Marriott Greenbelt - Greenbelt

I travel a lot, and this got to be the worst hotel I have ever been with that price range. The hotel is far away from any shopping area. The food served in the on-site restaurant was horrible. The door to the stairs were locked for all the days I was there. The room was small. The bath tub did not look clean. I asked front desk a question, and she said […] she would call me back. She never did. My room was not cleaned on the Day 2. I can go on and on. I cannot believe people gave high rating to this horrible hotel. Devamı

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great value.

Overall, I think its a "Beautiful" Hotel but someone has to address the situation in room 1109. It smelled like it was flooded and had a mold stench comming from the carpet. My guest should had requested another room when she checked in first.

I enjoyed visiting my daughter at the university of maryland. I will use this hotel again as others i have stayed in aren't as nice. The hotel was a good fit.+

WIth a Starbucks in the lobby, this hotel is a standard Marriott; safe, clean and a quality staff. Its a bit pricey in my opinion and there is not a whole lot to do around the area. If you are only here for an overnight stay, this is an ideal location. If you want more nightlife, head to Annapolis or train it in from DC.

The hotel was perfect for our recent visit to the University of Maryland. The staff was great and the hotel is immaculate. When our daughter attends the university, this is where we will stay when we visit.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. However, the room for the price didn't have any of the basic technological conveniences like free WIFI or a microwave which are available even in zero star motels. Really nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating, we arrived well before check-in and they put us in another room that was already ready so we didn't have to wait later to check in. The metro is just around the corner and was easy to get to. Great stay will return!

Overall the place was very clean, food was better than average and the pool and fitness areas were great. The only complaint was that the beds weren't real comfortable.

Marriott Greenbelt was clean, quiet and has an excellent breakfast. Convenient to Metro (1 safe mile if you walk, hotel has shuttle that took us there ... did not wait for it coming back). The desk staff, however, was not pleasant. Tried to claim our breakfast was not included. Luckily brought printed reservation proving it was.

The hotel was very nice, very comfortable, best workout room I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful and friendly. It's just that this is really far from central DC. I was very happy with the hotel and price, except that one of the three elevators never worked over a three day period, and the advertised tennis courts, which was a significant reason for us booking at that hotel, were chain locked and in significant disrepair. Other than those two items, the hotel was very nice.

I went to greenbelt with my family.. Paid a low price for such great comfort and convenience, located near train.. Hotel provides a shuttle to the train that's great for out-of-towners... I didn't mind the 40 min train ride to DC.. Hotel service was amazing.. And starbucks every morning was a plus!!

Good accomodations, courteous staff, our room was not available, so they upgraded us.
