This is an excellent hotel, the renovations that have been done, are superb.Such fun for children with a water slide.

This hotel was ideally situated for us with easy access to interstate, Disney and Golf. The pool area was great, room very comfy though ours on 6th floor overlooked the road and it was a little noisy at night. Only ate once at the hotel, in the pool bar, so can't comment on food. Excelent location. Lots of amenities which we did not use as we were out in the parks all day. Hidden costs in parking (10$ per day) and extra charge of 10$ per day for "hotel fees" ALSO it was hard to find parking at night even though it was paid for.

I was unhappy with the hotel itself. It list itself as a "resort" it did not look or feel anything like a resort. Our room was on the back building of # Three, facing a parking lot under construction. I beleive we were the only ones on this floor.I wondered if it was because we booked thru Hotel.com. The charge for the "resort" is a rip off of $10. […] not to mention the $10 parking fee. At least they did refer us to a GREAT restaurant "Johnney's" was awesome. Devamı

Only thing I can say bad about my stay is my wife and granddaughter were almost ran over in the parking lot, she had to slap the back of the car and the driver skidded to a stop of about 20 miles speeding backwards, inches from my wife, boy was she mad. She told the driver off. She also told the attendant at the door. One attendent saw the whole thing. […] Too scary for us. Devamı

Rooms are a bit too small

But the front desk was unorganized. We had a late arrival and the room was not ready - we had requested adjoining rooms with another party, and they knew we were coming, so when we arrived at 6 p.m. and had to wait in the lobby that was excessive. Then we were given non-functioning keys, no washclothes in the room and only a couple of towels until we […] requested more. INTERNET AND TELEVISION DID NOT WORK AT ALL.

Loved the fact that we could bring our fur babies with us. Thank you!

Really nice however they have rooms from the outside that just looks horrible the curtain from the outside just looks a mess.They may be using the room as storage there waterfall is not being used it looks like swamp water..The pool is awesome and the front Desk associate Norris was extremely helpful. This hotel was a refreshing end to a long car trip. The staff was very cheerful and accommodating. The room and pool were just what we needed.

Not happy. Stay somewhere else, this is a far cry from a resort.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was clean, close to parks, the low entry for children to the pool & slide was great'! I did feel they need to adjust the overall standards to the rooms : for instance, the refrigerator was not working we finally got a replacement after waiting an hr, then it never really seemed to cool down enough, then after […] waiting for that my family realized a upon leaving to go to downtown Disney that our deadbolt didn't line up & work correctly. So more waiting and fixing on our time that should of been checked before our arrival! But overall after all that our stay was amszing! I had read a lot of negative comments about this hotel but then realized those comments were written prior to the hotel's renovation. During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location (very central to restaurants and close to downtown Disney), the pool area is nice, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. It used to be called "Sheraton […] Safari" so guests should know that because other people who work with shuttles, etc don't realize there was a name change. Overall, we had a great experience here and would recommend it. Just beware of the $10 fee per day for bottled water and internet! We found a great deal online though, so even with the fee it came out to be much cheaper than many of the similar hotels. Devamı

They tool an old Motel replete with noisy airconditioners in each room and called it a Sheraton. Sure, it has a pool, but it is hardly a Resort. Skip it.

Great renovation job, kind staff, great location. Will stay there again.

The hotel has just been renovated and unfortunately they were I'll prepared for full capacity. The room had no hotel information ie. room service menue amenities information etc. during the 4 days I was there my room was only cleaned once due I believe to a shortage of staff not the new green program. Wireless Internet was almost impossible to log onto […] and although when logging I was informed it was free upon checking out there was an $11 per day resort charge which upon questioning I was told covered Internet and water ( since housekeeping never showed up I only got water when I checked in). I stay at Sheratons throughout N America 4-6 times per year and must say this one was a disappointment. . Devamı

Brand new remodel Hotel, close location to parks and great amenities.

