It was the holidays first of all, and I had a wonderful time visiting my G/F, then went to Pittsburg, to see my daughter for Xmas, that place was ok, but the internet service was terrible, but the Days Inn is my choice for Frederick,MD, So I would recommend it to anyone, it convieient, alot of shopping nearby, and restaurants, so in a short, great place […] to stay, except, get some Flat Screen TV's, and keep the price the same, I give it a 4.75 !!!!!! The hotel was excellent very clean and the people there where extremely very nice to deal with.

There was mold/mildew in our room. The 'queen' bed in the room was not as large as my queen bed at home--more like a double bed.

I'm pleased to recommend this Day's Inn for one to several night stay. Very clean, staff always available, comfortable beds.... Good location with great choice of restaurants nearby. We ate at May's Restaurant --- great CRABS ! We will return....

This stay was better than our first trip. The room was clean and comfortable and themaid service was good. They even have delirery food to the room this time. Just the relaxing weekend I needed.

The reservation I placed through Hotels.com was for a non-smoking room. The Days Inn people put us in a room that smelled like a ashtray. The Days Inn people said that the reservation from Hotels.com didn't say non-smoking and said we should have reserved directly with them. As I was unaware that I had used Hotels.com for my reservation, I was a little […] suprised. It seems that googling Days Inn Fredrick MD takes you to the Hotels.com web site. It then took 3 trips between the room and the front desk to get into the room as the access cards wouldn't open the door of the non-smoking room they gave us. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly service. Pool clean and refreshing. Having a Waffle House attached was a big plus.

At around 10pm, domestic fight broke out in and outside the room next to ours. Drunk people, yelling, screaming, cursing, in front of their children no less--horrible scene. Cops came, and it stopped, but started right back up again at 2am. Of course, sleep not an option. Close to calling 911/front desk, but honestly feared reprisal, as it would have […] been fairly obvious that we were the ones that called due to location (I'm female, traveling w/ my 11-year old daughter--we were terrified). They finally fell back asleep or passed out after 30-40 minutes more of fighting, and we made it through the night. Just bad luck I guess, but hotel's inability to deal with the situation effectively, for the safety, comfort and well-being of other guests, was disturbing and upsetting. i saw some kind of bug crawling along the headboard. the mattress was very old and uncomfortable.

had employees staying while working at FT Detrick,employee stated that motel was clean and ok for overnite stay for work

it is not worth what you paying for. the service are satisfied, however this place is just too old and needs a lots up grade.

Our family stay at the Days Inn was very pleasant. Our room was on the far side of the complex & was very quiet. The room was clean, some imperfections, but more age-related than a cleanliness factor. The staff was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the easy access to food & shopping. I was part of a group who used nine rooms. My room was very good. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a big storm during the night and the room my daughter and her family was using had a ceiling leak right above one of the beds. She had to put a garbage can on the bed and get out of it. It was obvious that the leak had happened before […] because there were stains on the ceiling. Great Customer Service. The Manager on duty let us check in early when our rooms became available. You could definitely tell they were in the middle of updating the rooms. Walls were freshly painted, base moldings were not in place, probably because the carpeting needs to be changed along with the mattresses on the beds. this place was dirty found other peoples food left in the fridge ,grout in shower was mildewed shower curtin wasmildewed, vent in bathroom dirty, heater intake dirty, tile by tub cracked, shower facet ran steady, shower did not stay steady temp. overall this is one of worst ones I have stayed in

Hopeing to save some expense staying a little out of the way.....there was no value in this stay. The condition of the motel was unacceptable, dirty, insects in the room (don't know what kind but I did snap a pic with my cell phone for a reminder never to stay there again) and smelly (yes very smelly, I did ask for air freshener and they did accomidate). […] If I could do it again i would have stayed somewhere else. I stayed 2 days and no one ever cleaned my room or mafd made my bed

Our room wasn't cleaned! When we checked in, we found lipstick on the bed. Didn't think too much of it until we opened the refrigerator and found an old pie in it! When we called the front desk, they said that it had been cleaned. When we pulled back the bed cover, we found the sheets were not made. Scary!

