Nice place .... great location

We were so happy with our stay. We( me, my husband, 10 year old and 6 year old) had never been to Mystic before and it was an awesome experience. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is directly across from the Aquarium. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Aquarium, dinner and shopping. The pool was clean and the room was very nice. Our TV was […] not getting channel 4, 5 and 7, within minutes there was someone at the door to exchange the TV for a new one. We were all really happy with the service, cleanliness and location. Walking distance to Aquarium and Mystic Village.

We had plans to go to the Aquarium and the location of this Hilton can't be beat! The facilities (including the pool, which was great) were very nice and there were restaurants and the aquarium, and even shopping right in walking distance.

the hotel walls are very thin, you can hear people talking. otherwise nicely mantained and convenient location. the pool was also cold for my kids.

Hilton mystic hotel, people either hate the place or loving it.(based on their reviews). However, my observation about this hotel, was not bad. Across the street from the aquarium and the olde mystic village. Not too far from Mystic Seaport. Great location and plenty of places to eat nearby.

The location is great, but so are many of the other hotels since Mystic isn't that large. Tip-you can visit the aquarium and seaport for 2 days if you get your ticket validated. This is very helpful if the aquarium is crowded on a Saturday and you want to visit on a less crowded Sunday morning.

Clean, comfortable hotel; connecting room option let us feel that we were accessible to each other. Buffet breakfast good but not included in our plan so we paid extra.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient to the shops, seaport and aquarium. Not so close from the casinos, but also not too far away. The ride to Mohegan was approximately 20 minutes. The hotel does not offer shuttle, nor do they offer free breakfast or even a fridge in the rooms. It does catagorize itself as a 'business' hotel. Wifi was free […] and rooms were nice sized. So convenient to everything in Mystic and right off the highway. The room was very comfortable, everything was very clean from the room to the pool and lobby. We walked a block to a great family restaurant and there was a lot of others nearby.

I checked in after 0100 and the staff was amazing! I was tired I couldn't remember the instructions to the hotel and my phone died so I couldn't use my GPS. The check in clerk patiently explained to me at least twice how to get to the hotel from the airport. My room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel was recommended to us to stay at. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and nice, the hotel was clean. The lounge was nice, did not get to the pool so cannot tell you about that, but overall the accomodations were nice. My only complaint would be that the rooms should have a mini refridgerator. Our stay was one of the best we have had in a long time. The bus stop from New York City drops you off across the street from the hotel and the hotel checked us in early. Our recent stay at the Mystic Hilton was a very nice experience. The room was quite comfy. Housekeeping was attentive to our requests. We ordered breakfast the last day we were at the Hotel and I will say prices for room service were not bad and the food was very good. The one downside was the pool area. Twice at poolside there were no towels for the […] guests. Also the drainage around the pool is lacking so the standing water on the edges and surrounding walk made for a potential fall hazard, especially with little kids. I recently stayed at the Hilton in Mystic CT. I was extremely dissapointed with my stay. Although the location was nice (directly accross from the aquarium) the staff was not friendly and it is not kid friendly. My family and I were at the aquarium all day and returned to our room at 5:30 pm. Within 20 minutes I received a knock at the door stating […] my children were too loud. Did i mention it was 5:45 PM?? I'm sorry but if your hotel is "kid friendly" as they advertise it, then they should know that children "make noise"! I was taking the kids to the aquarium which is just across the street. The entire experience was great from the staff to the pool and the proximity to the local attraction. Just great. Would go back again and again.

Overall a pleasant stay. Our visit was to enjoy the aquarium for two days and having the hotel be a stones throw away was a bonus. Shopping and meals all within walking distance. Two adults, two children; double beds...Very comfortable beds. Staff was super friendly. Housekeeping next door dropped everything and went out of her way to run and get […] ointment and band aids for my son. Super nice. The pool was crowed...but do-able.... extremely high level of chlorine. Bring lots of moisturizer!! They ran out of towels quickly, so be prepared. Very Dissapointed! After being out of our room the entire day we returned for 30 minutes to have a knock at our door stating we were too loud. Decided to treat our 4 year old to a overnight trip in Mystic....this was our second time staying at the Hilton. My daughter is a fish and loves to swim,well apparently there was a birthday party being held in the pool area!! 15 to 20 eight to ten year olds all over the pool....we only lasted 20 minutes before we had enough!! No supervision and poor […] judgement on how to handle a party there....breakfast the next morning, had to actually get out of my seat and flag the waitress down to place an order and to get our check. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Had a nice Bar/Lounge area where you could relax. Hotel is close to Aquarium & Olde Mystic Village.

Booked a good deal through Hotels.com for a single king. The room was located on the fourth floor and on the corner of the building. Due to the location of the room, some high winds caused an enormous racket. But, I fear it can't be helped, and lasted only for one evening. Hotel has one set of elevators which are getting older. This hotel is great!! Walking distance from the aquarium and the shoppes. I'm from Jersey and so used to things being open 24/7 or closing at 3am. Not the case in this tourist area. All the restaurants close at 10 in the area, even McDonald's. And the liquor stores close at 9 by Connecticut law. Next time I'll be more aware of my surroundings. My girlfriend realized when we got home that she left something in the hotel room. She had to call four times over the course of a week before someone was actually able to locate the item for her, but luckily it was returned. Overall, the hotel is very nice, as were the employees. We would stay there again.

Service was great, comfy bed, bathroom a bit cramped, but free WiFi. Walls are super thin. Got a good price AMD in a great central location to casinos, museums, and aquarium.

I was able to book this hotel at a really good price and I always enjoy my Hilton stays. The staff was friendly and the Gorgonzola burger I had was actually pretty good considering it was from a hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Found the rooms very friendly. The personnel were very accomodating. Had a party of 11 in the dining room for breakfast and everyone was well taken care of. Great location for the hotel, away from the noise of the main road but within walking distance to some of the main attractions of the area. We were very pleased with our stay.

Fourth time we have used this hotel, and always been very satisfied. Our room was well appointed and quiet. friendly staff cleaned the room each day, and the hotel facilities are first-class. We will be returning no doubt !
