The pictures on the internet of this hotel is not the condition of the hotel! The outside looks horrible, and inside the room the walls were cracked and the shower stall was cracked away from the wall, nothing like the pictures of the web. I would not recommend this Days Inn in San Antonio, TX to anyone!

First it was very dirty, After I went in our room and came back out could not access the card, and the manager and maintance no one was able to open me the door till 1:30 in the morning, then the next day the door was still not fixed and couldn't leave the room because it was not fixed. Worst experience in my life, and above all the toilet clogged up […] and when i told the manager, there was no maintance. Devamı

A very good hotel . Its pool has b-b-q pits. The kids had a very good time.

We reserved two rooms. Neither room was very clean. One room did not have enough toilet paper for one person for one night on the roll and there were no replacement rolls. Though the tv's aren't new the one in one room worked ok. The tv in the other room only got a few channels. It was replaced by hotel maintenance - so I guess that was good if replacing […] a tv at 11:30 p.m. is ok on anyone's list. The air conditioning also worked fine in one room and not the other. I checked in around 6 pm and room was felty went to take a shower and Tub was cloged up (drain) there was people outside room next door and it was 5 am and couldnt sleep at all called office and no one answered 8 00 am we cheked out and desk man told me pool was open 24 hrs in a rude manner i will never rent another room from Days In

Very unhappy with with my stay. I requested a non-smoking room and when I got there this room stunk from cigarrate smoke. Requested an ironing board and the sheet was stained; very dirty. Service desk were very rude

After reading the reviews I was very suprised at how nice this place was. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful ! And the free breakfast was very good. I will definetly stay there again.

My daughter and I were scared to go to bed... The comforter's was stained and the towels that were in the room didn't smell fresh. So, I went to front desk to get more. This hotel needs a major overhaul !!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy......

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the ATT center, easy acces, just price, nothing to complain.

This was an average reasonably priced room for a quick couple of nights stay. If I was to complain about anything, I would say the the mattresses are too old and are not as comfortable as they could be.

My 4 day stay was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I called the front desk my request was met very promptly.

Overall, the room was clean, but there was a smell in it. It smelled like sour water.........The coffee pot had mold growing in it. Other than that was decent for the money.

if money is a issue this hotel is good. good pool stays open late. 5 min drive or 15 dollar taxi ride to river walk.

location was great for the price. Love the continental breakfast and the clean room. If your traveling thru San Antonio and just need a good spot to lay your head,eat a good breakfast and hit the road this is the spot.

Hurricane Alex was coming. 1 mile away, The City and State were preparing convoys of vehicles to re-enter the Hurricane Area. Every hotel in the city was booked. The property did not look too clean. When we stepped in our room it did not look properly cleaned. The bathroom smelled, the shower curtain was dirty and the tub looked like it was just wiped down vs. disinfected. There were hairs in the unused tub. I don't think they have purchased decent towels in a few years as the ones we had were paper thin and […] rough from so much washing and rewashing. Not to mention, too small to cover your body! They don't seem to clean under the bed as there were dead bugs that looked like they had been there for quite some time. The bed linens, pillows and blankets were old and the blanket had stains and cigarette holes in it. Glad I brought my own pillows, sheet and blanket! Anyway, a 2 night stay was too long and actually thought about forgoing the second night and losing money to check in to a decent hotel. I would not recommend this property. Devamı

The hotel was OK, good for the price, staff was nice, beds terrible, my husband and I kept rolling together,springs on the bed were broken and very uncomfortable. Pillows were like sleeping on newspaper, no filling. This was a cheap hotel and it was OK for the price about what I expected, but next time I hope to stay at a more comfortable hotel.

The staff at the hotel and the maintence done on it was horrible. The staff put us into a room they later admitted they had the same problem with the day before. We got locked out of our room for an hour and a half, at 11 o'clock at night, in a not so great neighborhood and the staff was extremely rude when we tried to get help. They didn't know how […] to get us into the room, when they came to try to unlock it, they were smoking around us even though we were in a non smoking room. Then they couldn't get us in and had to call an off location maintence man to come. After sitting outside for an hour and a half in the heat and mosquitos, they refused to refund our money for the stay. Never once did they apologize for it either Devamı

The overall experience was terrible for a Days Inn, multiple problems with the room door, fruit loops on the floor, left a bad impression in my mind. Good luck staying at this one is all I can tell you.

Great hotel, I don't travel much, so I was delighted with the stay. Check In and Check Out was smooth and easy. The morning breakfast was great! They have a nice pool, but i did not go to it.

I selected the hotel because it was close to the AT&T Center. I was not at all familiar with the area. I was a little nervous, however everything worked out fine.

Upon entering the room there was obvious smell of mold, the air conditioning unit had broken vents and control knobs. Further inspection of the room we found crickets and flies in the rooms. When checking out within the same hour of arriving the front desk clerk said she couldn't process a check out and I have been trying for three days to get the hotel […] to refund my money with the help of hotels.com who successfully got the refund for me. People were nice. The room was pretty clean, but I wouldn't recomend it for a long stay. We stayed one night, didn't have a shower curtain, had to ask & the shower didn't drain but other than that it was ok.

Have stayed at Days Inn previously in Austin and San Francisco, but this one was a disappointment. Shabby, unkempt and a strange odor in all the rooms. More of a budget Hostel than a hotel. Can pay 5 to 10 bucks more and get a better/cleaner accommodation. The breakfast was okay and part of the package. This hotel needs some maintainence, such as broken sidewalk (big chunks broken out), the grounds needed to be cleaned up, one had the impression of overall being kind of dirty. the room was small, and really not big enough for 2 queen size beds. The tile was loose in bathroom. Bathroom was okay and clean for the most part. except for dead cricket which […] stayed on thre floor until the 3rd day. The tv remote was put together with duck tape, the housing was broken off the hair dryer and heating element was exposed. The sheets were very thin and didn't fit the beds very well. Convenient and pleasent

I ordered a non smoking room and it smelled of stale cigarettes and was quite musty. Pool area was nice considering the price and the breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was a continental breakfast even though they advertise a full breakfast. It was all carbs except old apples and oranges. Staff was very friendly. As a cheap stopover, this hotel was […] exactly as expected. I wouldn't recommend it as a romantic getaway or as a planned vacation. It is definitely a 2 star hotel, but with very friendly service. The pool more ascetically pleasing than the rooms. Very cheap prices=very cheap hotel. Perfect for a stop on a long road trip. Devamı

The outside landscaping is well kept, but the breakfest area is in real bad shape and dirty. the bolt lock in our room didn't work, and they also need improvement and more cleaniness.

I had an issue with the TV and the hotel staff were completly clueless when it came to finding a solution. I finally had to fix the problem myself after 45 min of working with the TV menu.