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are a comfortable size, and include all that they should for an overnight stay or two. The breakfast had a nice range of choices, given that we've stayed in similar places that only offered mini muffins. The only things I would say that might need attention are: 1. The air conditioner unit was […] really loud, and disrupted our sleep some. On the other hand, at least it worked!! 2. The carpet could have been cleaned a little better. In fact, it may be time to replace it. Overall, it's a very good value for the price. I cannot comment on the pool, as we didn't use it. Would stay there again if we're in the area. Devamı

First off we made a reservation on Hotels.com, then called the Days Inn reservation number as we needed to make sure we had either a ground floor unit unless there was an elevator available. We were told on the phone there was an elevator at this location, which he supposedly verified by calling the property directly. When we arrived we were given a […] 2nd floor room, with NO elevator. We had a wheelchair bound individual in our party so this was not negotiable. We were then re checked into a 1st floor unit, near the "truck lot". We were towing a trailer with our pick up truck and the parking lot at this location is very odd with no room to turn around. The lobby is separate from the rooms and is hard to find if you aren't paying close attention. The truck lot is a gravel lot, much higher than the level of the rooms, accessible by paver stone tiers that are not only inaccessible via wheelchair, but also treacherous for anyone walking. Then the room itself......... I guess smoking room means crappiest furniture the hotel has. The chairs were both broken and we both nearly fell when trying to sit in them, the tables were wobbly, all together not a good atmosphere. To top it all off, the room directly above us decided to throw a party! Was not a peaceful stay to say the least! Will NOT return! Devamı

Reserved room for husband on a business trip. Only complaint I heard from him was the beds needed replaced with something less board-like :)

Stayed a night when I was on my way to Washington. It was good stay with good complementary breakfast. Reasonable price.

The hotel was convenient to the residence we were visiting along with many other sightseeing places. It was quiet, relaxing and pretty average for a hotel room. We spent time to sleep and cleanup there and that was very limited. It is close to major highways to help get to an destination in the area you may want to go to. The desk clerk was helpful […] in giving us a local map and sending us in the direction we needed to go. Overall a very pleasant stay... would do so again! Thanks Devamı

There are two sleeping room buildings separated from the front desk/check-in/out building. I do not like to walk outside to front desk buklding for breakfast if weather is raining or snowing. Breakfast is not up to my expectation; not satisfactory. Not heaough healthy food such as yogurt or granula. No list of dining places/direction around this hotel […] was included in the sleep room. Well, looking at the picture it looks like a nice days Inn but when you get there it is connected to a Waffle House. The only other complaint was that we went to take a shower and there was somebody elses hair in the tub and when they cleaned our room they did not leave us any towels. we had to call and get transferred to housekeeping from the front […] desk to get our towels. it worked for us because we didn't spend much time in the hotel but it would not have been satisfactory if we did anything but sleep there. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Pool was very clean. Room was also very clean. Easy to locate. Better than expected!

Inexpensive room which was clean and comfortable. It was adequate for 3 people in a 2 double bed room. The only complaint I have is that the housekeeper didn't believe that our room was short 1 towel when I asked for an additional large towel. Free breakfast!

My husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel considering the price we paid. It felt very unclean, if it wasn't so late at night we would've left and stayed elsewhere. The lamps were filthy, there was dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom floor, and the carpet and chairs had numerous stains. They definitely need to update this hotel and […] work on their cleaning skills. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the exterior looks nice and the area was great, very nice area. My fiance and i took a trip to Frederick for a Blake Shelton concert at the Frederick Fair....The hotel was only 5 minutes away which made it convenient. Because it was raining, i was FREEZING, so when we checked into the hotel, we went directly to our room (240) and turned on the heat. Whithin 5 minutes our heater was "sizzleing" and the stench was […] horrible so we called the front desk and they simply told us to let it run and open the door because the a/c was running all summer, they didnt even bother to come and look at it, so we just shut it off. (who knows, our room could of caught on fire for all we know). After getting settled in i happened to look up at the ceiling and saw a brown spot which was a water stain. Within a couple minutes our roof was leaking right onto our bed. The bathroom was not all very clean, and there was dust on the shelves and desk. very low maintnance. If anybody decides to go to Frederick, MD and needs a place to stay, your better off paying the couple extra dollars and staying at a choice of many hotels in that location. Devamı
