Beautiful hotel and grounds, pool was great, did not realize the slide was down. Loved the lounge area with open lobby. Everything was expensive, so be prepared.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. The spa service was awesome and the concierge service was excellent. The only concern we had was with the room service. It seemed like they were unable to accommodate the daily room service to the periods of time when we were out of the room. The grounds were very peaceful and well kept. All of the fire and water elements through out the hotel and grounds were amazing. Hyatt's staff was very personable and all our meals far exceeded my expectations. The only thing that bothered me was the pool, while lovely at first glance when we got close we noticed it was in serious need of repair. Broken […] tiles, mold and patched pool surfaces took from the over all ambiance of the outdoor experience. Overall I would rank this resort extremely high, and will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale again. Devamı

There are plenty of spa's to frequent in the Pheonix area but be sure not to miss the spa at the Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch! The accommodations are worth every penny of the expensive services and you couldn't spend an entire day here. Rooms in the hotel are average in size and design but the bathrooms are a bit disappointing with only one sink and boring […] finishes. The pool has an adults only area so you don't have to bother with kids if you prefer to be without children. Overall, a great experience! Devamı

We had a great time at the hotel. The room was nice and the grounds were pretty. Our 2 year old LOVED the water park. It was a nice mini-family vacation. I would recommend the hotel. We do plan on visiting again. The downsides were the a/c in the room didn't work efficiently. We found the Alto restaurant overpriced for the amount of food. Great time service and ambience! ;-))

We escaped for the weekend. They gave us a casita. We had a great time at this beautiful hotel. This is one of my favorites and I have stayed in many of the best hotels in Scottsdale and Phoenix. We will be back. It's family friendly also with areas for families and adults. Next time I'll play some golf while my wife hits the spa.

Beautiful hotel, but felt very nickle and dimed, they tack on a service fee to everything, or gratuity. as if that is not enough, on top of the gratuity the servers expect to ber tipped. Of course I did not feel the need to tip someone another 10 percent on top of the 19 percent gratuity fee.

This hotel is beautiful with a great pool and a friendly staff. However, you will get charged for every little thing they can charge you for. I went downstairs to the lobby to ask for 2 plates, the woman said no problem we will sendthem to your room. I had no idea I was going to be charged for 2 plates???? They sent up 5 plates instead in order to charge […] us. Looking over the room service menu for breakfast I was horrified.....7.00 for a little box of cereal and get this....7.50 for a small bowl of oatmeal. Its just rediculous to charge twice what something is worth. The next time I book a room anywhere it will be at a lower rated place so that i can actually enjoy room service at a reasonable rate. This hotel trip was a "staycation" and the price was good for what was offered-- the pools are great, the people are helpful, the hotel itself is nice and a good 'luxury' feel. The gym was big and much nicer than most hotels. Our bed was fabulous, the room was quiet and nice, and we enjoyed the getaway from home :-)

Great experience

We arrived at the hotel during a monsoon rain and found that the hotel lobby had massive leaks in the roof. We arrived a bit early 3:00 PM and they didn't have a room available until 4:15 PM so we decided to have a bite to eat. The food was just ok although the prices were high for what we ordered. When we finally got to check in, our room was located […] at the extreme end of the hotel from the lobby and it seemed like we we hiking back to Los Angeles. We paid such a great price! Breakfast was included for the five of us evey morning! Really nice breakfast with gratuity included. This package also included free childcare for our kids at Camp Hyatt. We had a convenient and larger than normal room for the five of us! Our kids loved the pools and slide!!

This luxury resort hotel is a great escape for adults and bring along the kids. They can go to Camp Hyatt in the evenings while the folks go to dinner and dancing. Don't miss the gondola rides on the canal. A great experience all around.

Please was great for a weekend get away. Adult pool was nice drinks were yummy. The hotel bar at night was fun with different music and perfomances we was "Flamaco Dancers". Sweet at night to do a gondola ride was fun.

Watch for the resort fee per night. It must be in small print because I didn't notice it until i saw the charge and questioned them on it.

Just returned from a 7 day stay in Hyatt Scottsdale,everything about the hotel was top-notch,we could not find a fault.Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to do what ever they could for us.Fantastic location.

We got a super deal on a very nice hotel.

This hotel was so great. I wish we could have stayed longer. We got a great rate and our stay was so worth it! We enjoyed great food and loved the gondola ride. Our room was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Room opened out on to grassland and then lake. Beautiful landscaped terrace and pool area, with 10 pools, some of which conect, and they are open til late. Calm atmosphere in the lobby area, with a nice touch of the native american information centre. Bit of a jaunt to the room. Quite a way from Scottsdale […] Old town, where we ate. The hotel provided the cab on the way down, and we got our own on the way back...difference $10, so be warned. Just a little downer on a fantastic place, and do not be put off by the $30 per day resort fee. Devamı

I had read some not so good reviews on various websites prior to my trip, so I was a little iffy. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was beautiful. Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was genuine, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale for future trips in the area.

Nice hotel for the money; Only problem was the hotel did not honor the free breakfast that came with my purchase thru Hotels.com I escalated to the manager and finally resolved the issue after showing my hotels.com receipt but not what I expected and a pain in the butt that I did not want to deal with on my vacation.

The room was really nice and the pools were awesome.

This is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in and I have traveled extensively. The Hotel has every amenity needed or wanted. My only disappointment is that I would have liked more choices in terms of restaurants. They only have two restaurants and one is a high end Italian that is fine for adults but not really for kids. This is probably the nicest hotel in all of Scottsdale, and for that matter, all of AZ. Absolutely breathtaking. Unbelievable customer service. Don't miss the spa.
