Extended Stay America El Paso - Airport - El Paso

It was really nice for the price that you pay. I would def stay there again.

Overall, everything was great. The bed was much too hard for my liking, but if you like them firm, this is the place for you!

Everything was fine. VERY NICE... I wish I had more time to stay there & enjoy it. Arrived at midnight, had to leave at 6AM. The only thing was that shuttle service to airport starts at 8 or 8:30 AM (can't remember) and I needed to be there by 6AM. Next time I'll choose a later time to really enjoy my time/stay there! You get a WHOLE LOT MORE than at […] nearby Travelodge... They could probably hire friendlier (& nicer) staff! Ohhh, an out of their control situation was the garbage collector at nearby location at (I don't know for sure what time it was) -it was just too early, maybe 5AM (?). YIKES! I left part of my phone charger in the room. Staff worked with me to retrieve it and mail it back to me. Very grateful. Short driving distance to airport.

Clean & New!!! Geat Place for a Great Price!!!

shuttle didn't run to airport until after the time we needed nor pick up late when we needed it. Outside area and neighborhood needed attenetion.

RUN!!!!! As fast and as far away as possible!!! This has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in and never again will I waste my money. Asked for a non smoking room but we got to the room and the smell of smoke was present and looked around and there we ashes on the floor so the room had not been cleaned. My wife & I stayed here on our way back home in Ca. from a visit 2 our daughters home in Fort Worth, Tx. Everything was great with a handicaped room 4 my wife who has difficulty walking with a walker. She was able 2 take a shower with ease in the big no lip entrance stall shower. The room was nice & the bed was of good quality so we got a good nights […] sleep & I drove all the way home with no sleepy or tired problems. Three blocks from the long term airport parking lot, this was super convenient. Also many interesting food reasonable places close by, so didn't have to go anywhere & more than able to make my early morning flight after a good but short night's sleep. Information on Hotels.com re: airport transportation faulty: no transportation from the airport after 8:30pm which didn't help me with an 11:30 pm flight. The people were very nice -- old motel, primarily used for, just what it said, 'extended stay,' with a kitchen; bed not particularly comfortable. There was only one problem. I had booked a non smoking room and when I got there I was told that the non smoking rooms were all taken and that Hotels.com often says they are booking a non smoking room, but usually don't. So, I ended up in a smoking room, that well, smelled like smoke. I do not smoke. I don't see this as a hotel problem, but a booking […] problem. Customers should get what they book, not what is left over. if non smoking rooms aren't availabe, then say so. If I would have had my daughter with me, who has severe allergies, I would have not been able to stay in the hotel and would have been in a very bad situation. Devamı

Hotel was very clean and close to the airport. Staff was friendly. The kitchenette in the room was great. Great stay for the price. Our only complaint was our room was not getting much hot water. Morning showers were tempid. Overall a great stay and we would stay again (but would make sure the hot water was working or get moved to another room).

When I got back home, after my trip, I had some clothes that I had not worn and they needed washing becuase the picked up the stink of the hotel room. It was a weird smokey type of stink that was ervasive and I will never go back
