with many great restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel service was top notch and the rooms were comfortable and decorated with great taste. Our suite was impeccable. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the Pfister while on a college visit to Marquette University. We stayed in the one of the original rooms and it was beautiful. The room was huge with high ceilings and tall windows. It was decorated with antiques--loved it! It was a great location for our college visit and we walked over to the Third ward for dinner and shopping.

The staff was very professional and helped us throughout our stay with directions and suggestions around Milwaukee. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of the museums and resturants. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfy, but it lacked the bang behind the buck. The food was terrible, and surcharges seemed a bit much. It feels like it as a special place a long time ago and they are still riding on that reputation.

We stayed in this historic hotel for a weekend away and it was lovely. Food in the Mason Street Grill was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable and room was a nice size. Only draw back was the furniture and floors appeared to be quite dusty. You could clearly see the maids were cutting corners. Also, you could plug into internet in the room, but wifi […] was a per hour charge. Not cool at the room prices they charge. Should be included. Devamı

Excellent service, walking distance to good bars and restaurants as well as Real Chili. My only complaint is that the elevators can be painfully slow and the wait times at the restaurant/cafe can be long.

The desk staff was great. They helped recomend a place for dinner and even made reservations

We came to Milwaukee for one night and decided to stay at the Pfister based on recommedations of a friend. Our stay was exceptional and the staff was courteous and prompt. We stayed in the King Towers and had a nice view of the lake. We did manage to attend the Blu night club on the 23rd floor and enjoyed a great view of the lakefront while listening […] to the paino player. My wife visited the spa and had a wonderful time. We will stay at the Pfister the next time we visit Milwaukee. Devamı

We loved the hotel experience at the Pfister !. Comfort and Elegance. Friendly service. The top floor pool makes it great for a family week end in Milwaukee with the spectacular Calatrava designed Art Museum within walking distance.