There are a few reasons that I would book this hotel again. First: We had stayed there when it was the Sheraton Safari and were very impressed with the upgrades to the property under its new name. Second: We just needed a hotel for one night but we were going to be arriving early on check in day. I requested early check in and was graciously accomodated. Third: […] We were treated very well during our stay and would definitely stay there again. Fourth: Loved the location. The hotel's location is good since it’s located near a variety of restaurants. Upon checking I was greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk, who was very, very nice and helpful in answering questions. The room appeared clean; however the rug area by the door was damaged as to have threads pulled and stained areas. The first night was troubling since I […] had to park on the opposite side of the property in an unlit unpaved-dirt parking lot. I did not want to park there so I drove around hoping for a parking space to open up. After 30 minutes, stopped at the valet area and asked one of the valet attendants if I could park in one of their slots since it was 2am and he would not be expecting a large request for valet. He told me that I could however I had to pay the valet fee, which was in addition to the $10 I was already paying for regular parking. I then decided to park in the dirt lot and take a chance on my car from being broken into since the lot is not lit. The following morning I was unable to connect to the internet (fee paid). The Wifi provided by the hotel is slow and sporadic. Upon my return that night, once again I was unable to find a parking space anywhere, to include in the dirt parking lot. I went into the office and met a front desk attendant (cannot recall the name), who told me that the only place I would be able to park was in an unlit grassy lot behind the dirt parking lot. I told him that I would not park there and that I would leave my vehicle on the curb in front of the Hotel. The attendant told me that I wouldn’t have a problem or get towed as long as I displayed the parking receipt on the windshield. He also said that they would call me if they needed me to move the car and that he would wave parking fee, since I was not happy with the parking. I then left the front desk and parked my car on the curb in front of the hotel. I paid a parking fee and should have been able to park in a regular, paved, lit parking space. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend

Charges will apply whether you use the so called resort ammenities or not. The best fee is that you will be charged $10 a day to self park your car with limited parking. Terrible place to stay find another that doesn't charge $20 a day for nothing gained.

The bus to and from the parks was horrible. It smelled and our hotel was the last shot on a route of approx. 10 hotels. I had to stand for 20 minutes with a 4 month old. When we wanted to return to the hotel from the parks...we were practically knocked down by other passengers from other hotels so they could get a seat. Sheraton should have their own […] transportation instead sharing it with the local motel 8. When I asked management no response because they didnt speak english. I will never use hotels.com or stay at a Sheraton again. I wish I could give them a - negative number for the review. Devamı

The hotel had a 10 dollar a day parking fee in addition to a 20 dollar a day resort fee. Neither were mentioned when we booked the reservation through hotels.com.

Great location is renovated very nice and clean

When I first entered there was one counter with a lady whim was checking in but the other checking counter was completely free and there was a hotel check in person there. She didnt call me up to checking at all (there also seemed to be a manager with her- both ignored me). I was in a hurry and fiancé parked the car and came inside and saw they were […] just staring at us(probably bc we were an interracial couple) but not once called us up to check in. The bed was so comfortable but my fiancé and I both agreed the bathroom needs to be updated. It's so small and the tub had so many unnecessary gadgets, it took us 10 mins to find out how to put the shower on. Our view was overlooking the pool area and the Sheraton has an awesome poolside with couches, bar,etc. We only spent one night there but upon checkout the next morning,the same thing happened again! We stood on line to check out when there was a hotel personnel at another counter who never called us over, thus having us wait twice as long ;the people in front of us were disputing their bill and I had to wait in the back of them). THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS HOTEL THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WIFI NOT IS NOT RIGHT THAT MY BE THE REASON ILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

wait until it is finished remodeling, pool closed, the whole hotel is stripped of any positive qualities in its present state.

This hotel has a very Disney convenient location, but is currently under extensive renovation. It really needs the renovation, and may be very nice when it is completed, but avoid staying here for now, especially if you are travelling with children, . Staff member "Vinny" is kind, and helpful. The hotel is under construction, so it is not very clean, has only 1 elevator. Not recomendable until construction is finished.
